Caleb was great. He arrived on time, cleaned up everything, figured out ways to make a difficult project work, and was done on time. Positive, upbeat guy. My mom needs work done around her house, and I will definitely be recommending Caleb! So grateful he got the work done. It’s been on my list for forever, and what would have taken me days and probably involved tears and mistakes, looks professional. Yay! Worth the money 💯.

They all did a great job. It was more involved than we expected but it was worth the extra money to get it done right. I have other projects that are needing to be done in the new year.

I had to break into my front door of my house because the door locked up behind me. I called Ace and I believe I spoke to stephanie over the phone she was super polite answered all my questions quickly and professionally. Got me set up ASAP and my technician Jose did incredible! He called me that same day to speak with me confirming he would be at my home for the scheduled appointment at 8am. This man fixed my door and did more then just that and he did it quickly and efficiently I was super impressed by his level of skill and work ethic! Puroclean's staff (Brandon and Richard) was very friendly and knowledgeable.  We had a flooding issue with standing 1 inch water in our home and we reached out to PuroClean for an appointment that was referred to us by our Insurance Company.  They arrived on time; evaluated our home explaining everything that they were doing step by step.  Unfortunately, our insurance  wasn't able to cover the damages and we'd have to pay out of pocket ourselves.  Although, PuroClean was not able to continue with services. Brandon and Seth still proceeded to give helpful hints on how to maintain our home to the best of our ability.  Seth went the extra mile to be sure that he was there if we had any more questions to help us through our flooded home.  Thank you sooooooooo very much PuroClean!

Emergency flooding can be a daunting experience but PuroClean made it much easier to cope.  The entire team was professional, knowledgeable, and caring.  I worked with Seth more than the others and he was an absolute jewel, taking the time to answer all of my questions and to explain things in detail for any layperson to understand.  Chris made sure that everything was being addressed and the team followed through.  I would eagerly recommend them to others and if ever needed again, I will certainly call them.

Paul Davis Restoration of Northern New Mexico

Company is non-responsive. They either don't want the business or lack the resources or professionalism. We contacted them two different times for two different homes we own in the area. The first time, they came out, promised an estimate, and then never delivered. We never heard back from them.

At another property, several months later we had an emergency damage that required immediate care. Once again, they came out, and this time provided an estimate. The work was for over $20,000. When I asked when they could begin to work, they gave a vague answer. I attempted to communicate over the next week or so and then they never followed up or communicated again about performing the work.

Waste of time! We own several homes in Taos, so it's a shame that they don't have their act together.

The condensation pipe to our furnace worked its way loose (very poor design) inside our mechanical closet in the garage. We didn't notice the leak until water made its way outside of the closet. The wooden platform that the furnace sits on was completely soaked and mold was starting to develop. We had an estimator out within a couple of days. This was critical, because my husband has a serious health condition that was declining. Managing a repair project on top of his daily care was not something I needed. I mentioned that I was able to self pay to get things moving but I would most likely submit a claim to Progressive Insurance once I received the estimate. I did not want to waste time in getting started. Nothing was mentioned about checking to see which insurance companies PD accepted and since Progressive is a larger insurer I didn't think there'd be a problem. I did not find out that they don't deal with Progressive directly until the project was completed. They did help submit the documentation Progressive needed (photos, report) after my agent asked them to do so.

I was very fortunate in having Dominic assigned to my project for remediation and restoration. Extremely professional and he took the time to understand my home situation, was empathetic, (as their national commercials claim) and reassured me that he would take the utmost care in correcting the situation. He explained each step in clear, easy to understand detail and delivered on everything he promised. At the end of each day, the garage was cleaned up and swept. You'd never know work was being done. He epitomizes the level of service Paul Davis claims to provide. Dominic is the one who earned the 5 star rating for Paul Davis-Santa Fe.

I dont usually review a company unless I had a bad experience, but I had to give Paul Davis 5 stars. They are really the best in the business.  My friend has had to deal with another franchise (yellow/blue one). They ran in and out, they didn't address her furniture or any contents in her house. They didn't talk her through the process at all. I would recommend Paul Davis to everyone.

Scheduled an appointment for duct cleaning. Gave Paul Davis window of days in which work needed to be completed. They scheduled the job for the last day in my window. Job was cancelled the night before. Was told their subcontractor overbooked. At no time prior was I told the job was going to a subcontractor. Talked with company rep who was extremely rude and made no attempt to rectify situation by rescheduling or trying another subcontractor. I get mistakes happen, but how you handle mistakes defines a business. Spoke with general manager who did his very best to find replacement company. I would consider using again based on his responsiveness

Got home from a weekend baseball tournament to a flooded kitchen and living room. Called about 4 companies Paul Davis had the quickest response. The crew was amazing and did an awesome job.

Paul Davis Restoration of Bloomington / Peoria IL

Paul Davis did a fantastic job of mold remediation and restoration of our half-bathroom, problem caused by an errantly installed fan. The Paul Davis staff readily diagnosed the problem and expertly and efficiently returned the bathroom to pristine condition. Beyond that, everyone at Paul Davis was wonderful to work with--kind, courteous, and capable. We highly recommend Paul Davis!

When our water situation (failed sump pump in a finished basement) happened on 12/15 Paul Davis restoration was extremely responsive and timely.  They came quickly when we were in need and the work of the employees in our home was outstanding and professional.  I highly recommend the mitigation side of their business

However, once that phase of the work was complete, the communication and follow-up from the office was essentially non-existent.  We were told to expect a call "in a few days" for the restoration work to be assessed and an estimate created.  I called back on 12/28, 1/4, and 1/15 and each time was told how busy they were but that we were "on their list" and would be contacted soon.  That never happened and eventually nearly six weeks after the cleanup took place we still had an unusable basement, and so we turned to other providers for flooring and other restoration services.

Additionally, in my last call with them, I asked for a "ballpark cost" to help us determine if we would be turning a claim into insurance or paying out of pocket.  I shared the amount of my homeowners insurance deductible and was told "it will be less than that."  When we finally received a bill (more than two months later), the total was in fact several hundred dollars MORE than the deductible amount.

Thorough and professional experience from start to finish. Explanatory walkthrough with Ryan to determine what needed to be done and approximately how much it would cost. Brief reiteration of same with Austin before he and Zach performed clean up and mold removal on scheduled day. Results were outstanding, night and day difference to how basement looks. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing mold removal.

They were prompt.  They were professional.  They were efficient.  They explained everything as they did it.  The mitigation was done very quickly.  One of the highest compliments I can give is that the employees are motivated and committed, rare traits these days.  If you have a problem they will make it go away.  VERY, VERY pleased with the results.

I have never been as impressed with any company I've worked with as I have with Paul Davis restoration. From the very first time we spoke they showed up that day and reassured me everyday up until completion that they would do professional inspection, work with my insurance take care of all my possessions and fix it back to perfect condition. They have done all the above and even gone beyond to help me and reassure me since I am disabled and single and the water damage that made them tear apart my room was pretty difficult to deal with by myself. We were unsure if they would be able to get us in or fixed in time as we were also trying to beat the storm... but they fit us in their schedule! We are so thankful! it took less than 15 mins! We highly recommend them!

Great experience!  This company did a super job, the only hitch is getting glass takes a bit, but that isn't their fault.  I would use them again.

They made getting my rear glass painless.  They had the replacement in one day and worked with my schedule for the appointment.  Everyone I dealt with was extremely friendly.  I took a walk while they were working on my vehicle.  They finished sooner than they thought and they came and picked me up and took me back to the shop. If I had anything negative to say it would be I wish they had removed the broken glass that had fallen into to rear door but that might not have been their responsibility.  I would highly recommend this business.

Very pleased with these folks. Came by the following day after making contact to look over the project and give us a quote. Price was reasonable and they showed up the next day to do the job. Made and installed new gutters, A+. Installed vinyl, A+. Wrapped window frames with aluminum, A+. Cleanup, A+. These folks know what they're doing, have all the proper tools, and work fast. Nothing negative at all. Enjoyed working with them.

I called and talked to someone on May 5th, they said they’d be out in a week. Four weeks have gone by. No response to contact through their website or phone. No voicemail. No known email. Seems like they’d be good people to work with based on the initial conversation but I can’t get a hold of them!

Worked very quickly and left alot of nails in yard but did an excellent job and highly recommend them to anyone needing gutters. Update on 10-26-21 they came back to pickup nails and were professional throughout and did a great job on seamless gutters.

Slow start, but we are very happy with the results of the siding and gutters. Very reasonable pricing, and clean up was above and beyond. My yard and areas around the house look better than they did when they started.
