Michael was very knowledgeable about his field and products. He answered questions without any difficulty, was thorough in his task, and made sure our unit was in great shape before leaving. Michael provided helpful insights and suggestions on how to best maintain our system. He did all of this with a smile and jovial attitude while educating a younger employee about the work. Our unit was extremely dirty and he cleaned it with a smile!

I called and within an hour, Micheal showed up to my home and inspected the damage, diagnosed the root cause and immediately implemented preventive measures, and came up with a comprehensive plan to make ensure security of ac unit by replacement. Service tech was very professional and inspected/Serviced everything in a timely manner. Bought filters for my IQ system and he went back to the warehouse and picked them up for me and hand delivered them to me. Great guy and an awesome job!
