Updated amount owed: $9610.57 They have communicated with me on 10/29 (Tylor) warning that I needed to remove the review in order to get paid. I have screenshots of how this "manager" has threatened to make all the checks owed to me not get paid. This company has only shown no type of professionalism. They think because I am a minority I will let them treat me with no respect. That's going towards Tylor who thinks they can disrespect the people that work for me. And no I will not delete my review. I want everyone who's thinking of working as a subcontractor for this company to think twice. They will not pay & only threat you. I will continue to warn everyone trying to work for this company as a subcontractor. To the people that are currently working for them, be careful. You start a job for them & they don't let you finish the job with some excuse that the client refuse to get the job done or the materials will not arrive on time. Just for that moment of not finishing that job they will not pay the remaining balance due. I will not get tired of fighting for my money. You know why, because that money I worked very hard for. I did not steal it or won the lottery. So of course I will continue to fight. Since I seen how many more subcontractors they owed to, we are making this companies rich with our hard work money they are stealing!! Privileged companies stealing from the minorities who work hard everyday.

They did a great job on my Father in Laws home when his entire ceiling collapsed. Cleaned up, repaired, and replaced all affected material. I went to bat for other items that needed to be included with the insurance company and got all returned to where it should be.

Their team was very helpful at my mother's home. Showed up when scheduled, did the work promised and for the price promised. They even helped her with removing items from her basement not initially affected by the remediation issue. Overall a positive experience for an unpleasant situation for her.

I give a 5 star rating. The crew was a pleasure to work with and so very efficient in getting the work done in record time. I would not hesitate to use Paul Davis again if need be, and I would certainly recommend them. The phase 2 part is now underway, and I am confident that their expert work will continue. The work in my basement has been completed, and I am so very pleased. Steve Burton has gone above and beyond in making sure everything was well done. I was comfortable in dealing with the work crews, and I will continue to sing the praises of Paul David Restoration.

I called Paul Davis to get an estimate on some mold remediation in our home. Jeff was able to come out the next day and take a look. After relaying my concern that I didn't know where water was coming in to create the mold issue, Jeff took his time and looked around the exterior and interior of the home to try to find a cause. After not finding any obvious problem spots, he took a look inside the wall where we were having issues and immediately realized that mold was not the problem, it was a termite infestation. He then went a step further and suggested some next steps to take if we wanted to save money and tackle some of the necessary renovations ourselves after the termites had been treated. I was extremely pleased with Jeff's above and beyond service, especially since I had actually gotten two mold remediation quotes prior to calling Paul Davis. Both of those companies came out, measured the wall in question, and estimated about $1,500 to remedy the situation. Neither of those companies looked closely to help determine what was causing the problem. I'm glad I made the call and met with Jeff--he just saved me $1,500 in unneeded mold remediation costs.
