You have a lot of choices when it comes to getting a fence installed in this Raleigh Durham area. But getting a fence is expensive and it's a big decision.  I chose Sierra Structures and have been very happy with my choice. They were not the cheapest - and actually I found them to be about $500 more expensive on a $10+ thousand dollar job. But as I had hoped, it was well worth it.  They are little smaller than the well known big players in the area. I expected really good and responsive service, and on time install, and quality work. And that's exactly what I got. They somehow did my big job in a day and left no mess. The workers were a pleasure and just nice guys. Communications was great thoughout the whole process. And the fence product was well installed and I believe a slightly higher quality than the product offered by the other 2 big players.  And some advice if you go with the Vinyl privacy fence - make sure you go with 8 foot sections for a cleaner look. The 6 foot that the other guys were offering will come out looking more jagged when installed!

We are very happy with the job done. The fence exceeded our expectations, so the same with the customer service. Everything went smooth, well planned and the result was outstanding and ahead of time. The installers were very professional and did an outstanding job.

We recently had an incredibly positive experience with Sierra Structures. From start to finish, they were very communicative and professional. The crew that installed the fence was fascinating to watch. It was easy to tell that they were true craftsmen and paid attention to every detail and measurement. Our board on board privacy fence is stunning.

We did our homework for our fence project and received multiple estimates.  Sierra was chosen due to their responsiveness, fair price and the quality of the relationship.  Its a family business and their people are so great to deal with.  We couldn't be happier with our fence.  The installation team was great and work quality was excellent.  They were very careful working around our home and super collaborative throughout the process.  We will use them again.

Ace Handyman Services of Savannah

I was re-caulking our master tile and glass shower when I needed to repair some grout.  I just couldn't match the exact color grout.  We hired Robert to help and he had grout chips and determined the color to be Oyster Gray.  We bought the grout and he finished the grout and caulking work.  Reasonable cost for the knowledge and experiance.

I was told the handyman would arrive at 8am, he called at 8:45 and explained he was running late and would arrive by 9:30.
He did an excellent job assembling a tv console for me and put all the power cords and devices neatly inside the console.  I appreciate his quick, professional work!  I would highly recommend this gentlemen to anyone looking for a handyman.

If you need almost anything done around your home, call the Ace Handyman and request Mr. Robert Hill. He just completed installation of indoor/outdoor tile in our foyer, which was a challenge because of the uneven edges of the tile. To accommodate the height of the new tile, he even trimmed the bottom of the door and replaced the weatherstripping. Mr. Hill was on time every time. He worked fast and efficiently, cleaned up as he worked, was personable and very professional. My husband and I are completely satisfied with his work and plan to ask for him again. (Since there's a minimum of two hours and he works fast, I'm making a list!) :-)

Sandi helped us select new railings for our house..she photoshopped our decision on a picture, and answered any questions we had.  They were installed according to the time line they promised.  Easy process…very pleased with the result

They really should get zero stars, but this was the lowest i could give. Wanted to do some business with them but this lady who I spoke with named Melissa was probably one of the rudest people I have met. Trying to explain my situation and things I was needed and I basically was talked too like I didn't matter. I would never recommend them to anyone I know.

Re/Max Clearview

They are shady and beyond unprofessional. They have “managed” the property next to me for years. They allow tenants to have dogs when the owners are not aware of it. These dogs broke my fence and attacked my dog. They did not make themselves responsible claiming they were not aware they had dogs yet they continued to rent to tenants with dogs. I had to resort to contacting the owner since their property manager, tanika Williams, does not answer the phone. I spoke to her once and all she did was resort to yelling. I tried playing nice and asked them to pay for half of a fence their tenants dogs kept tearing. they refused. THEY EVEN WENT WENT AS FAR AS BREAKING INTO MY HOME AND MAKING THEIR OWN “REPAIRS” WHILE I WAS NOT HOME.  Keep in mind, I’m not a tenant of theirs. I’m four years of dealing with their shady tactics when I finally decided to move my property fencing line so the neighbors dogs wouldn’t damage my fence leaving them to replace their own fence. They went as far as working out a deal with the contractor I hired and to try to keep my material. They are shady, do not take responsibility,  unprofessional, and clearly not equipped to manage a property. Beware taking your business to them.

I have had a property managed by Re/Max Clearview for  2 years. The very capable staff worked with me, found good tenants, and fixed air conditioning issues with reasonable prices and always do their annual inspection (and email reports to me). I highly recommend Re/Max Clearview to anyone as they are personable, trustworthy and professional. The monthly accounting and annual statement for taxes are well organized too.

The person in the front office does not have good courtesy and the expectancy to rent a house is redicules. They expect aplican to have a credit good enough to buy a house. I have a clean record, no evictions and nothing wrong. My husband makes 2400 a month and that was not enough incom for us to rent a house at 850/month. I do not recomendamos this agency to anyone.

military family new to California, we needed something cheap until we could get established.  They do not make repairs or answer service calls.  We have been here two months and they have not fixed the toilets sprayed for the bugs or anything.  The company said they are water bugs but its still a roach to me.  We have ants and the fence in the yard is falling apart.  They agreed to fix these things during the walk through. They assured us one week, Its been almost 3 months.

I looked at several houses in California City, The office staff  showed all the houses after business hours which I appreciate doing, so I didn't miss any work. They toured the city of California City and made it very comfortable to feel right at home in this community.  I find the staff very helpful and considerate during my transition to this new area. Thank you again for helping me after hours and on Sunday, we appreciate it greatly and will refer people to your office.

Paul Davis Restoration of Coastal Georgia

Thank you for your timely and excellent service in restoring our kitchen back to new after a kitchen fire.  Brian Musgrave, the project manager, was very professional, friendly and timely with each phase of the reconstruction.  All the expert employees were excellent from painters to construction and also installing replacement appliances. Everyone showed up on time as each phase was completed then the next experts came in.  We thank  you Brian and Paul Davis Restoration.

I am so very pleased with the results of my flood-created repair/renovation by Paul Davis. They were professional, the quality of the work was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. The tile guy sent was meticulous and artistic, Sue the painter was careful and thorough, and the carpenter Don was top notch.  Paul Selman was my project manager and he was on top of it all. He paid attention to my needs and desires and communication was timely and complete.

Water damage after a refrigerator leak. John and team were referred to us by our insurance company. Very calm and pleasant. Had to leave fans and the dehumidifier (which made terrible noise) but did the job. Dryness restored. Problem solved. Thank you

The stars in the comments should be a minus five … I had a main pipe burst under my house 2022 of April.. Paul ( contractor) represented the company started work 2022 Dec ( which that didn’t happen leaving me in a hotel for 2 weeks .. the work finally started January 2023 .. I stayed in a hotel from Jan to April 2023 and my furniture stayed in the outdoor in unit for 3 months causing damage from items being left on them for long period of time .
This company ( Paul the contractor) took 3 months to move the contents of my entire house back in the home where they left boxes unpacked and stack in my home ( just had foot surgery in April 2023) my home walls ( real hard wood ) was damaged by the movers with dents scratches and tape prints causing my walls to look like a war zone.. I contacted the contractor on several occasions, he is trying to put the damage ( walls) on the company that dried my home floors.. not including the damaged and broken items within my home.. I have Video of house prior to Paul Davis restoration company entering and videos of how they left my house and the contractor not acknowledging my calls.. he wanted to pack up the dents ,cracks and scratches with putty ..
That’s not going to work .. so be aware of this company who was sent by my insurance. .. all I wanted was a resolution to this problem which he quit communicating with me ..

Air Serv of Murrieta

Orlando is very knowledgeable and thorough.  He has always been able to diagnose and solve our issue in a short. of time.

They were scheduled to come to my house to do the service for my ac unit from 3 to 6 and they were actually came our 30 mins early which was great since it was 100 degrees all day which was greatly appreciated and the technician Luis was super professional and really knowledgeable. I will tell everyone about Aire Serv on how they are great service company, as well they had help me out on having a payment program thanks.

Our AC went out on the hottest afternoon of the season so far, 07/13/2023.  I called Aire Serv of Murrieta, but not really expecting assistance for days, due to the extended heat wave.  I spoke with Teresa and she immediately began trying to get a technician to us as soon as possible.
By the way, our ordeal began right at the end of regular business hours and to top it off SCE had a planned power outage the next day from 06:00 AM to 12:00 noon for our area.
Teresa called me back to say she was able to get a technician to us, following the planned power outage, as long as our power did come back on as estimated by SCE.  Teresa called us again at 12:05 PM, 07/14/2023, to check if the power had been restored, I told her it had just been restored.  Teresa informed me that Orlando would soon be there.
Orlando arrived as promised and went straight to work to determine what caused our loss of AC.  He was able to locate the problem within minutes and made needed repairs to get our system up and running again.  But, he did not stop there, he continued to by checking the entire cooling system to be sure there were no other contributing factors which may have caused our problem.  Fortunately, he found no other problems, then checked the freon level, test ran the system and gave us the OK.

They actually showed up a day early and it's been hot out here I've been without AC since September of last year actually got a mouth infection last year almost died so I'm a little bit behind and getting the house squared away it's amazing how fast life can change I recovered after surgery so I'm doing great I'm alive second chance and these guys take things in consideration and really help me out that's more than a customer to me great job Christian thank you for showing up so fast and getting this AC started again so happy to have cool air finally . truly appreciate 🙏

Thank you for initially sending Jay who diagnosed the problem and explained it to me. Later you sent Will and he also answered all my questions and performed an excellent job installing the coil. My heat pump is working well,  I appreciate a business I can trust!

An Aire Serv technician came to my house today because I have been having sporadic problems with my air conditioning system.  The technician, Andrew, was very professional while still being friendly.  He was exactly on time for the appointment.  He spent a long time searching for the problem which he finally found.  This is a problem that I have been having for years that nobody before Andrew has been able to solve.  I am extremely grateful for the time he took to locate the cause of the trouble.  I have had a maintenance contract with Aire Serv for years and will gladly continue to do business with them.

Called to get our very old air conditioner serviced. I called on a Friday afternoon and they were able to get a technician out the following Monday. Great communication, prompt, professional and affordable service. Will be using them again.

Was in a bind with air conditioner and Selena got someone to my house so much h faster than anyone else could. And the young man who came to my rescue was very pleasant and quickly resolved the issue.

Jeremy from Aire Serv came over after our thermostat stopped working and our AC shut down.

We were new in this house and not only did he fix the immediate problem, he also walked us through a variety of things to watch out for and maintain as we settle into the home. He was friendly and efficient.

From initial contact to measure to install, Glass Doctors was wonderful to deal with. They came highly recommend from the Home Services team at Home Depot, who replaced all of our windows except the smaller ones as they did not make windows that size. Jason came out today and installed the two sidelights up front and the skinny window above our second floor shower. Jason went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the install and the quality of the glass. He even cleaned up after himself, which was nice as I was working remote today. Thanks Glass Doctors! We will be using you all again in the future for our patio doors.

Our kitchen garden window had a glass seal fail, collected moisture and became fogged. Glass Doctor came out to measure, we ordered the replacement piece,  and Christian came out to install. All appts were confirmed, there were follow up calls/emails for  both appts, and the service people were timely and efficient. I highly recommend Glass Doctor. Their business is very busy for a reason… quality, efficiency, and good workmanship.

Suggest you contact someone else for your needs...here's why: I had previously used Glass Doctor Raleigh for work at my home and was totally happy with the service and work quality.  Fast forward many years to November 2023. I needed shower glass and mirrors and called the one company I had a great prior experience with. I called to get estimates for replacing mirrors in the bathroom and a shower enclosure.  It took a month to be told they do not handle the mirrors so I could find alternate solutions even though I had followed up well before the month to check status on the mirror quote.  I also had to request they come back because they had not measured the shower enclosure when out the first trip.  The manager proceeded to get defensive that they had only visited my home a day or so ago when in fact they came out mid November. (Its now Dec 12)Then they debated me on the facts of the situation.  Long story short, they've lost me as a customer.  Oh yes, after I mentioned the fact that I would post a review, I got a very nice apology email.  Too little, too late.  Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your mirror and glass needs.

A friend shared information a about the company. I told her I had roof leaks and possible mold in my attic. She had them contact me and they came and inspected the same day.
