Our sump pump stopped working overnight, so we woke up to an unexpected flooded downstairs. Ryan and his team were amazing; getting to our house quickly and working for hours and hours to get carpet, trim, damaged drywall etc ripped out to start the drying process. Their team is awesome. They communicate well, answer any and all questions you have, communicated with our insurance by sending pictures and updates, and made an overwhelming/unexpected process go smoothly for us. We hope we won't have to experience water damage again in the future, but if we do, PuroClean will definitely be our first call!

Due to a shower/toilet water breakage in our primary bathroom that flooded the primary bathroom, part of the primary bedroom and ruined the entire bedroom below it, we had a recommendation by our Insurance broker to call PuroClean.  I called on a Friday morning and they were out on Friday afternoon and immediately started the cleanup and abatement of water on both levels of my home.  Their crew was just terrific and explained everything they were doing.  I was a service professional  for years and I do have somewhat high standards, so when I say this crew was professional, efficient, positive and communicative, I truly mean it.   In a situation like this where you feel like your entire world has just been turned upside down, PuroClean was there 7 days a week and was available to answer any questions I had and gave me guidance on what my next steps were to restore my home.  I am so happy that they are a one-stop shop who can not only abate the issues but also restore my home back to its original condition.  I HIGHLY RECOMMEND PuroClean and would not hesitate to call them again if I had any type of the issue(s) they support. We had a very pleasant experience with Ryan and the team at PuroClean.  Ryan was able to help us get a quote prepared for insurance and worked with them to process the claim and took care of us from beginning of evaluating the damage of a pedestal sink leak in our powder room, to the mold mitigation of our bathroom.  Roger did the flooring install and did a wonderful job of taking time to install our new flooring from start to finish.  He was very friendly timely and kept us updated on the progress of the floor.  Overall the process of working with PuroClean was delightful.  They worked with us on our timeline and helped along the way with any questions we had through out the process. When the water supply to our refrigerator punctured and flooded our basement, we called PuroClean in a bit of a panic. Ryan eased our minds right away and came out promptly and worked out a plan to clean up the water, mitigate any mold growing from the leak, and restore our basement, hardwood floors, etc. I can’t say enough good things about him and his team, and the subcontractors they worked with. They were all extremely professional, respectful of the space, helpful for any questions I had, the list goes on and on. Ryan and the team also worked with the insurance company on our behalf and that was an invaluable service. They just finished restoring our basement after it had to be basically gutted and it looks better than it did before. Premier Pool & Spa

My wife and I are brand new to hot tub/spas. We recently bought our first (an Arctic) from Premier and haven’t regretted it for 1 second. I assume any dealership can sell you a decent spa but the staff at Premier went above and beyond when it comes to making sure we knew how to get it properly set up and get the chemicals balanced. We live rural and are on well water with quite a bit of iron. Jeff and Elmedin helped us troubleshoot to ensure that our water is crystal clear and to address the iron/rust ring that was starting to form on the shell around the water line. During the buying process they were great but I wasn’t sure how well they would support us after the sale was completed. Their post-sale support is top notch and has greatly surpassed our expectations. These guys are fantastic and I highly recommend Premier

Glass Doctor of St. Charles, MO

My window was cracked and glass doctor came to my job, replaced the window, and was in and out in 25 minutes. Their pricing was excellent as well.

It is with a heavy heart and deep frustration that I pen this review about my experience with Glass Doctor of Greater St. Louis. I recently had the passenger side window of my truck replaced by them, a service which I expected to be handled with utmost professionalism, but that, unfortunately, did not happen.

Following the window replacement, I noticed a distinct white/clear residue on the glass which was barely noticeable initially but became more prominent after tinting. I was perplexed as to how their technician could have overlooked such a glaring issue in the first place.

Considering that my windows were already tinted, I had to get them re-tinted which only made the white/clear substance more visible and rather unsightly. Keeping in mind that the glass had just been installed 12 hours prior, I felt it was only right to contact the company and report the issue.

My call was answered by the owner, Michael, whose response left me dumbfounded. Not only was he unhelpful, but he also proceeded to yell at me and belittle both myself and the window tinting company. What followed was a barrage of derogatory names and disrespectful remarks, culminating in a highly unprofessional suggestion that I should "get lost", before abruptly hanging up.

I am appalled by the level of unprofessionalism and lack of customer service displayed by Glass Doctor of Greater St. Louis, especially from a person of Michael's position. It is regrettable that I had to experience such unpleasant treatment from a service provider. To anyone considering their services, I would advise caution based on my experience.

Car was broken into over NYE. I filled out the quote over the holiday weekend and the first day they were back open they called and got me in that same day. My window was fixed in less than an hour and they were willing to come wherever I was. Excellent!

Glass Doctor was wonderful! Very fast response when my family really needed it. Our back patio door shattered, and within 24 hours we had the broken one knocked out and cleaned up and another one on the way. Very professional technician also. Would highly recommend this company

Had our carpets cleaned today. Phil did a wonderful job! Extremely friendly, professional and efficient! Highly recommend!

Kevin Amant decided to do something, that they normally don't
do, which is caulking, job was very poor and unacceptable !!!
He also included in my work order and invoice  'impregnate'
shower floor, which was never done or cleaned, in fact here is
what Steve (the person, that did the caulking) told me, when I
asked about it:  'Oh, he just made a mistake, I will not clean the
shower floor' and yet Kevin Amant included that in his estimate
and charged me $250.
He was NOT honest about this situation in his response to BBB,
which I knew he wouldn't be, no surprise there, as he never was with me as well, I would NOT recommend his service, not at all !!
Kevin Amant responded in a very unprofessional way, for sure !!!

P.S.

I have waited for 3 weeks for him to call me back and stop by here to look at it, he told me he would, but after that, I never heard back from him and filed complaint with BBB.

We had  large installed carpet cleaned that had been neglected over a few years.  It looks like new & he even got some rust stains out from a small water leak that we though were hopeless.  He  also cleaned & sealed our ceramic tile game room & it looks fantastic.  Phil was exceptionally professional & thorough, as well courteous & pleasant to deal with.  Will Definitely recommend  their services.

Do NOT mention regrouting - they will cut you off before you can explain further. No thanks to the gentleman who recommended your company - said you were the best around and super helpful! Said "they can clean it better than anyone in the area and they can help" - goes against the being cutoff mid sentence by someone who clearly sounded like they did not care or want to help/work today. (I'm trying to determine IF the tile floor needed re-grouting OR if it can be salvaged with a good cleaning). Guess you get to CHERRY PICK your business!

We were extremely happy with the services of Amant's Floor Care.  Kevin Amant came to the house for a bid the day after I called.  Explained exactly what buffing the hardwood would and would not do for our floors.  We had some bad spots in the heavy traffic areas of our kitchen but most of the rest of the house was in great shape.  The buffing brought the shine back to our floors and did a great job cleaning them.  The two gentlemen that came out were professional and courteous.  My husband and I believe in promoting small local business.  Do no hesitate to have Amant's take care of your hardwood or carpeting.

COIT Cleaning and Restoration

The vent system and area rug cleaning was worth every dollar spent. The techs knew their job and preformed it efficiently and professionally. Everyone from the first call to the end of the services were polite and professional. In a time when verbal communication is severely lacking, we appreciate speaking directly and meeting face to face the people coming into our home. We will defiantly be using COIT again.

I was pleasantly surprised that your technician was able to complete the process within two hours, I had expected an estimate and scheduling at a later date. He left everything clean and neat and really didn't disturb us at all. In addition, your scheduler was able to have someone out withing just a few days of my call. I'll use them again.

I booked my appointment today based on a previous experience. The technician I had yesterday didn't clean as well as done previously I felt. The carpet was 25 years old last time and literally came back to it's original look, this time our carpet was 1 and a half years old and looked half as good with less wear on the carpet itself. Previously it was barely damp when the tech had left and dried up within the hour, this time it took the whole day to dry up and we still have spots that are drying. The cost has also more than doubled, in 2020 we had paid under $200 for the same areas and this time we had kept a little extra in mind and planned on adding a rug or two depending on the estimate, it was almost over $500 with the rugs and so we agreed to just the hall, living and stairs for $343. Our initial service appointment was also canceled last minute which was very inconvenient for us. It's for these reasons we changed our mind about COIT even though we had loved our first service and had recommended them to all of our friends asking about good carpet cleaning companies.

Both the duct cleaner and the carpet cleaner showed up at the same time and were able to coordinate with each other which I greatly appreciated!  Everything was done well and with efficiency. Henry and Jeff were very personable and deserve a 5 star rating as well!

We had our bathroom, with marble flooring and walls, cleaned by this company on Nov 6th. Unfortunately, the service fell extremely short of our expectations. There are several issues that need to be addressed:

1.	Marble Floor Polish Removal: The chemicals used during the cleaning process have removed the polish from the marble floor, significantly damaging its shine and beauty. This is a distressing outcome, as one of the main purposes of the service was to enhance the appearance of our bathroom.
2.	Inadequate Wall Cleaning: We were informed that your technician did not possess the necessary tools to clean grout from vertical walls, nor to apply a sealant. Instead, chemicals were applied to the walls, and they were not properly cleaned afterwards. This has resulted in unsightly streaks on the marble walls.
3.	Overestimation of Square Footage: We received an inflated bill due to an overestimation of the square footage of the bathroom. This discrepancy in the billing process has left us dissatisfied with the overall experience. Also, when we scheduled the appointment we were given a range that was half this amount.
4.	Incomplete Cleaning of Floor: The technician did not thoroughly clean all parts of the bathroom floor. As a result, there are noticeable disparities in cleanliness between the center and other parts of the floor.

It is disheartening that not only did the technician fail to perform his job satisfactorily, but the overall condition of our bathroom was damaged as a result of the service provided.
Given these circumstances, I had request a refund for the amount charged for the cleaning service. Even after one month the company has not responded to my email. This suggests that the company deliberately provides subpar service and does not respond to customer complaints. Please DO NOT USE this company.

I actually enjoy doing business with this company.  They want their customers to be satisfied & will do what it takes to ensure your HVAC system is working properly. They respond quickly & have even brought me a portable A/C unit to use while waiting on ordered parts for my system.  I've had a lot of contact with their repairman, Matt H.  He is an employee that any company would be proud of.  He gets to the root of the problem & takes care of it in a friendly & professional manner.  I feel like this company, and Matt are straight shooters.  They don't try to rip anyone off.  Just good, steady customer service - with a smile.

Paul Davis Restoration of the Mountain Resorts, CO

Paul Davis Resoration is reported as the best in the mountain resort communities. 8 months ago, I believed that, too, as they were the insurance company vendor. I truly believe they were going to be good and quickly get done what was originally a simple job. Everyone has been nice.  concerned, but actions are more important than apologies. I have lost faith. Lack of trust and anger beyond words. A simple roof damaged ice jam wall has turned into a nightmare of delays, delayed shipment of materials,  miscommunication, and worker shortages. Our duplex of 46 years was our main rental property. My father personally built most of the unit and was the county building inspector. After a bad tenent that illegally sub-rented and destroyed most of the structure, I had spent months restoring and ready to rent again.  Eight months later with loss of income, the nightmare becoming worse, prospective renters shying away, I am still waiting for completion of a simple 1 wall in a bedroom that through miscommunication by the only licensed chemical tester in the county, the entire room was gutted by a outside Denver company to the roof with removal of brand new fixtures. New top of the line carpets, closets, light fixtures, insulation, new drywall and paint, and electrical. Heating, etc, were removed and destroyed. I have not yet seen the written approval of this demolition. It was apparently all verbal. Paul Davis is probably great with large commercial projects, but for ordinary mom and pop family operations, I am not impressed. I just want the job finished. I move happy renters in and put this nightmare behind me. Insurance can close the case. Paul Davis can be rid of me, and once again, I can have a rental home making money instead of a major nightmare loss. I am told I am an exception with these disasters repairing, I would rather be a satisfied, happy customer writing a wonderful glowing review.

They were very quick to do the demolition of our kitchen.  After that I've called multiple times about reconstruction with no word. They did the demolition in mid July, so it's been 4ish months.... The times I called they said someone would get back to me but it never happend... They only care about the big jobs....Use someone else...

The mitigation process was handled promptly.  (Water heater broke and damaged the finished lower level of my house.)  My insurance company disagreed with the way some things were billed/handled, and were able to come to an agreement with Paul Davis Restoration concerning those items.

We were generally pleased with the work that Paul Davis did. They were very prompt in their initial visit and water remediation. The contents people (Jayro, Maria, Angelica, Carlos, Jefferson, Manny, Kanner, and John) did a good job of keeping track of everything and putting each item back in its proper place.

The three project managers did good work as well, including John, Wes, and especially Michael Craft. He went the extra mile above and beyond what was required.  No detail was too insignificant for his attention. He kept us well informed and is a great communicator as well. A++ to Michael.

Our only complaint is that it took nine months to restore our house.  This was partly due to insurance money delays and part was due to general construction delays incurred by Paul Davis.  However in the end we are satisfied.  Our home looks better than it did before and we would recommend Paul Davis to anyone needing this kind of remediation work

Lifeway Mobility refashioned our bathroom installing a wonderful walk-in shower area. The installing technicians were with us 8 hour a day for a week. Dave and Justin were hard working, courteous, kind and patient the entire time. A fine team!  A good job! A nice new shower!  Thank you Lifeway!

The install crew, Matt and Miguel, were just wonderful to watch and my wife and I enjoyed their profession demeanor.  The work site was protected at all times and was flawless cleaned.  They also worked hard to make sure we were comfortable with using the chair before they left.  Thanks also to the office who kept in contact with us as soon as the contract was signed and we appreciated being updated as the assembly took place and eventually delivered to us.  Finally, our salesman , Dylan gave us a very "no pressure" but informative discussion about the Bruno chair system. And although their bid was competitive to one other bid we received and really liked, their were two differences from the other bid that made the difference.  The first was that no yearly inspection by the dealer was suggested; Dylan stated that once the Bruno lift was installed we wouldn't need to see them again unless something broke.  And two, they were the only company that stated, that a State of Minnesota inspection is required.  Due to changes brought about by Covid, the inspection was done through a video visit with the inspector, with the guys showing their work to him through the video link. Finally their warranty was just a little bit better than the other guys.  We certainly, I am sure, would have been happy with the other bid, but I am glad that we used Lifeway instead. We had two things done to our home. We had a stair lift put in and we also had a wooden ramp. We couldn’t have been more happy and pleased with the work and craftsmanship they did. The ramp is beyond beautiful and the stair lift fits perfectly in our home. They did everything in a timely manner and were very professional. We are truly grateful and would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! Our daughter loves it and so do we. Thank you all SO much!

Our ramp was installed and removed today. It was a beautiful ramp, and my dad enjoyed being able to go outside, watch the birds, breathe fresh air. You made his dying days much nicer.
