The Paul Davis team has gone above and beyond to fix a nightmare situation with another contractor after a fire we had last year. They’ve helped us deal with the insurance adjuster and the mortgage company. They have also be so patient with me being hyper vigilant after the last contractor we had. Would recommend!

Veterans/homeowners beware! Very unprofessional organization. I called Paul Davis [Temecula] because I had water and mold damage in my kitchen and living room. I was in desperate need for an estimate for restoration of my kitchen and living room because my home insurance needed one immediately. I had told Eric from Paul Davis that we were a military family and have been living without a kitchen for approximately 4 months and was requesting their assistance. Eric came to my house for an assessment and told me that he would provide me with an estimate at the soonest considering my situation. After 2 weeks I heard nothing. I had to reach out on 3 other occasions and was fully ignored. I was forced to go somewhere else and Paul Davis' failure to stick to their word extended the suffering of my family and I. I was not contacted or giving any kind of courtesy on what the delay was. Almost one month later I still have not heard from them after multiple attempts. My experience with Paul Davis [Temecula] has been a nightmare and they showed a total lack of empathy and concern for my situation. If they couldn't work on my house, they should have been transparent with me from the very beginning and not deliberately ignore me. Military families and/or other homeowners do not deserve this kind of treatment!! They should be ashamed of themselves.

I had a great experience with Paul Davis. All the staff is very professional, proactive and treat all your requests and concerns with a sense of urgency. The team arrived within 1.5 hrs of my initial call and were very thorough and efficient identifying the impacted areas in my property and putting in place contingency measures to mitigate the issue and minimize damage. I had the pleasure to work with Justin Riehm, during our emergency, he is always listening to customer answering questions and providing great status information about what to expect and required steps to remediate and address my concerns. He is very professional and knows how to manage and understand customer requests/concerns. The staff at the office, is always up to date with the latest on your case, and no matter who picks up the phone they are able to give you status on your case and advise you on nex steps They are part of a well coordinated and efficient operation. Cory and Jorge did an outstanding job with my 6 window retrofit installation. It was a difficult job removing the old glass and squaring up the new windows in the extreme heat, but they stayed on task. At the end of the day my windows were mounted, caulked, and sealed tight. I’m so glad I chose the Glass Doctor.

Accidentally broke a dual pane kitchen window in my house. Called around and got a couple of quotes. Glass Doctor had competitive prices, excellent communication and follow up. I did hours of engineering and research before choosing Stair-Treads. Their customer support and assistance was top notch and helpful. Prompt answers and precise information. I ordered 3 extra pieces to ensure I had enough to complete the job due to any potential damage or quality issues that you normally have dealing with wood. As expected a board was warped and a couple split from shipping. Customer service quickly responded and shipped out a replacement and credited me for returns within a week or so. The job went as planned and completed perfect. First time I ever did this kind of work. I am pleased and recommend buying this product from Stair Treads. Awesome support staff second to none. Check out the before and after progression photos. It took me 3 long weekends about 60 hours to custom make this beautiful stairs.

I first became aware of Stair-Treads through an internet search. I was looking specifically for retro treads and risers. I have an existing staircase that was carpet covered. I removed the carpet and padding. I looked at retrofit kits offered through the big box stores, however the quality didn't look good and they were unfinished. I was looking for finished products and a better than average quality. When I came to Stair-Treads, I was impressed by their comprehensive website. They offer a wide variety of products and have great filters to help narrow ones search. In addition, they provide educational content as well, which is awesome. Pretty much a "one stop" shopping experience. Couple of things to note: They offer a nice range of wood selections as well as colors and finishes. They also offer additional "support" products such as wood filler kits and moldings. I did a price comparison between Stair-Treads products and they were priced competitively. Here are some other highlights that make this company stand out from the competition. Quality - outstanding quality. And they stand behind their products. ALMOST ALL THEIR PRODUCTS ARE MADE TO ORDER. This was huge for me. For around the same price as their competitor's, I get a finished product, made to order. Next, I was assigned my own sales and support person. Her name is Danielle Hyman. She is EXCELLENT! She sent an introductory email when I placed my order, provided me with her contact information and informed me that she was available for questions. Additionally, she is super knowledgeable about Stairs-Treads products. On a final note, I ran into an issue where I measured a couple of my stairs incorrectly. Danielle was able to make the adjustment to my order and contact me with the adjustment - perfect! And the communication is awesome. They notify you when your order goes to production, provide you with a estimated ship date and a tracking number. I don't usually spend a lot of time on reviews, however, this company really earned this review. I am super happy with them and will be posting pictures once my order arrives and I completed my project.

We needed our front porch posts replaced.  We were informed up front about their pricing for both pre-inspection work and for the work itself.  Michael arrived on-time each day, and provided high-quality work both under our expected cost and anticipated amount of time to complete the work.  Every person we interacted with were polite and informative.

Kyle Pearson did a wonderful job servicing and repairing our furnace! He provided us pictures and information every step of the way, and was extremely kind and professional. He was able to complete a major service to the furnace in a timely manner and made sure we wouldn’t have any problems this winter. And bonus points for the pets he gave our dog! 😊

Glass Doctor of Finger Lakes

We had a very large 8' half round window that had cracked. The Glass Doctor responded immediately, ordered new glass and removed the broken window and replaced it in one day while waiting for the contractor to repair the frame.  The workers were professional, courteous and responsive, as was the owner. Going to use them again to replace a smaller window.

The men who came to install the new glass for our picture window were great!  They were professional, quick and knew exactly what they were doing and my new window looks fab!!  I would definitely recommend them.  Thank you for a great job.

This is the second time we have used Glass Doctor. Once for a window replacement and recently for a framless glass shower door. There prices are great and very easy to work with. I highly recommend!

Needed to replace my windshield, and Glass Doctor was timely, professional, friendly. They came out to my house to do it, which is super convenient. The man who did the job put all the stickers and EZ Pass neatly in place on the new windshield.

Service was excellent! It ended up the crack on the windshield was to big to fill but they were able to get a windshield the next day and able to fit us in right away! They work with you on time and was very courteous and professional! Thank you and will recommend to others!

He made excellent suggestions and completed the requested tasks in less time than estimated—with a lower “bottom line” as well. My sincere thanks to Charles and ACE for getting our house ready to bring my husband home from a long stay in skilled nursing!

Steve was awesome!  He installed 8 outdoor lights and did some troubleshooting on some landscaping lights that were not working properly and did all this in 1/2 a day.  He was professional and very nice and on time.  We would definitely use Ace Handyman services again.
