Thank you for your timely and excellent service in restoring our kitchen back to new after a kitchen fire. Brian Musgrave, the project manager, was very professional, friendly and timely with each phase of the reconstruction. All the expert employees were excellent from painters to construction and also installing replacement appliances. Everyone showed up on time as each phase was completed then the next experts came in. I am so very pleased with the results of my flood-created repair/renovation by Paul Davis. They were professional, the quality of the work was excellent, and I felt well taken care of. The tile guy sent was meticulous and artistic, Sue the painter was careful and thorough, and the carpenter Don was top notch. Paul Selman was my project manager and he was on top of it all. He paid attention to my needs and desires and communication was timely and complete.

Water damage after a refrigerator leak. John and team were referred to us by our insurance company. Very calm and pleasant. Had to leave fans and the dehumidifier (which made terrible noise) but did the job. Dryness restored. Problem solved. Thank you

The stars in the comments should be a minus five … I had a main pipe burst under my house 2022 of April.. Paul ( contractor) represented the company started work 2022 Dec ( which that didn’t happen leaving me in a hotel for 2 weeks .. the work finally started January 2023 .. I stayed in a hotel from Jan to April 2023 and my furniture stayed in the outdoor in unit for 3 months causing damage from items being left on them for long period of time . This company ( Paul the contractor) took 3 months to move the contents of my entire house back in the home where they left boxes unpacked and stack in my home ( just had foot surgery in April 2023) my home walls ( real hard wood ) was damaged by the movers with dents scratches and tape prints causing my walls to look like a war zone.. I contacted the contractor on several occasions, he is trying to put the damage ( walls) on the company that dried my home floors.. not including the damaged and broken items within my home.. I have Video of house prior to Paul Davis restoration company entering and videos of how they left my house and the contractor not acknowledging my calls.. he wanted to pack up the dents ,cracks and scratches with putty .. That’s not going to work .. so be aware of this company who was sent by my insurance. .. all I wanted was a resolution to this problem which he quit communicating with me ..
