Chris did a great job on my repair. His communication was great and he was timely as promised. He quickly found the problem and gave me a quote that was very reasonable. He completed the repair and also pointed out that I was overturned for something that I did not need from a previous repair person from about 6 months ago.

Chris is excellent. He has the knowledge and experience to fix anything. He replaced our AC ductwork, and we called him again when our water heater stopped heating. With him we are confident the work was done right, and his price is comparable.

After I was brushed off by two separate contractors and I was trapped in a house without AC (and probably got heatstroke), I called up Aire Serv practically in tears asking for help. Danya was so warm and kind and scheduled me immediately first thing the next morning. Chris came out, and not only did he make sure he examined every part of the system, he thoroughly explained everything he was doing, how the system worked, and how I as a layman could best maintain the health of my AC.

It's worth pointing out that I'm a single woman, and for my fellow ladies out there, I didn't get a whiff of the usual dismissal or condescension that I've seen from other contractors. Chris was perfectly genial, professional, and informative the whole time. He solved my problem, explained what I should expect in the future, and gave me the knowledge I needed to maintain my AC going forward. I'm using Aire Serv for as long as I live in Round Rock!

Juan did an amazing job of taking what had been a recessed portion of an entryway/hallway wall and turning it into a beautiful set of bookshelves where I can display all of my favorite books and more. His attention to detail- from measuring to cutting to leveling and painting- resulted in the bookshelves I had been dreaming of. The company was easy and friendly to work with and the cost was very reasonable. I definitely recommend them for this type of work and will be using them again in the future! Sofi

We had a home project to complete and our time frame was running out. We needed a crew that was ready for work and knew what to do as soon as possible. We reached out to Ace Handyman Services and they answered the phone which provided the initial personal interaction we needed to move forward. Teresa assessed our needs and we where pleased to met with Blake, same day, to review the job requests we had. He is reasonably priced to individual needs and accommodating to what you as the customer want to pay for, no grey area. He scheduled two of the most awesome professionals to help my wife and I complete our job. Their work was efficient, quality, and steady as we were able to finish the job. The guys were knowledgeable and easy to work with. We definitely recommend their services to others in need of upgrades or home repairs. Great company, would recommend them to anyone. We had some trim around a pocket door that needed to be fixed/replaced and Ace Handyman was both quick and easy to get scheduled. Dillon Ness owner of Big Sky Boundaries did an excellent job installing my vinyl fence. Dillon and his crew took the time with me to go over the installation process. His crew was very professional, polite and very nice to talk to. Dillon knew how important it was to make sure the fence was leveled properly so my dogs would not dig out. It is so nice to have a contractor come out and know the job will get done correctly. I really appreciate these guys. They did a great job.

Glass Doctor of St. Joseph, MI

I have an antique mirror which was broken during a fire I had at my home. The technician who replace the glass and hand chisel the edge of the mirror. Did a wonderful job. I would give this company my business any day of the week.I would highly recommend this company to anyone who needs any type of glass to be replaced. Here are the before and after picture.

Has replaced our windshield 4 times now and sucks everytime. The glass wasn't set properly so you can see it dripping. Scratched our car in multiple places and took 3 months to fix that. Finally fixed it today and saw they scratched up our whole bumper. Owner came out crying about it saying that he didn't even come close to the bumper.

Everytime we called, we heard a different story. Nobody was communicating. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The overall experience was great! I called and got an appointment right away. Tommy was very professional! He explained everything to me. Tommy noticed that my drivers side windshield wiper was loose and I asked if I had issues. I told him yes. Tommy tightened up my windshield wiper bolt. My windshield wiper was not working for a couple of months and I thought it was a bigger issue. I really appreciate him going above and beyond! Most importantly he repaired my windshield in a timely manner. The young lady at the front desk was nice too. :)

I was referred by Progressive because Glass Doctor assured that they could repair cracked windshield and recalibrate my camera. They knew make, model, year beforehand. However, in mid process, the tech tells the office manager that they cannot recalibrate Subarus and a few other makes due to being dual camera. Of course, it was too late to stop the windshield repair so I could take my car to the dealer as they said I'd need to do. They then said the cost of just the windshield fix would be exactly my deductible, though office manager balked for a min when I asked for the receipt to be itemized.  I paid my $500, and now have to go somewhere else and take another day off work. It's possible that they really didn't know they can't repair certain types and weren't just sharking for my deductible. But their shop has been around a long time and my car is a 2019. This can't be the first time, they ran into this issue.  I am sharing this feedback so others can avoid the same issue.  If the shop will start rejecting cars with cameras they can't fix, that would indicate it was a true mistake with my vehicle. I am not sure if I was cheated, but the situation was not good at all.

They were very nice but told me they were able to recalibrate my camera and found out they didn't when the warning lights lit up on my dashboard.  I now have to take it to the dealer and pay to have it recalibrated and then reach out to my insurance for a refund.

Just recently got my system replaced at the end of September 2023 and even though I’m an employee, I still got the top notch customer service from our team of professionals!!! We love our new system! Aire Serv of Aggieland was exactly what we needed and expected for our dryer vent cleaning and A/C system checkup!  The service call setup with Amber was pleasant and and professional, and the technicians arrived right on time. The company communicated the status of the tech’s arrival and we were totally prepared.The entire staff were communicative, professional, thorough, timely and the technician, Chandler Coffman was the perfect blend of excellent tech and super customer service. Chandler and his trainee Blaze took pictures and updated us every step of the way as they thoroughly cleaned our dryer vent and performed a service checkup on our existing HVAC system. They also wore protective booties to enter our home, and cleaned the areas thoroughly when they finished. Chandler offered advice on what he felt are the next steps we should consider, and at NO time did he attempt to “up sell” us (for which I was extremely grateful, as it would have turned me off immediately and completely). The invoice was exactly as I was quoted for the service, and checkout and the followup receipt and link to the details of the service were exactly as promised.  I highly recommend Aire Serv of Aggieland!

Aire Serv provided phenomenal services,  from the great customer service during my phone call booking the appointment to the dryer vent cleaning provided by Gabe and Blaze. They were friendly and  efficient getting me on the schedule in the office and Gabe and Blaze were kind and provided me information on the services they provided. They made my vents look like new and our dryers are drying as if they are even brand new again!  Thank you Aire Serv!

Everyone at Aire Serv of Aggieland has given top-notch service in a sudden great time of need.  I've posted this before on another review site but also want to share it here - the staff are very responsive and detail-oriented over the phone, and the AC technicians take a lot of pride in their work.  Even towards the end of the day, Nick worked tirelessly to make sure the new set up was working perfectly with the new electric done by another company.

During our 104 degree-plus daily temperatures in July our neighbor, an elderly man who is an amputee, badly needed help with getting his AC overhauled, replaced, and up to code - they made it very easy for us to help him with that experience and supplied him with a good window unit until the parts came in.  We were able to keep close contact with Aire Serv to help my neighbor and we are forever grateful.  Highly recommend, very good people here!

We have used Americlean twice now for remediation of water damage - first one was a roof leak, second was a burst pipe. They have been excellent both times! They are very responsive and quick to come out. Megan has been our main point of contact, and she has been wonderful to work with - friendly, caring and very knowledgeable! Austin finished up the process with getting our carpets thoroughly cleaned and restored, and he was also very knowledgeable, friendly and professional. They worked a miracle with our basement over the past week, making sure everything was taken care of and ready to go before we have guests coming in for Thanksgiving. I highly recommend Americlean if you ever have a need!

I cannot overstate how much I love this company. There's nothing worse than having your ceiling open up and start pouring water onto all of your personal belongings. This is what my girlfriend and I walked into at about 7:00 p.m. last night. Luckil our property manager picked the right company and by about 9:30 this morning I had a phone call from Megan, one of their managers, who was extremely professional, upbeat, and had a very positive attitude. Upon reaching the property they were extremely adept at putting my mind at ease, inspecting the entire apartment using thermal imaging systems to determine which areas had been affected. All of their technicians seem very professional, but especially Mike really made me feel like things were going to be just fine. I cannot restate how professional and kind every single person I have met that works for this company is. Outstandingly good impression. If the worst ever happens to you I would call these guys. We are moving into a new home, after 35 years!  I called Chem Dry and couldn’t be more thrilled with the results!!!

Currently, I reside in a different state.  Caleb took such great care of us!!!  He inspected the home and called with his recommendations.

I was extremely worried about the hardwood floors.  As I learned, when Caleb takes care of you, you don’t have a care in the world!

I had to reschedule at last minute, and they were understanding and worked us back in quickly.  Rob did an excellent job on our upholstery.  It looks brand new! I had the pet odor treatment, and it is amazing! Rob worked diligently to find the problem area. He even cleaned our cat tree for a good price! I am very pleased! Fast, effective, great communication and a fair price!

Caleb was phenomenal! He double checked the room sizes we had provided to ensure the total was correct. Went over every option and made sure to tell me the price of each add-on option. He was very professional and put my mind at ease that we had chosen the right cleaning service for our needs. We also received a call stating that he was done with prior appointment early. So we were able to get the carpets cleaned before our scheduled appointment time.
