The communication with Donna was top notch. The estimator was professional and I enjoyed being treated like I was a friend.  Installer Keith was so experienced, kind and informative. I have worked with PuroClean two times in the past.  Both of my experiences with PuroClean have been seamless. Dave Kummer was the project manager. He was very reliable and responsive with coordinating all the projects that were underway during such a stressful time, and was able to alleviate any extra stress with his dutiful attention to detail. His team members worked well alongside him,  namely Sean and Luis. Sean and Luis from the Drywall and Painting team were such a joy to work with. They both had smiles on their faces every morning. Ruben and his team from Content Management were also very knowledgeable and helpful. They took very good care of managing the contents in my home. It feels wonderful to know that the people who are working on your home enjoy what they are doing and take pride in their work.

After hiring and dealing with an incompetent contractor who botched the work, I reached out to PuroClean.

Paul Rocco and Dave Kummer came out, assessed the issues, and explained what needed to be done to correct the problems. It was a very stressful and emotional situation for me and they were kind and compassionate. They immediately arranged for a crew, Jose and Sal, to start the work.

The crew was punctual, knowledgeable, and very professional. They handled everything from ordering and picking up products/materials to returning any residual. They were very clean/tidy during the whole process and I was not left with dust/dirt throughout my place. They adhered to my HOA's strict building "rules and regulations" regarding construction. They had an eye for detail, a great work ethic and did an amazing job.

Paul and Dave oversaw the crew closely. They were always available for calls and responsive to texts. Dave frequently stopped by to make sure everything was going smoothly and remained on schedule. Working with them was seamless; I did not have to worry about anything.  I can not say enough good things about this team. They stepped in and bailed me out after a horrible experience and I'm forever grateful. My only regret is not hiring them from the very start.

PuroClean has a wonderful team, from project managers to the workers. They are fast, responsive, highly professional, and very considerate of the clients. During the mitigation and construction process, the team are highly respectful of my property and interact very well with the house members, including the pets.
Arnold Donato, the project manager, is always highly professional and has been very supportive. He walked us through the whole process and helped us communicate with the insurance company. Julio, who is leading the construction and mitigation, is very efficient in his work, highly dedicated, easily to communicate with, and seems to have excellent work ethics. I highly recommend the team for whoever has problems with property damage, and needs a response team to deal with it properly and thoroughly!

So glad we went with ACE to remodel our bathroom. It's beautiful and Sean did a fantastic job. Friendly, knowledgeable, and gave great suggestions.

We originally were going to just replace the shower. We got quotes from Empire and Rebath and honestly the whole bathroom salesman experience trying to get commissions and upsell left me traumatized...one guy even made me late to pick my daughter up from school when he wouldn't move his car and was pressuring me to sign. Also, no one would give me an itemized quote. Just the "package deal"

When I found out ACE did bathrooms as well after some other smaller projects I was so relieved to try something different. The owner Dan came out and showed us onyx products (something the rebath guy tried to upsell) and there were no high pressure sales tactics. Also, we got a quote thousands of dollars lower so we asked about remodeling the whole bathroom not just the shower.

And then we recieved an ITEMIZED quote with real numbers and labor hours and prices for individual parts. The transparency made my ocd so happy.

Don't waste your time with another company. Go with ACE, skip the creepy bathroom salesmen, and get an amazing remodel worth your hard earned paycheck.

Great and quick service! We need our door to be level and Paul was very professional and get the job done so quick. He was neat and cleaned up after as well. We will definitely call them back for our future projects again.

My experience from start to finish was fantastic. I was doing a refinance on a mortgage and needed the work done quick and to a specific standard. The technician doing the work was polite, communicated with me often and did a beautiful job repainting all of my deck areas. The office staff was courteous and worked with my lender. I will use ace handyman again in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for house projects to be completed. They genuinely have the customers best interest as a priority.

There are many businesses that offer similar home related products and some services but Ace Hardware exceeds the competition in both those categories. Firstly Kylie provided specific, precise, and understandable guidance in the planning process of my particular home project, the installation of a new mailbox post including the necessary accessories to replace the original post on my property. Secondly and in a timely manner, Wade made the installation in difficult and very challenging conditions. The result was a perfectly installed mailbox post and mailbox. The total project completed by Ace Handyman Services was done so with professionalism and stress free compliance. I will not hesitate to use Ace Handyman Services in the future on other pending projects in which I cannot handle with complete confidence. Really a great service and final job provided.

I recently worked with Sean to complete my bathroom renovation. It was an educational and pleasant experience for me. He was supportive of my ideas and applied his skills to make them happen. His work is creative, efficient, meticulous, knowledgeable, orderly and timely. I was amazed at how much he accomplished each day and I appreciated his willingness to pick up materials as ordered or needed. Vaughn's Plumbing & Heating Co.

Hired to replace main heater in ~3300sf house. Price on the heater/install was OK. Communication was ok. Install left a lot to be desired. From dings in the stained wood banister and walls (yes 2) to dents in the brand new flooring, they definitely could’ve done a better job!

Had them install a new furnace and AC unit about a year ago. We shopped around a lot before choosing Vaughn’s. They were not pushy, and talked through the options very thoroughly and answered all my questions.  I had always heard that Vaughn’s did good work, but was expensive. I actually found them to be priced very fairly. Many others I got quotes from we're more expensive, and didn't seem to know what they were doing as well.

We’ve now had the units for about a year. Both the AC and the furnace have performed well.  Overall, we had a good experience with them.

I've been working with Vaughn's for a couple years now. They are filled with great people. People who care about their jobs and care about other people. You get to choose who does your HVAC repair. If I lived in the area, I would lean on them. Unfortunately, my relationship with them is business based. They are a great choice for assistance.

We had a great experience with Vaughn's!  We just moved to Green River from Oregon and had purchased a house.  The lower level drains were all backing up with sewage on the 3rd day of our ownership!  It was scary and we were exhausted.  They came out and repaired the problem immediately even though they had to delay other jobs to do so.  They did an excellent job.  They were here for 3 hours.  They explained the problem and potential solutions to us should the problem recur.  The charge with $450.00 - we thought it quite reasonable considering the exceptional effort they made to assist us and the wonderful service we received.  We highly recommend Vaughn's Plumbing!  JOSH AND DANIEL DID AN EXCELLENT JOB!

Central Aire Heating & A/C Inc

Central Aire came and gave me a quote for installing a mini split in a 30x30 garage.  They were back same week for the install.  The entire setup is very professional looking and color matched to the building.  Will definitely be recommending for anyone needing any AC work.

Here is how it starts. Lady that answered my call for distress sorry forgot your name, was professional and extremely nice and delivered on her promises. She was amazing. First technician (Larry) that came out was courteous, professional, punctual and was great. After issues with communication with landlord and property management company Central Aire and heat stepped in and stepped up to the plate and sent Donnie out. Once again I was amazed at the professionalism and over all taking ownership of the issues that was no fault of his or the company but made it right. After several days of sleeping in a hot house, tonight I will sleep with AC. Thank you to all the staff that helped make this a great experience when you didn’t have too.

From the sales process with Michael to the installation with Donnie and Buzz, it was a real pleasure. No pressure sales, just facts and options. The installation of our new HVAC system was just as easy with the team showing up in the window I was informed. Non stop professional work, pleasantly answering any questions I presented. PuroClean Disaster Services - Wood Dale

I have mixed feelings about working with this company. We had to have our home repaired due to a fire that started next door. We worked with multiple PuroClean teams during the whole repair process.

We loved the quality of service from the pack out and fire restoration teams. All the team members from both teams were very professional and friendly. We were kept in the loop at all the stages and all our questions were answered quickly.

I have mixed feeling about the construction team we worked with. The construction manager Eric and counter part Ryan were great and beyond helpful and understanding whenever we had questions. Ryan provided us a ton of help during the negation process with the insurance company. He took the time out to record a video to walk me through certain aspects.

My biggest issue with the service we received was from the construction project PM and the actual construction team. While the PM was helpful on occasions, most of the time we felt like we were being gaslighted whenever we brought up an issue, and to say there were many would be an understatement.

The construction team worked on the interior and exterior of my home. Including replacing our vinyl flooring and the siding of our home. Throughout the whole process my family members and I pointed out issues we noticed and rather than addressing the issues, we were told that everything was fine and if there was an issue at the end the team would remove everything and redo their work. And in our case, the issues on the interior of the house weren't too bad so we just had multiple additional visits to correct the problems. While for the exterior of the house, the PM had to bring in a completely new team since the first team had done everything completely wrong and all the work that had been done on the exterior of our home had to be removed and redone.

The whole construction process took more than double the time we were quoted and most of the issues were caused by having an inexperienced and unprofessional construction team and a PM that wasn't paying attention to the work being done and addressing concerns as they were being brought up.

I would like to take a moment to express my experience with Alfredo Gomez and the team members at PuroClean.

We faced a challenging situation with water damage in our basement, and finding the materials to replace the original wall was a major concern. However, Alfredo's assistance made the process of installing the drywall much easier. He went out of his way to locate the same materials for our walls, and the results are fantastic.We also had the entire basement painted too and it looks great.  Right from our initial conversation, Alfredo consistently went above and beyond to address all of my inquiries and ensure that everything was done correctly. The level of service he provided us is truly exceptional, leaving me thoroughly impressed. His dedication in sourcing the appropriate materials for the new dry walls was remarkable. It's evident that he genuinely cares about his customers and strives to deliver top-notch quality work. I highly recommend collaborating with Alfredo.

This company was great to work with for water mitigation, they were chosen by my insurance company and I can see why. Dylan especially was an all-star to work with. He picked up every single call and never made me feel like it was an inconvenience to him. He was great at communicating what was going to happen and if he was running behind he made sure to be respectful of my time and let me know. His team was also really good, they made quick work of everything and got the job done well and we're very professional. We're using this company for the construction portion of fixing things too and I hope the experience ends up being just as good!👍👍

*Update* Our home is all repaired now and the work looks great! Lucas and Mike did an excellent job, were friendly, professional, and happy to answer my questions. My insurance company also complimented how timely all necessary documentation was completed and said they'd be happy to work with PuroClean again.

I used Puro Clean for the entire project:  the clean up after the water damage( Project mgr Mitch ) , removing the drywall & drying things out , different team did packing up the contents of my basement (Ruben’s team ) and then another department did the restoration work (manager Eric , PMs Dave, Gaby , Alfredo ).  The guys who did the work did an amazing job on floor and walls. Looks great!     Finally, the department that delivers back the contents of my basement (Ruben’s team) were so nice , careful and helpful.  They helped me unpack boxes, took all the garbage etc.very nice team.

Will definitely use again. I started off on the wrong foot, by giving them the wrong model of windshield needing replaced. They found a correct one and replaced it still, in the same day at no extra charge. We have had the front windshield replace before at another company, and they did not even get our inspection sticker back on. Glass doctor did, and in a timely manner and with friendly customer service!

Cesar and Jennifer are professional,polite and had my wife's windshield in stock within a day the installation was super clean and took less than two hours for Cesar to finish they also warranty their work. They also do chip repair I recommend them and will use them again for my vehicles glass.
