I never leave reviews, but this company deserves it. I am totally pleased with the excellent quality lift chair that was installed. The whole experience was so smooth. The communication with Donna was top notch. The estimator was professional and I enjoyed being treated like I was a friend. Installer Keith was so experienced, kind and informative. Everyone was always on time and I always received phone calls with arrival time, which I appreciate. Highly recommend this company!

Finding the right stair lift and getting it installed was quick and easy. 101 Mobility helped me evaluate my options and there was NO sales pressure! All the 101 employees were friendly and caring. And I am safer in my home. Thanks 101 Mobility!

I have had 101 Mobility install three (3) stair lifts for me. In each case Donna and her staff were very responsive and helpful during the process. Installation was efficient and considerate to each site's need. All expectations were met or exceeded. All three stair lifts are performing as described.
