I've been using Aire serve for the past five years and I have to say the service has been amazing. They've done everything from vent cleaning, biannual maintenance, and parts replacement. Everyone is so professional and caring.

All the women in the office Emmy, Mandy and Cathy are so helpful. They always follow through with everything they have told you would and check in on me to make sure everything good. The service technicians go above and beyond when they are here. Parker, Kyle and Ryan have been awesome. Parker and Emmy both called me after I had surgery to see if I needed anything. They are more than a business to me, they're family.

If you haven't done so already consider getting the service contract. It's well worth it!

Aire Serv not only installed our new AC unit but they've been our choice of HVAC service company ever since. If an issue arose, they were out to our home in less than 24 hours if not the same day. In the Texas heat, our AC just might be the most important part of our home. We use the annual service plan and I don't have to worry about scheduling it since they call me to remind me it's time and schedule the appointment. I would 100% recommend Aire Serv.

Dylan came out to the house for maintenance and it was an excellent experience.  He was very professional and took the time to explain everything that was going on with my system.  I will definitely be using these guys again!

Well, as luck would have it, Christmas is this weekend and weather is fluctuating- and our heater has gone out. I called Air Serv, and they were here within a matter of hours, working to get us back up and running. Our HVAC is original with the house, so it’s about 30 years old. They did warn us last year that we need to replace the unit as soon as possible, but I was hoping it would last till spring. Rather than giving us bad news at the worst time, they instead have ordered parts and are trying to help us get ready for what is to come as far as weather is concerned. They have been thoughtful, courteous, and extremely professional. From the office staff to the technicians, I have total confidence in their honesty and integrity. They have gone out of their way to help us, and I could not be more thankful for all the folks at AirServ.

Excellent workmanship and staff. Reliable, timely and very courteous. Worked closely with my needs. Marcus and his office staff were very attentive to my requests. Chris and his assistant were also very attentive and Chris provided guidance that allowed me to make decision about how I wanted the remediation completed. Would recommend and use again if necessary.

During the coldest weather this area has seen in this past winter I had a pipe burst. There was ice and snow everywhere. Most businesses were shut down and nobody was available. Marcus Fors and his guys were not only available but got to my house to begin ripping out insulation, tearing out a few walls, setting up fans, etc…. In less than an hour. His work was so good I also had them at a later date come clean my air ducts. Again on time and professional. I highly recommend PuroClean for all your clean up and restoration needs.

We called PuroClean the first time when we decided to purchase a home that had a very strong smoke smell throughout the house. PuroClean came in and cleaned the walls and vents and put their air machines throughout the house and eliminated the smell.

So when we discovered water had leaked from our shower in the master bathroom into walls and rooms that share those walls we knew who we trusted to come out.

We had water damaged walls, carpets and pads. We had the mold and mildew problems that come along with that.

PuroClean came out and explained what they needed to do and how they were going to do that. They were polite and knowledgeable. They worried about our health and respected our things and us. I knew when I opened the front door the first day and they were covering their shoes so that nothing else got ruined that they cared

They were very professional. They let us what was going on every step of the way. We would use them again and will be recommending them to everyone we know.

Paul Davis Restoration

Our experience with Paul Davis Restoration was excellent.  We had water damage from an ice dam in the master bedroom and all 3 phases of the process went smoothly.  The work was quality and the personnel sent to do the work were professional in every way.  We are very thankful for Paul Davis Restoration.

We used Paul Davis' services in the spring of 2022 because of water damage we had due to ice damming on the roof of our 1 1/2 story house. While Josh, who we worked with, was responsive & very clear at communicating, we ended up being disappointed overall at how the job went. We were working with an insurance claim and Paul Davis was not able to work within the confines of our budget for the overall job. Once demo had been done in one of the rooms, we were told that there was extensive rot in the exterior of our home, which was outside the scope of Paul Davis restoration. We were left with exterior walls that were demo-ed to the point of essentially only being a tarp barrier, and to this day we are still working on finishing out this area to it's pre-event state. Paul Davis was not able to refer us to any services that would help us out of the mess we were in and we went on to research and hire another company to complete the exterior work that needed to be done. We were left with a job that was finished to about the quarter of the original scope of the work that needed to be done for restoration, mold that still needed remediation, and a bill of about $3500 for the demo work of one room. In the future, we would probably not use Paul Davis restoration again, because the commitment to this job was so low. Again, we appreciated Josh, but the company could use more work in ensuring their customers have the tools they need to get back to pre-event condition.

We are so thankful for a company that can handle all the needs from remediation through restoration of our home. Micah has been wonderful in explaining the process along the way and making sure all is being taken care of.

Called Paul Davis after a burst water heater. It was early January in Northern Minnesota. They responded immediately, got everything dried out and cleaned up right away.

Great communication throughout the entire process.

Had water damage in basement they came at a timely manner, explained what needed to be done.  . Was done in 3 days.  Removed all the debris that needed to be removed , left basement clean and dry, came back a few days later to make sure everything was dry.

Ace Handyman Services Greater Wausau

They were able to give me clear quotes for all the services (projects) I needed to have done. The appraiser is very knowledgeable and experienced. I'm getting my work started next week.

*UPDATE 11/30/23* The work has been completed on my house, and I couldn't be happier! Thadius was great! He was even willing to do some last-minute projects. Everything turned out great! I've posted some pictures of the work I had done. My only regret is that I forgot to take "before" pictures to post as well. I would definitely recommend them to friends and family. A very big thanks to Thadius, Chris, and Jeremy (appraiser)!

My chimney had been covered up before. Moisture damage over the past few years wrecked the walls and the plaster around the chimney. Thadius took care of that and more! The last-minute add-on project was all the door trimming in the photos. We discussed pricing and options before he started any work. He went above and beyond by adding the baseboards as well, which I'm thrilled about!

The "basement" photo is a former window. My house is 108 years old and settled into the ground. The windows, I had two replaced, had deteriorated and were sinking into the ground. Two more windows I had the window frame repaired. Chris had worked on the window frames while Thadius installed the cinder blocks.

I had to wait a couple of months before the repair guy could come which I totally understand but what I didn’t understand none of the prep for the new door frame , inside door frame was anticipated nor accounted for until i was told it was too late to go back, iwanted the end result to be as perfect as the new door but it didn’t turn out that way so now I’ll need yet another’s expertise to finish this one project, very disappointing

My business had several projects around the facility that needed to be addressed. Most of the projects were too small to engage a contractor, and too large to handle by our maintenance staff. I reached out to Ace to obtain some cost and time estimates, Paula responded to my request within a day and scheduled someone to come directly to my business and assess the project. I received a detailed cost estimate that met my expectations. We scheduled the work the same day I accepted the estimate. The craftsmen "Jeremy and Chris" completed the projects promptly and on cost. They were flexible in working around our business schedule and the backlog of another sub-contractor which pushed the final finish work back a couple weeks. I will continue to use Ace Handyman Services for these type of projects in the future.

They fixed a water damaged wall caused by insufficient flashing installed when the house was built. We even had rotten studs, but they completed the work in one day instead of the 3 scheduled. Our invoice was also much less than our quote. We are very pleased with their work and kindness.

We needed a 3rd bedroom and Ace Handyman Services gave us that and quick. I won't contact anyone else when I need repairs, updates or additions. From Paula who answered the phone to Jeremy who was always on time and friendly, just a great experience!

Aire Serv of Oconomowoc

Ian was awesome. He showed up early (15 minutes) to help with my work schedule. Ian did furnace tune-up and was very detailed about the work he was performing. He set the Nest thermostat and patiently explained the details (for a non tech savvy person like me). He also suggested future maintenance work. Very thorough, highly professional. Strongly recommended.

Absolutely love this company. The owner Doug came out on a 24hr emergency call from us and was super quick and responsive to help us out. In the end our a/c unit needed to be replaced. They sent a team of great guys to our home days later to perform the work. Steve, Ian, and John were super professional and respectful to our home with us having a toddler and new born. The crew and company did absolutely amazing work, and I would happily highly recommend them!

Ian came to do the fall maintenance on our furnace. He was respectful, courteous and did an excellent job. He also let us know that our dryer vent was in need of cleaning and was able to take care of the problem right away. We have been using this business for our furnace, water heater and air conditioning needs for many years. We highly recommend them!!

I highly recommend this company for all your heating and cooling needs. The technicians are very polite, knowledgeable, thorugh with installs and checkups, and pick up behind themselves. Amazing company! Doug came out right away on an emergency call. Had to replace our entire a/c unit and system. Steve, Ian, and John were the most professional and kindest guys to have in our home during the install. The crew came out days after Doug diagnosed our problems. EDIT: In response to owner— I confirmed multiple times and you have stated very clearly that since it was completed by a company you acquired, you cannot help us without us paying. There was no misunderstanding. And that still doesn’t excuse the RUDE employees I spoke with.

DO NOT USE this company. They have the most unprofessional owner and management and they do not guarantee the work of the company they acquired.

We had someone come out A WEEK ago and said everything was good. We even tipped the guy. One week later, heater stops working and they refuse to waive the fee to come out and take a look.

At this point, I didn’t even want to deal with them further because what company makes you pay a fee to come out after they came out a week ago to fix the same issue?

Go with smaller, family owned companies. This place is only after your money.

Great company that I would recommend to my family and friends! Technician Saul came to do our furnace maintenance and explained and recommend to us exactly what we needed to do. He came prepared and got everything installed and cleaned up in no time. Thank you!

Over the years I have used many service providers and honest to goodness, I have never seen this good of a service that is provided by Green Air care. They are excellent at what they do and their staff and service professionals are very courteous, punctual and leave your house as clean as it was before. Their staff at the office are very understanding and accommodating as a business could be. Kudos to all!!!

My uncle recommended Green Air Care after having them install his AC unit over the summer. I was long overdue for a new furnace and ac combo as it has not been replaced for my home. Alex was extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and provided great suggestions for what would be appropriate for my home. Compared to other quotes i received, green air care went over the installation process in detail. Tulga and his team of installers were kind, professional, and did a stellar job with the installation. He also gave recommendations for me to considering the age of my house. Gone are the days of having to turn the pilot on for the furnace and astronomical gas bills but i couldnt be any happier with the work and service provided by this company. Thank you!

NEVER HIRE THESE GUYS!!!! RIP OFF!!! They installed a 2500 humidifier and few days later my furnace breaker started to trip.  Called them back to come and fix it.  They want $1700 more to fix it.  Go somewhere else who can do a better job.  The OWNER who he claims he is the owner is a complete idiot and has ZERO knowledge and ZERO customer services.  Save your money and go some where else.  They dont deserve any star !!! GARBAGE!

This is an Update and my  response for the OWNER.
1.  This unit was installed in  OCT you IDIOT --  not 7 months ago.
2. Even if you had installed 7 months ago who is the HELL turns on the humidifier during Summer.  Clearly, you have ZERO imagination as to when to use the AC and heating.
3.  When your guys came to install this $2500 unit you should have accessed the install and the power amp before even starting the work.   So clearly you guys seem to wing your Job to make money and rip people off.

Best Chicago Railings

We had a great experience with Best Chicago Railings. Andrew was responsive to all my questions and showed up on time for our appointments. And we got our new railings about a week after we signed the contract. It was great service all around and I love how they look!

I got quotes for new porch railings from 4 different companies. A 5th company I contacted did not offer a powder coating option. I was amazed at the variability in the prices quoted. Best Chicago Railings pricing was very competitive and reasonable.

The BCR website made it easy to describe what style custom railings I wanted fabricated because there were numbered photo examples of different types of railings, both interior and exterior. The website FAQ section explained the process, payment terms, refund policy, and warranty.

After I sent photos and approximate measurements of my new concrete porch to Best Chicago Railings, I received a quote from project manager Andrew the very next day by email. After he came out to do final measurements, he promptly sent me CAD drawings so I’d know what the railings would look like. I was able to make some changes in the final product design at this point.

I bombarded Andrew with questions almost daily and he responded promptly to each of them. Since I wanted the wrought iron railings powder coated in a bronze color, I asked for information about the company to which he outsourced that aspect of the fabrication. I was happy to also read good reviews of that company, Fresh Start.

The turnaround time for completion of the project was only two weeks from the day I approved the proposal. The installation crew arrived within the predicted time window and completed the installation in about one hour. Andrew was there when they finished to make sure the job was done right.

The new porch railings are taller than my old ones. This is because State building codes require that new railings are 36 in height. The Village inspector approved my porch and railings after they were installed.

In summary, I highly recommend Best Chicago Railings and would hire the company again when I’m able to replace my back porch and railings. Thank you, Andrew and crew!

Andrew provided excellent communication throughout every step of the process, including providing detailed drawings of our new railing. He was very responsive to all of our questions. We had Best Chicago Railings install two sets of railings at an apartment building in Glenview. The railings are very sturdy and attractive and they did an excellent job with the installation. We would absolutely recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality, custom railings.

I would definitely reccomend Just Fence It! The whole experience was great. I had many quotes before deciding who I was going to go with.  From the start of the sales guy all the way to the final completion day was  very good! Jose and Ana are on top of it. The installer David was very professional and mindful of our plants and other things around the property. They cleaned up everything and even washed down the fence after the build was done. Five stars all the way around! Definitely reccomend! Pvc/custom gates

Our experience with "Just Fence It" has been five star from the first phone call. They came out on the coldest, most bitter day and walked the property with us to do the consultation. Their communication was clear, consistent, and fast. They were responsive to questions and changes. They installed earlier than quoted, and the crew was professional and courteous for the entire process The final fence is literally my new favorite thing-- it is gorgeous to look at and extremely functional. There was even a secondary installation that needed to be done on a different day, and they came back and knocked that out of the park, too. Honestly, I have zero criticisms.
