Dakota Fence did a fantastic job of installing my fence even though it was late in the fall. Josh and Nathan are great at installing and did a wonderful job. My wife & I had Dakota Fence install our new chain link fence around the backyard.  Throughout the entire process, they were communicative every step of the way and I knew every time what was going to happen next.  The project manager, Bryce, was very respectful over the phone and very timely on his information/responses.  His fencers, Wade and Mickie, were also very respectful on the day of walk-through and the day of install.  They did an oustanding job! Dakota Fence installed a white vinyl fence at my home earlier this summer. They did such an amazing job! The employees were so fantastic-the estimator, project coordinator, and installers were so nice and kept me very informed throughout the entire process. Windows and More, LLC

In 2023 we decided that our house was in need of new windows so we called Windows and More and one other company.  We interviewed both companies and listened to their proposals. Our interview with Daryl, the representative had us believing that Window’s and More was the right choice. She appeared to be honest, no special frills, and we felt no pressure. The price was where we wanted it to be and the timeline was very reasonable. As we agreed on a package and the replacements started, we experienced some bumps in the road which required more than what we originally expected. Their team was ready to adapt and make perfect accommodations. We love our new windows and our new glass sliding door and are looking forward to enjoying them for many years to come. I had my roof installed back in February, this is my vacation home. My new roof was install over rotted decking board and it took several calls and follow ups from me to get this corrected not to mention the horrible job they did around the chimney with an opening on one side of the chimney where you can clearly see water was getting through. I kept getting the round around every-time. The only person that was ever helpful was Adam. He was able to correct most of the mistakes and finally everything was some how corrected. I’m not totally satisfied with the repairs, cosmetically it is obvious there were repairs but at least there is no water coming through. I was planning to use this company to do my siding, I even pick a siding product but with everything that happened we’ll not be using this company to do my siding. Lost all the trust

We used Windows and More for a repairs and replacement for storm damage.  They replaced our roof and vinyl siding and did an amazing job so we decided to replace our windows as well.  The company is courteous and very knowledgeable, the work they performed was perfect.  Their secret weapon is Daryl, she is what makes this company great!  She took the time to explain what our options were and everything taking place through the entire process.  She basically holds your hand and makes sure everything is perfect.  I highly recommend this company.

Jerry, Christine, and Lucio were all outstanding in helping us deal with a house flood while we were on vacation.  Christine was always very prompt and courteous, and Lucio and his team did a great job packing out the house and moving us back in.  Wade, who set up all of the drying out equipment, was also excellent.  Christine even helped me navigate our insurance company and an adjuster who was less than prompt in his replies!  Would absolutely recommend this Paul Davis branch to anyone.

Christine, Lucio and their team were phenomenal.  We had water damage and they were extremely friendly, professional, thorough and quick.  I don't write many reviews but they deserve it.  I couldn't imagine using anyone else.

Bryan was very professional and did an excellent job! My door needed fixing for years and he took care of it in 15 minutes. Very courteous, too.

My experience with ace handyman service has been very frustrating and disappointing. I initially spoke with Stacy (manager), let her know we live in a two-story house, gave specific details regarding the project I need help with (caulking 23 windows), sent pictures of the project, and received an estimate stating that it would take maximum 5 hours for the project. I accepted the estimate offered and scheduled an appointment. I called Stacy the day before the appointment to ensure that we are all set for the appointment. Stacy confirmed that they will show up ready for work the next day.

Steve (technician) showed up next day. Steve did not bring a ladder for the job, which was essential. Steve’s behavior was very unprofessional and his tone was accusatory as if I hid the fact from ace handyman that I live in a two-story house. Steve left without doing any work or for apologizing that he did not bring the essential equipment needed for the job. 15 minutes later, Steve called me to inform that the project would now take 11 hours and the cost estimate would be more than double. I informed Steve that I had informed Stacy that I have 23 windows, I live in a double-story house, and sent detailed pictures. Steve was still extremely unprofessional and did not seem to care that ace handyman wasted so much of my time and energy.

I would not like to give my business to ace handyman in the future. In my opinion, they are not professional, ethical, or customer friendly. I am sure there are way better options out there that all customers can explore. Thanks.

Unbelievably helpful, quick and friendly craftsman. Philip made adjustments to our storm door which had a few issues for over a year already. He fixed it quickly and seamlessly. The scheduling with Lily was also incredibly easy - clear and helpful communication. We will use Ace Handyman without hesitation for any project possible.

Steve did an outstanding job. He was on time he was professional. He had all of the tools that we needed.  I believe I got a very, very good value for my money and I’m very glad to have learned of this service.

Everyone has been great with answering our many questions as this is the first time we have ever dealt with plumbing issues that have then needed to go through the dry out process that Paul Davis has taken care of for us. My pipes burst two days before Christmas Eve, bringing down the ceiling in my garage and flooding my living room and kitchen. Paul Davis restoration was at my house doing flood mitigation almost immediately. They did such awesome work, I contracted with them for the remodel. After weeks of frustrating back-and-forth with my insurance company, Adriana got involved and things started happening quickly. She helped me pick out new flooring, worked with my insurance company to get all the repairs approved, came to my house to introduce her awesome team, and called, texted, and stopped by to check progress throughout the job. Once the work started, they were finished in just 10 days. They took awesome care of me and my home, and I would recommend them to anyone.

A few weeks ago, our 40-gallon water heater in a central closet decided to leak through some walls and across a few of our floors.

Shelby from Paul Davis of Central DFW did a great job with coordinating all of the restoration work and handling problems the flooring contractors ran into.  Jennifer and Valerie stopped by several times to pack our belongings, set up containment, and clean the sawdust left from the old wood floors.  They and the rest of the team did an excellent job.

We hope we never need restoration work again, but if we do, we know who we're calling.

I would recommend Paul Davis Restoration of Central DFW to anyone I know that has issues with and kind of damage that may occur needing their services. From the first call to the workers that came out to handle my water damage everyone has been kind and professional. Everyone had empathy for what was going on and how your life get uprooted when you have damage like this. Travis and Dillion were great and able to help us get the process going for our siding and deck. Willing to work with our budget.
Shane and his crew were absolutely amazing for the siding. Did great job cleaning up and did the project in a timely manner. Even hooked up our new outdoor lights for us.
Gutters and downspouts took a little longer to get here but not there fault. But when they did come in. They had everything done that same day which was amazing as well.
Our deck took a little longer than what i was expecting. Granted it was a big deck and higher off the ground. There was a week no one was here for that which later at end of week I was called to let me know he was sick. Wish I would have been told earlier in the week. My deck does look great can’t wait to enjoy it next year. But I’m also waiting for them to come back out to touch up a few things that was suppose to be done 3weeks ago. He also did a great job on cleaning up.
Now I can’t wait to enjoy the heating and cooling benefits from this new siding. Everyone did make us feel like we were the most important job they were working on. Everyone was also very friendly and answered any questions we had.

Initial sales process: well put together presentation, thorough in going over the process, great variety to select from and reasonably priced.

Install: the crew was very polite and respectful of my landscaping and tried their best to not squish flowers. They did great picking up and worked insanely hard in stupidly hot weather to get the job done right. The attention they put in details of sealing around hose/electric boxes and addressing some unexpected rot under a sliding door was amazing

Gutters: mildly bummed had to wait for a month for these to be installed, but that was due to shipping and outside their control. They were quick with the install on these. Had a bit of trouble getting through to someone who could tell me when they'd actually get them installed, but not to an annoying degree.

Overall: did a fantastic job and we are absolutely thrilled with the final product! Looking forward to comparing heating and cooling costs before and after.

Estimator Came to my house. Asked so many questions that don’t make sense. He said I don’t get on the roofs and I don’t have a ladder to go up to do measurements!! Then he said I will take pictures and send you the estimate within two hours. Never happened. I didn’t even get a phone call back. Then he asked how soon do you need the gutters and soffit done? I said soon. Then he said we are booked for a year due to Tornado that hit Bismarck. I was thinking if you guys were booked for a year, why didn’t you say that on the phone rather than wasting my time and getting me out of the office to meet a kid telling me I don’t have a ladder.
Never again.

I purchased windows through ABC Seamless and we're glad we did! They were excellent to work with, from the salesman to the installers. The installers were fast, clean, friendly and were able to answer any questions that I had. Our heating bill has dropped drastically during the winter and we only need one air conditioner to cool down the house in the summer. Would I recommend ABC Seamless? Absolutely, without a doubt! I couldn't be any more satisfied and I hope to do more business with them in the future.... maybe some siding?!?!

Called Air Serv late in the AM. Furnace was not working. Due to our schedule, asked if they could do a service call in the afternoon or first thing the next morning. They were able to come that afternoon and get the furnace working. Shane was very thorough in his diagnosing the problem. He was very patient in his explanation of the issue. Shane was very professional and personable in his service.  Katie, the office receptionist, listened to our issue, contacted the technician, and was able to find a time in the schedule for Shane to make a service call.  Would highly recommend Air Serv for future service.

I had a heater installed in my garage almost a year ago to date. They installed some pipe for the gas line and hung up a small heater. A month later I received the bill for around 2000$ which I then sent in the payment. After another month had passed and the payment hadn’t been taken out of my account we called them to ask. They then reassured me that they received the payment and to not worry about it. After waiting another 6 months they called my wife and said they had not received the payment. She told them we sent in the payment and they were going through their business and making some internal changes and they would just look for the payment and to not worry about it again. Now we have received a certified letter saying we have 10 days to pay for it or legal actions will take place. I have never dealt with a company that is so irresponsible with their payments and would not recommend them to anyone. There is plenty of business out there that will do the same quality of work and take your money.  They never even had the inspector come and look at their work. I still haven’t heard from the company about the bill.

The service guy got here right on time. An he was very thorough! He went above an beyond his duty making sure everything was in working order an clean. Great service at a reasonable price! 👍👍😊

Had both my AC and furnace checked today. Andy was on time, friendly and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions, did his work, then talked to me about what he did. Everything was good.

I moved to Fargo in the summer of 2021. The house I purchased had all the original appliances that were over 20 years old. After my first summer and winter here, I got bids from 3 different companies to replace the AC and furnace. Joe, from Aire Serv, was the only one who spent a lot of time to explain the options within my budget…pros and cons…and told me why he stood behind Lennox. He’s had many years of experience and I thoroughly picked his brain. He was very patient and answered all my questions. He came over twice and also had several email exchanges with me. I was nervous because this was a big investment and I wanted to make sure I was choosing the best products for my house. I also did a lot of research on my own.

Although the 3 bids came in at similar prices, his was a little lower. And I had a good feeling about Joe. He talked to me like a regular person, not a salesperson. He didn’t pressure me at all and I appreciated that.

I’m so happy with my choice! I don’t even hear the furnace or AC come on. Lennox is known for being super quiet and efficient. My energy bills have gone down and I’m always comfortable in my home.

The very next summer my 23-year-old water heater quit working. I never even hesitated. I called Joe and he took care of it. It’s nice to know  I can rely on Aire Serv. I’ve seen their vehicles in my neighborhood so I know many other people have come to the same conclusion.
