During the coldest weather this area has seen in this past winter I had a pipe burst. There was ice and snow everywhere. Most businesses were shut down and nobody was available. Marcus Fors and his guys were not only available but got to my house to begin ripping out insulation, tearing out a few walls, setting up fans, etc…. In less than an hour. His work was so good I also had them at a later date come clean my air ducts. Again on time and professional. I highly recommend PuroClean for all your clean up and restoration needs.

We called PuroClean the first time when we decided to purchase a home that had a very strong smoke smell throughout the house. PuroClean came in and cleaned the walls and vents and put their air machines throughout the house and eliminated the smell. So when we discovered water had leaked from our shower in the master bathroom into walls and rooms that share those walls we knew who we trusted to come out. We had water damaged walls, carpets and pads. We had the mold and mildew problems that come along with that. PuroClean came out and explained what they needed to do and how they were going to do that. They were polite and knowledgeable. They worried about our health and respected our things and us. I knew when I opened the front door the first day and they were covering their shoes so that nothing else got ruined that they cared They were very professional. They let us what was going on every step of the way. We would use them again and will be recommending them to everyone we know.
