These guys were honest and upfront. Quick with all of their work and saved me a ton of money by being as professional and knowledgeable as anyone could ask for. I would highly recommend these guys over anybody out in the business. They came to my house in the middle of the night and worked all night to ensure the least amount of further damage from the already horrible situation. Best cleanup guys to hire.

Jessie arrived the day after we called to assess our water damage. The crew arrived the next day to clean everything up. We appreciated the responsiveness of Puroclean and the excellent job they did to ensure our basement was properly dried out.

Jesse was great. He came within 20 minutes of our call and accurately and quickly evaluated our smoke-related damage to our house. He and his crew came first thing in the morning to remediate our smoke damage and we are amazed that the smoke smell is GONE!  I recommend PuroClean highly (and our construction company added them to their list to call!!)

Very professional, I had a great experience with the two techs that came out to my house to work on my furnace! ( Sorry I’m horrible with names can’t remember ) I told them my furnace wasn’t staying on they found the problem showed me the part that failed & they had the replacement part on there truck replaced it and cleaned my furnace in a very quick and timely manner! They also answered all my questions helped me pick out the right air filters for my furnace! All in all just a great experience will be only using them going forward with all my Heating & A/C maintenance! Thank You again

John came out, he is the owner of the company. He checked our unit found and a loose wire. He fixed the problem immediately. We had a local company install 2 hard starts that kept going out. They said we were going to have to replace our whole unit. Sean said there was no problem at all with our unit it was only a loose wire. We need more companies like this, who are looking out for the consumer. We couldn't be happier, and he came out on a Saturday. It's good to know there's still good guys out there.

Are Serve was easy to work with from start to finish. Did a thorough job with the estimate, communicated options clearly, quickly scheduled our install, and installed neatly and professionally.

John Hermann & Patrick ( I didn't catch his last name ) you couldn't of asked for 2 better gentlemen . They were very informative,  concerned about how something was done wrong  when I had new furnace installed by local HVAC. They corrected the problem & explained several things to me. Dillard Door & Entrance Control

They super prompt and professional. They replaced an extension spring, and secured our garage gate opener for a reasonable price.  He was able to explain the problem to us clearly and politely.  The whole job took less than 30 minutes.

I would highly recommend Mike if you're in need of any garage repair job.

This has got to be one of the worst run companies in Memphis. I switched to Dillard door years ago because of the excellent service they used to give but know I am with Precision.
I am Asset Manager for Stoneridge at Germantown Falls. Over the course of 3 years at one location our company has spent in excess of $26,000.00 with Dillard Door. Two years ago they replaced a gate actuator on an exit gate with a piece of junk. Their own employees even said it was a inferior product. After 6 months of issues they finally came out and replaced it with another brand. During this 6 months we had issue after issue in which they had to be called to come out to get the gate operating only to be billed for each trip, after the replacement, I had several conversations with the Service Supervisor to which he informed me that he would take care of the invoices and for me not to worry about them. Fast forward 2 years later now that supervisor is no longer with the company and the new billing agent proceeds to invoice me for $1660.00 of unpaid 2 YEAR OLD invoices, she also refused to let service be done on my gates leaving my property unprotected.
I had gates not working and they kept putting me off but never told  me they were not going to do the repair because of the old invoices... ( side note, they were wanting $4K to replace rollers that Precision replaced for $1K)
I had several conversations with their Lead Service Tech in which he acknowledged the old invoices were supposed to be removed but no one would do anything. I have called several time and asked to speak with the owner and billing agent but neither has yet to call me. Now they have began legal proceeding for these invoices and they still will not return my calls...  Hate that a good company has gone bad...

STAY AWAY... THEY ARE NOT REPUTABLE...

In Response to the owner, you have NEVER serviced us with out payment. The invoices you are suing me for are invoices that YOUR SERVICE MANAGER said were to be removed because the operator you installed was inferior, and a note on that, your people were the ones that prompted the replacement not me... as to the power and phone issues, if you look  you were  paid to replace the power and phone lines to try and make the operator work...
Vandalism and infrastructure are not the issue here, every quote you have presented me on the last 3 years was always approved and never questioned and paid, I even paid for the defective operator...
As I stated, if you or your billing clerk would just return my calls this all could be avoided...

Dillard Door has helped our business on many occasions and the employees are always so friendly and really know their stuff. I'd recommend this company to anyone who need entrance control assistance.

This is a poorly run business. There is no organization. They don't return phone calls and have questionable business practices. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

If you are driving a car here in the winter you will most likely get stuck... they dont seem to care if their customers or employees get stuck in their parking lot. So if its snowing... dont attempt to go to this business because you will get stuck.

Green Clean Carpet & Air Duct Cleaning Inc

This entire team of people is so kind, scheduling was smooth and the pickup/delivery was convenient. Unfortunately the rug I had cleaned and repaired -looks- clean, but still smells like pet. They were going to reglue a few areas that popped up from the base and I was told the entire edge of the rug would be checked/repaired. Either the glue didn't stick or they did not do so because it's still coming apart. $200 is a lot to pay for a rug to come back still stinky and unglued. I left it rolled and wrapped the way it was delivered, and in the climate controlled bedroom for almost a week before unrolling it and laying it in the living room, so I assume it wasn't from wearing on it prematurely.

I just had my furniture cleaned.  I walked in the room while he was cleaning and there was water all over the floor.  I told him to immediately dry the floor because I did not want water sitting on my hardwood floors. I had to go through this 3 times with him before he finished.  I shouldn't have had to tell him to dry hardwood floor once and 3 was ridiculous.  When he went to leave, I looked and he had a hose draped over my planter destroying my flowers.  It appears that he has no respect for others property. The furniture is so wet he said 4 to 8 hours to dry.  I discussed this with a manager and he was extremely good to work with. He sent someone out the next day to see what he could do to help furniture dry faster. The manager agreed to give me a refund and was very apologetic. While the cleaner appears to need additional training, the manager definitely understands customer service. I would definitely recommend this business. Most businesses just blow you off if there is a problem, however, this business took appropriate corrective action promptly and my furniture now looks amazing.  Thanks Bill Shank.

I contacted green clean to service and clean my microfiber couch. 3 days later it was still wet. I contacted the company they never returned my call. I reached out to the tech (nice guy) he came and tried to fix the issue. He sanitized and dried my couch however it smells like mildew and whatever cleaning agent they use stinks. I'm highly upset that I have to deal with a smelly couch after paying for the service.

I received my vent cleaning service on Aug 4th 2020 after experiencing difficulty breathing and coughing after recent renovations.  The cleaning specialist, Sergio or Giorgio (I can't remember his name exactly) was very knowledgeable and professional. However, the service received wasn't exactly as expected.  Firstly, the cleaner didn't arrive in a company van as depicted in the photos. It appeared to be an unmarked older mini van. This was no big deal. Just not as expected.  Secondly, I may have misunderstood, but I was under the impression that the main vent didn't need to be incised or cut open to clean it but this was done. Again, no big deal. Thirdly, the company mentions several times that the service is mess free, which was not the case. I recently purchased the property after recent renovation so there was a significant amount of dust and debris from the vents and from the machine itself. I was told that the amount overloaded the hepa filter. I felt that the filter should have been changed between both floors. This was a big deal for me. Some of the mess was cleaned up, but there was still cleaning for me to do after the job. Lastly, the service is supposed to include video to view into the vents for a before and after.  I specifically requested that I be shown to the cleaning specialist. I was told that he forgot to show me. I'm assuming that he didn't want to or was equipped to do so, which I wasn't happy about because this was a service I was expecting. I wanted the service so I could better understand why I was coughing and having headaches.  Sergio did, however, show me certain items/pieces of metal pulled from the vents.  My coughing did improve. Though headaches persisted for weeks after. But, are better now after continual cleaning and use of the AC. I've attached photos to show the mess and the items pulled from the vent. I wanted to give this review because I was not totally satisfied with my service and to give potential customers a more accurate depiction of what they may encounter when requesting your service.

Alonso was the best! Very professional! Quick and efficient technician! I was concered about many spots and stains in my carpet. Alonso removed it all with no issue. Definitely would recommend to friends and family!

Ace Handyman Services of Lincoln Way

The customer service of Ace Handyman of Lincoln Way has been exceptional!  We had the power wash and seal our cedar deck.  Bismark was amazing.  He took excellent care to do the job with exceptional detail and craftsmanship.  His work was perfect.  And Chris, the franchise owner, was phenomenal.  He took extra steps to make sure we had the best sealant to highlight the cedar of the deck.  I highly recommend Ace Handyman!

Mike came out to replace some missing and cracking grout in our shower. He arrived on time and immediately began the work. He showed us why the grout that was originally used would not hold up in those areas and suggested the best way to complete the repair for long term success.

He went out and located the necessary materials and was still able to complete the repairs within the the estimated time frame. We are very happy with the end result and would definitely recommend Mike and Ace Handyman Service.

Very quick to schedule an appointment! My handyman, Bismark, was very nice. He not only fixed my front door issue (the reason I’d called), but also a couple closet doors too! I’ll be using Ace Handyman Services again for sure!

Our business had so many different fixes that needed to be done, including light scone electrical updates, bi-fold door adjustment, water filtration service, and bathroom misc items that we needed some sort of all around fix it person.  With Ace Handyman, we found just that.  All of our issues were addressed, and communicated with us before the work started.

Rick, our service tech, helped us figure out different options we had for a sink/filtration issue, and resloved it for us, on top of the other items he fixed without hesitation.  He arrived on time, had a great system to notify us of his route to our location, was helpful and just an all-around knowledgeable person to have help us. He even cleaned up the areas that got messy, which shows, they care about their client's experience.

From the initial phone call to installation Ace Handyman Service employees were courteous and professional. Rick replaced two storm doors one of which was challenging. I have been working with Jerry and his very efficient team for over 5 years and have recommended them to everyone that I/we can.  Never disappointed!  And, always received great feedback from everyone we sent them to!  Keep up the great work guy!

I had originally set an appointment with another company to get my window fixed. Someone had vandalized my car. A coworker told me to look into glass doctor. I called for an appointment and the lady told me the estimate was $100 less than I would have paid for with the other company.

They offered to come get the car for me while at work, but due to confusion of the employee parking lot, I rescheduled two days later and was probably one of the firsts to enter. There's an energetic lady at the front desk. I gave her my keys and had the waiting room to myself where I enjoyed the remote control at my convenience. Just a little con about the waiting room; it was freezing in there. There was a little vent I tried sitting in front of to keep warm, but that barely worked. The TV is also so 1990s, an ittty-bitty TV up in the top corner of the room.

I was told the car would be ready in two hours, though they finished 30 minutes early. It's been about a week and some days and the window is fine. It cost exactly what the lady told me it would be.

The receptionist was very kind and helpful! The technicians were awesome and really fast. It only took them about an hour and they were done. The owner took the time to discuss our concerns and was such a sweetheart. It was done almost 100$ cheaper than the the other quote I received so we are 100% satisfied!!

G.D. Returned my call within a day & a half to schedule to come out. They were able to come the following day. My son was practicing his karate kicks & broke out a double pane window. They were able to put temp glass in the window while the the etched panes were being shipped. I was given options & prices to choose from. I was originally told that our panes would take 10 days for shipping but they were in within a week. GD's repair man was able to come at my desired date & time. Our repair was quick & friendly!! I'll definitely call them back with ANY other window/glass issues we have in the future!!

A Roto Restoration & Budget King Carpet Cleaning

I needed my carpet cleaned and called at 6:30am and to my surprise Lynn answered the phone. They were able to come out the next day Saturday. Called me to see if they could come earlier and let me know when they were on their way. Always appreciated! They did a great job. My dog had some issues and put him the bedroom while they were cleaning the family room. After they left my dog had had an accident in the bedroom. I called them to see if they could maybe come back on Monday and they were so nice and said they could come come back after their next appt. They cleaned the bedroom and did an awesome job. They were both so friendly professional and personable and the carpets looked great. I highly recommend them. Thanks again!!

What a wonderful company!   Referred by a friend Andy came to my house to give me an estimate on my ducts and soiled carpet. My air ducts had not been cleaned in many years so the dust and even black mold were evident upon inspection. Not only was the price fair but what an outstanding job he did and he supplied an industrial fan to ensure the carpet dried thoroughly.  The carpet came out beautifull and the house smells fresh and clean.  The air conditioning even seems to work better.  I would recommend Andy to everyone I know. What a great experience. This charming couple did such a great job at my house. We just bought a new house and they did our carpet plus vent cleaning in such a clean and professional manner. I am getting ready to move, and my number one choice to put the finishing touches on my house is Budget King. I have dogs and cats, and it’s nice to have a judgement free zone with all the animal hair that is in vents and spots on carpet for the vent and carpet cleaning. I had my carpets my upholstery and vents cleaned . I haven't had this done in a month of Sunday's so it was no easy feat!! Andy came in and knocked it out of the park !
