Glass Doctor of Raleigh

From initial contact to measure to install, Glass Doctors was wonderful to deal with. They came highly recommend from the Home Services team at Home Depot, who replaced all of our windows except the smaller ones as they did not make windows that size. Jason came out today and installed the two sidelights up front and the skinny window above our second floor shower. Jason went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with the install and the quality of the glass. He even cleaned up after himself, which was nice as I was working remote today. Thanks Glass Doctors! We will be using you all again in the future for our patio doors.

Not only providing a beautifully installed mirror in our living room that measures 132" X 67" but also with the most efficient team of professional individuals that we have ever experienced. Awesome job, great experience. Al returned my phone call promptly and with genuine concern for my situation. Communication was excellent throughout. Our kitchen garden window had a glass seal fail, collected moisture and became fogged. Glass Doctor came out to measure, we ordered the replacement piece, and Christian came out to install. All appts were confirmed, there were follow up calls/emails for both appts, and the service people were timely and efficient. I highly recommend Glass Doctor. Their business is very busy for a reason… quality, efficiency, and good workmanship.

Suggest you contact someone else for your needs...here's why: I had previously used Glass Doctor Raleigh for work at my home and was totally happy with the service and work quality. Fast forward many years to November 2023. I needed shower glass and mirrors and called the one company I had a great prior experience with. I called to get estimates for replacing mirrors in the bathroom and a shower enclosure. It took a month to be told they do not handle the mirrors so I could find alternate solutions even though I had followed up well before the month to check status on the mirror quote. I also had to request they come back because they had not measured the shower enclosure when out the first trip. The manager proceeded to get defensive that they had only visited my home a day or so ago when in fact they came out mid November. (Its now Dec 12)Then they debated me on the facts of the situation. Long story short, they've lost me as a customer. Oh yes, after I mentioned the fact that I would post a review, I got a very nice apology email. Too little, too late. Save yourself the trouble and go elsewhere for your mirror and glass needs.
