Everything was wonderful. Scott took care of us10/19/23.He did a super good job.  We had some hard pet stains.  Scott also spot cleaned two couch cushions.  We are very pleased.  A++++ work by a pleasant, knowledgeable technician.

Newman Restoration & Cleaning responded to my urgent concerns immediately.  The company took every step necessary to clean-up the extensive damage to my home due to a frozen pipe rupture.  Water damage has potential to become toxic. The air scrubbers were incredible and with three of those machines running the air became safe.  I was in the house throughout the process and the crew was kind, professional, and diligent.  I highly recommend and trust this company

Had my chimney cleaned today the gentleman showed up on time and were professional! They took care to protect my property, very impressed with these young men. My wood stove and chimney look brand new. They made sure to let me know about caring for my wood stove and definitely were knowledgeable about what they were doing. I will use this company again! DO NOT USE - SCAM - SCAM - SCAM. If I could give a 0 star, I would. This team went into our unit with the sign off to only heat up the moist area where we had a water leak. While in our unit, they found mold. Rather than pausing the project to contact us to let us know what they had found, provide proof of mold to us and go over best next step; the team ripped out drywall, insulation, flooring and partition walls without notification or consent. In addition, when we were able to connect they only provided one option in moving forward that would have resulted in an additional $5,000 in spend. NOT TO MENTION, the owner ANDREW added the pressure for us to make a decision because he had left an air purifier in our unit that was costing us $75 a day.. Again, no consent and no alternatives. After we fired them from the project, we had another mold mitigation team come in and say the work that Newman had done and were proposing to do was overkill. We also learned that they have a reputation in this area for quoting low and then walking out with 3x as much what was quoted. DO NOT USE THEM. PERIOD.

I purchased a used car that unfortunately had a very heavy perfume scent in it. It was all over the drivers seat and seat belt. After going to numerous auto detailing places who didn’t have a solution for me, I was finally recommended the Ozone treatment at Newman Restoration. Since it’s an overnight treatment they were able to get me in right away! The treatment helped tremendously and got almost all of the perfume scent out. They even offered to do the treatment a second time, which was free of charge. I’m so happy with the outcome and my car smells almost like new. They were awesome to do business with and offer not only great treatments but also amazing customer service. I highly recommend them, thank you Newman Restoration!

Newman came out to a bunch of our client’s homes in Big Sky and did dryer vent cleanings and some carpet stain removal. The process to get them there was a so easy and the work was top notch. They showed up and efficiently did what we needed. I’ve used Newman several times in Billings and Big Sky for personal and business needs and wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Amazing quality windows. The guys that showed up knew exactly what to do and got right to work! Very respectful of our house and us. Windows put in with attention to detail and sealing everything to be efficient so there isn’t any air getting through.

The whole experience of replacing windows through Window Nation was great: from the initial conversation and quote, to the appointment for the exact measuring, to the updates while waiting for the windows to be ready for install (a couple of weeks earlier than expected), then to the install and cleanup.
Joel and his crew did an excellent job with the installation and cleanup even though it was only about 40 degrees outside, and explained the process as they worked. They were quick and efficient.
We’ve already noticed a lack of drafts around the new windows and love how they look and work!

They were here when they said they would be a matter of fact I had some stuff still to move and they said no hurry ma'am take your time a worse just curious and pleasant polite answered any question I had asked if they could put the sign in the front yard cleaned up very well was done very fast overall very pleased with them  I had a broken one and they didn't even break it taking it out. If you're considering it you should have it done too

We recently had our ceramic tile and grout cleaned by Coit.  The entire experience was seamless starting with the initial visit in which  the cleaning process was explained, our questions were answered, and we were told upfront the exact cost of the service.  Two days later two technicians arrived and, within an hour or so, our kitchen and foyer areas looked 100% better!  The servicemen were both personable and professional, and we would certainly recommend Coit to anyone who asks! We also plan to use them again in the future for carpet cleaning and dryer vent cleaning.

Called several cleaning companies to clean tile floors in side entryway, kitchen & bathroom of my son’s Broad Ripple rental. Only COIT took the job. Jim Hamed was very cordial & professional. Using the online form they estimated the cost which was under $200 and the 2 employees (Oscar & Walter) did a great job. They also sealed the grout and the cleanup was 👍. We had never used pros for cleaning our 10 yr old tile floor. Surprised how much they got cleaned (90%)! Very happy 😀 and highly recommend this company. And we’re planning to use them more often. Hot steam with power floor machines work! Our vinegar & elbow grease didn’t cut it🤪.

Super easy booking online... Scheduled for a technician to come out and give an estimate AND complete job on same day. This was key because I'm rarely at home for multiple service dates. Received an email stating I would get a call the day before with a more precise time window for the job. No phone call. Contacted the company on day of scheduled service. They appeared caught off guard by my phone call and appointment, asked how I booked, then said they couldn't do service that day... Only an estimate. If you are going to schedule, make sure you call them by phone. It appears their online booking is either not accurate or no one checks it. The gentleman on the phone also insisted that estimates need to be done first, and service should not be done on the same day. Then why advertise that on the website and allow it to be booked??

Our water heater broke and spilled water all over our basement. We called Paul Davis and they arrived an hour later. They assessed the situation and walked me through all their recommendations  to correct the problem. They were extremely knowledgeable, and I really enjoyed  how they thoroughly explained the corrective measures that were needed. The company set up equipment to dry out the carpet, drywall, and framing affected. After they completed the project, you would never know our basement had any water damage. If you ever have any restoration needs, call Paul Davis! They are the best in business!

Paul Davis Restoration

The Austin Paul Davis has taken care of me twice now for damage to rooms caused by faulty plumbing and both times arrived promptly with their equipment to get the damage mitigated as quickly as possible. Jesse took great care of me leading the demo, moisture control, and cleanup on my most recent incident with support from Ray and Kole and I’m extremely happy with the care that was taken in the project. I don’t want any more leaks in the house but if I do I wouldn’t hesitate to call Paul Davis.

This project started out good but I had to point out and then get corrected almost every thing that was done except for the roofing. But they were unsupervised and backed their truck up in the garden. Here are some things that I had to catch while Paul Davis should have caught.

1. My son's room had ceiling replaced and the mud joint cracked and the texture does not match.
2. The smoke detector electrical was put in crooked and not flush with the ceiling.  I pointed this out so the smoke detector was then caulked it to cover the non flush junction box. Now you can't take down the smoke detector to change batteries etc. I also had to point this out. So they "fixed" it yet it was still not straight and once again caulked in place. I had to then point this out to Paul Davis.
The backsplash they started putting in was not being installed correctly with spacers so was not level.  Too had to point this out to Paul Davis so it all had to be taken down and re done. I told Paul Davis the details such as no tile to go in the window areas and window sills need to be installed and this was brought up 3 times. When I came in they were putting tile in the window area so this all had to be ripped out. The did the work and the tile was not straight along the window area so they but aluminum channel after the tile and just glued it on which is not correct and they just did the sides not the top. This goes on before tile. They then mudded and painted the window area and sill plates but used flat white paint and did not match the gloss like the rest of the kitchen. They did not put the lighting back that was on top of the counter. The under cabinet lighting they did put back was not done correctly and I had to point this out such as running the cable through holes in the cabinet not just over it. I looked at the groute they were using to install the new glass tile and it says "Not used with glass tile" I pointed this out. And he said he would send a guarantee.

We needed our rain gutters fixed so they took down the ones that were up and found they needed to replace some wood so left. It rained hard that night and with all the rain coming straight off the room onto the patio it leaked inside and down the 2nd floor ceiling in the middle of the night. I called and called but could not get someone out even though they had a 24 hour line. I put up tarps and they came out and opened them up and did work and did not replace them!! It rained that night and I'm up at 3am putting tarps up in the rain as it started leaking again!!! I had to pay for my full hallway ceiling to be dried out replaced, textured and re painted!!! They never even asked what happened or if they could help to fix this. I wish I took more pictures

We had the crew from Paul Davis help us with water mitigation in multiple rooms affected by rain entering that had entered via massive hail damage to our roof and siding. Vincent, Jessie, and Kyle were on top of the situation and were very professional and efficient as they set up equipment and talked with us about plans to deal with the affected areas. One thing that stood out was that the each of the guys was super responsive and empathetic to our situation. They respected our property, communicate proactively, and were willing to work with us to ensure we were all in agreement before doing demo work. Now that we've almost completed drying things out I wanted to share what a great experience we've had working with this team. I wouldn't hesitate to call on this team again if we ever need professional help in a similar emergency situation. Thank you guys for the amazing service!

I have been down this road with water leaks and remediation.   Paul Davis company was a surprise and delight because their service was always over 100%.   Jacob handled the business part and made it easy, Shaun headed the crew and was so organized and knowledgeable, Terran just all around, near perfect part of the team, and that Tyler quietly about and taking care of behind the scenes.   They saved my. hardwood floors, make it bearable and I applaud.   Talk to me if you want more praises.

Jorge and his team were fantastic! They did an excellent job cleaning up the mess we had. Now onto the tile and ceiling fixes!

Zuriel and his team were very efficient and professional. They worked quickly but effectively so as to bother our routine as little as possible. Zuriel was very good about letting us know exactly what they were doing and keeping us and our adjuster updated. He answered all our questions.

Puro clean was very professional and communicated with me throughout the process. We had a toilet leak on the 2nd floor and caused alot of damage. Juan, Javier and zurier in Austin area were great. Very respectful of my house and very courteous. Covered everything and were very thorough when taking down drywall. I would highly recommend them.

Reynolds Body Shop, L.L.C.

My vehicle was hit by a lady who ran a red light. My insurance (progressive) suggested Reynolds Body Shop they was able to get my car in within a very reasonable time weeks before anyone else progressive suggested. The completed the work on time. When I picked up my vehicle they cleaned the entire inside! I have 4 young children so you can only image how much of a mess it was but they have it looking new again! Every staff member I spoke with during the time they had my vehicle was nothing less than respectful and knowledgeable. Hopefully my car never needs repaired again but if it happens I would definitely bring it back to them! Here are some before and after pictures of my vehicle.

Update: I had an issue with my tire not to their fault (maybe had a late effect due to the accident I was in I’m not sure) they had my vehicle towed to their shop got the part & replaced it in less than 24 hours to top it off my tires weren’t very good they was due for new ones..  they replaced all 4 tires for me. When I went to pick up the vehicle I spoke with the owner he shook my hand multiple times thanking me for my business! I have never felt so trusting in a shop (especially as a female) as I was when my vehicle was in their hands. I would recommend this place 100000xs to anyone!

Excellent customer care and outstanding service!!! They took care of my car with intelligence, did it very quickly and I can’t tell that anything had happened at all! No dents or scratches where I had dents and ripped metal. They matched the paint perfectly on an old car too!! Very friendly employees that got my jokes! They were nice and looked at my car a week later for me when I had a few questions. If I ever need body work again, I’ll definitely go back to Reynold’s!

I recently had Reynolds body shop complete a large dent repair that was from the fender to the rear of the truck. It was done in timely fashion and was please of the work. After taking a look over on the truck, I noticed a spot that had hadn’t been address or maybe missed. I called the shop and let them know about the missing area and I was very happy with their response. They were very understanding and willing to fix it right away. No one was upset at my concerns and the owner personally spoke with me which I definitely appreciated. They went beyond the scope of work and I’d be happy to bring my vehicle back because I know they will do right by me each and every time.

This place I love. The staff very friendly service is excellent and comforting. They literally fixed my car without me paying anything out of pocket after it was stolen. They even repaired my back bumper paint swap I did a while back and it wasn’t even in the estimate  they gave. Sure it took a while to get back and service on the phone didn’t give me no info/update but I’m happy they took they time and everything with it. I would definitely recommend them if a person I know is in need of body work

Ace Handyman Services West Austin

Handy man got texture material on Artwork, walls, doors, new floors and ceiling.  Drywall he installed is already cracking and coming apart after two hours.  Instead of cleaning the texture he decided to paint over it with a paint that doesn't match the original.  Friendly guy just not very good at drywall.  I will now have to hire another contractor to fix what Ace did to my walls and floors.
The company did reach out after leaving this review and offer to send the tech back out.  I do appreciate the call, the level of customer service and the offer.  If he could have done it right the first time im sure he would have so there is no reason to send the guy back out. I have contacted another company to redo the drywall.

Ace installed 4 ceiling fans for us. They were very responsive, courteous, and fairly priced for the installation. All 4 fans were remote control fans. After the installer left, I realized that the remote controls were working operating multiple fans because they need to have different frequencies set for them. I was unsure of doing it myself for fear of messing anything up so I called Ace back up and they rushed out to help me get he remotes on their own frequencies, at no extra labor cost. It was an easy thing to overlook and they were very kind about coming out ASAP to help me solve it. Very friendly, very fair, very communicative and quick turn around. Highly rated.

First time hiring a handyman, Alex was thorough and professional. He finished the job quickly, cleaned up thoroughly and even did touch up paint. I already have more projects lined up. 16 fixtures switched out.

This was Andrew Dillons 3rd trip to our request as we wanted him to help us get our house ready for sale. On every trip he performed 110% to our expectations. He is courteous, on time and just  a nice guy. He knows his stuff! We have already requested a 4th estimate  from him for additional work.He actually has been a God send. If you want it done right...with no problems whatsoever He is your guy and Michelle in the office makes it happen and is excellent at communicating!

Alex was very professional and efficient. Came and did an evaluation of a half dozen varied issues, went and got materials, came back and did the work to our expectations.  We appreciate the work, and wouldn't hesitate to use Ace again.
