We got really bad water damage after a storm in Plano and had to file with insurance. Keith was very good at his job and knew exactly how to show we needed things replaced and how to put that in his report so that our insurance would be well informed of all the damage. His report was done quickly and everything was well documented with pictures and descriptions.

Keith was very professional. We had a clogged air conditioner line and the overflow pan filled with water and leaked from attic through upstairs ceiling to stairs on first level. He explained where fans were located to dry wet areas and moisture level he was working to achieve using fans. He came by almost everyday to check progress. He checked repair work done by ac company to confirm that leak problem had been corrected. He treated us with respect and showed concern for our leak. He discussed safety concerns and identified areas that would need repair work.

I highly recommend Keith. He was very through and clear. His professionalism I rate him a 10 plus.  He was very knowledgeable and his work ethics was great I rate both a 10 plus as well.   Oh he arrived on time as he promised. 🥰

I would recommend this business for any job that they do. I had them here for duct cleaning and dryer cleaning. That are very professional!on time, and Austin and his helper were very pleasant to work with. They ran the vacuum sweeper and made sure everything was very clean and neat before they left. I will use this business again if I need service for anything that they do. It was nice to work with someone who likes the work that they are doing.

Supreme cleaners did mold mitigation in my basement. They had to remove a large amount of wood paneling, carpet, ceiling and wood framing and they cleaned my air ducts. I cannot say enough good things about this company. Every person that came to my house was kind and professional. They were knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me with this situation. I've not used them for their other services but there's no doubt that everything is exceptional. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again for any of their services.

We were very pleased to have William at my parents' house today to clean the carpet. Besides doing a thorough, professional job, he was very friendly and personable, and my mom really took a liking to him.

If I could give zero stars I would. The posts are crooked, placed at different heights, and gate installed wrong. This company does not know how to use a string line or laser. They do not stand behind their work, and their “fix” is shoddy! Save your money, I do not recommend.

We got a quote from this company. They responded quickly and came in far below the competition. They were able to start the process quickly. Within a couple of weeks they were at my residence and getting things started. Once the fence was up there was a small gap. I talked my contact, and the problem was quickly resolved to my satisfaction. A couple weeks after my fence was installed, I noticed that the gate rubbed on the ground making it hard to open. I mentioned it to someone with the company, and a few hours later someone was there to fix it. I HIGHLY recommend this company and would certainly use them for all of my fence needs.

Very kind, easy to work with. Fence is up, looks fantastic, everyone there responded promptly and answered every question. Walked me though everything and followed up. I wish more companies took close to this much pride completing jobs. Thank you guys for a 5 star job!! Highly recommend!!!!!

American Security and Gate has only been a licensed contractor in ND since Sep. 2021.  55+ years in business is not true for ND.  They mislead you with numbers based on all branch locations. Please ask for a specification sheet on materials for all fence companies to compare products.  Low price does not mean quality products or installation.

No one expects to have a water emergency in their home. And I can say once I experienced it, I was instantly overwhelmed and not sure who to call or what to do. The best thing that could have happened to me would be to connect with the best people for the situation. That happened. I contacted Paul Davis and was connected with Rick Walker.  I seriously can’t say enough positive things about this man (and his colleague that came as well). He was at my home instantly. He reassured me, was honest, kind, compassionate and there’s no doubt he went above and beyond for me when he didn’t have to. I pray I never face a situation like it again, however if for some reason I do, I know who I am calling! I don’t write reviews, but I feel strongly about this—if you find yourself in a situation that requires remediation, etc you can trust this company. They are honest and the integrity is outstanding. After having my apartment flooded by the one above at midnight and having no one to help mitigate the flood , I called PuroClean and they arrived in half an hour to my home. Upon arrival, Michael and Jackson did a profesional assessment of the damages with thermal imaging and humidity sensors , identify which walls and ceilings had water beneath. They were able to help me minimize the damages that the water would have caused. Definitely will call PuroClean without a doubt on a future emergency.

The salesperson answered our inquiries with professionalism and patience. It went more quickly than we had anticipated—from inspection to installation, the whole project took approximately a week. We are quite pleased with the work that Born To Roof did. Regards!

Had them paint, caulk, repair shingles, refurbish the roof, and address a little leak. Outstanding and expert assistance. The roofers themselves always cleaned up after themselves and arrived on time. While I enjoyed my encounter with Born To Roof, I had the best time with Maro.

Coming out for the interview for the job was positive and promising. After that everything went downhill. If you want mediocrity, delays and excuses, then this is the company for you. If you want HONESTY and professionalism, don’t walk.  RUN from this individual.  DON’T let this man see your insurance adjuster paperwork.  DON’T DO IT.

Our house burned and, the first contractor walked off the job, we were referred to Born to Roof and everything went as plain, although he had problems with some of his workers he never fail to keep in touch with us on what was going on with the completion of our home. He always answered when we call or called as soon as he got the message. He always wanted to know if we were pleased with everything.

We have been needing a new roof for several years, after several failed attempts to qualify for an insurance replacement we just did not want to bite the bullet. After the deluge we had last Tuesday, water started leaking through our kitchen ceiling and we had to stop ignoring the roof. I googled several companies and called them all the next day. Before any of the companies had called me to set up my inspection, Born To Roof had already been to our house, evaluated and quoted the job. They had financing options, which was very attractive to us and we now have a new roof just 7 business days from me calling them! They were able to provide the Hunter Green shingles my wife wanted and they were in and out before the work day was over. I had my son take his metal detector through the yard to ensure they got all the nails after they left and he found NOTHING. Amazing experience all around! Thank you.

We added two gates to our yard and Dakota Fence was punctual and professional the entire process. They helped us decide how to navigate the slope in our yard and what type of gate would work best for our needs. They even worked with our schedule during our tree trimming/removal process.
