We've been using/recommending American Doors for 20 years now. They installed a garage door in my childhood home. Garage door openers for my father. Two garage openers for my current house as well as countless number of jobs for friends of mine. They have always been upfront and helpful (more importantly reasonably priced) and grateful for our business. I can't tell you how many companies I have dealt with that seem to take you fro granted once you call them. American Doors are a pleasure to do business with. Thanks again for all of your help.

So I never met Rich but Rich was the tech for our property. He is by far the laziest garage door tech we have every used. His job was to find out why the garage door kept bouncing up when we kept closing it... He stated that the tracks were to tight so he adjusted that and I asked that he install the bottom rubber seal because there was gaps at the bottom when the door closed (closed manually) and to install exterior door seal. Soooooo he installed the door seal over the old damaged exterior door seal and installed the a new bottom seal over the old bottom seal. So we have 2 seals on top of one another. This method worked maybe for a month or so before the garage door started to hit the top double exterior seal. We remodel this home to list for sale so it was vacant when he "fixed" these issues so no one was there to really check the garage door on a daily basis. Needless to say, we had to hire another guy to fix this door! The new tech said the double seals are causing the garage to bounce up and the garage wheels needed to be replaced. Since our new tech, its been months and NOOOOOOOOOO ISSUES!!! So paying Rich 450$ was money we lost. He's been fired for our next projects!

I called Rich answered. ....none of that press one for English stuff....came out measure my doors a day later I have a beautiful brand new door....so professional there is some good business left out here.....thank u American Doors!
