We got really bad water damage after a storm in Plano and had to file with insurance. Keith was very good at his job and knew exactly how to show we needed things replaced and how to put that in his report so that our insurance would be well informed of all the damage. His report was done quickly and everything was well documented with pictures and descriptions. Great job over all, would use again!

Keith was very professional. We had a clogged air conditioner line and the overflow pan filled with water and leaked from attic through upstairs ceiling to stairs on first level. He explained where fans were located to dry wet areas and moisture level he was working to achieve using fans. He came by almost everyday to check progress. He checked repair work done by ac company to confirm that leak problem had been corrected. He treated us with respect and showed concern for our leak. He discussed safety concerns and identified areas that would need repair work.

I highly recommend Keith. He was very through and clear. His professionalism I rate him a 10 plus. He was very knowledgeable and his work ethics was great I rate both a 10 plus as well. Oh he arrived on time as he promised. 🥰
