This company was the only one that lived up to that and was willing to come out on a Sunday morning!!!! Jeff was professional, prompt and quickly able to diagnose the problem. He is definitely our new AC guy!! I highly recommend. Not many more reliable service men left, but he is definitely one of them!! Thank you!!

Glass Doctor of Spokane

I would give ZERO stars if I could! Took more than 10 weeks to get the windows because the tech didn't measure right, we tried telling them that, but they have so much experience, they won't listen to anything you have to say. The job that was done was rushed, botched and completely unprofessional. When trying to address the issue, they just kept telling us how experienced they were and experience listen to us speak. Interrupted and talked over us. They can't even see with their "experienced" eyes, that this job is horrible. Looks awful, not sealed properly, one window is not even level, caulking Looks like a child did it. We could have done this job ourselves for a fraction of the price! It would've cost us $300 and they charged $2000 for 4 custom basement windows that don't even fit properly. They are terrible to work with and won't listen to you if you're a woman, they ignore you completely.

The overall experience was bad. Windows were measured wrong the first time, then delayed the second time when we were told it would be rushed. During the install, 3 of the 4 basement windows were mounted unlevel which I had to point this out to the contractor with my own level. One of the windows is still not level, the bubble is over the line after asking the contractor twice to fix it. The caulking job is terrible. I am cutting out all that bad caulk job and redoing it myself. That's how bad it looks to me. They took 3 hours when I was quoted for 6 hours. The contractors had to return a second time because they didn't seal all the way around all of the windows. Again, had to call them out on this. No discount for the time they over quoted plus the job was rushed and we are not impressed with the work. Use anyone else.

Needed a mirror replaced and they were super fast and friendly. Both Aaron and Ronald were great! Highly recommend them!

They are amazing and understanding. They showed up while I was at work and they still installed the front bay window and they texted when they showed up, sent me a receipt when they got done and also allowed me to pay over the phone when I got off work hours later. They are a little spendy but worth it.

Chris did a beautiful job on our custom iron stair rails!  The time from order to installation was quicker than the other companies we called as well.  We are thrilled with how much this project updated our foyer and refreshed the look of our home!  Check out our before and after below.

Dakota installed railing on our back porch as well as added a gate after the fact. They do great work, are very reliable and easy to work with. They are responsive in their communications and had lots of styles and colors to choose from! We are potentially replacing our front porch railing and they will be the first people we call. Chris was great to work with, from start to finish, as we added aluminum railing to our front and back decks.  He was super communicative and worked hard to make sure we were completely satisfied with the end result.  He and his team deliver an extremely high quality product at a reasonable price.  Our railings turned out beautifully - we are SO pleased and would definitely use him again. Chris made the process very easy from initial quote to final installation.  He was very patient in answering all of my wife's questions and helping us to select the best product for our home.  Our project was fairly large as it included deck railing, a sidewalk handrail and a separate gate. His team's installation of the final product exceeded our expectations. Chris and his team at Dakota Fab & Welding are incredible craftsmen! The wrought iron fence that they built from scratch and installed in my front yard is so beautiful and professionally build. It is rare that idea or design in my mind can be built to my expectations; but Chris and the team actually exceeded my expectations! This was a intricate project installing a wrought iron fence onto a stone wall. Not only is the wrought iron fence beautiful but the installation is perfect. Aire Serv of Spokane is A-MAZING.  I had them replace the original boiler for heating my house and replace the slightly newer hot water tank.   They were able to condense both units into one.  I couldn't be more pleased with the out come and the hardworking the technicians put into the installation...  Martin and Trevor were very professional, worked hard to keep their work space compact and tighty.  Eric, the owner, did a grate job of helping me find the right fix and keeping me up to date on the progress of the install.  I highly recommend them. The new roof is beautiful!  They did an excellent job putting up the shingles - it really looks nice.  My neighbor has a fairly new roof, and he wants one like mine!  The inside where the water damaged the ceiling looks like there was never any damage done now that Paul Davis's contractors repaired the ceiling and painted it.  The paint job is perfect - there's no paint drippings anywhere or any paint out of the lines.  They put plastic up to protect everything in the room (furniture, etc.). I could not be more pleased.  Paul Davis's representatives and their contractors were all very nice, helpful, and professional!

We’ve lived in our home for five years and our furnace would not go above 68. We had three reputable companies come out and could not fix the problem. Zack Swiger called in advance of scheduled maintenance time to request if he could arrive an hour earlier. As I had already arranged to work from home today, this was no issue, but appreciated the heads-up, nonetheless.
Upon arrival, he was cordial and engaged when explaining the tasks he was to perform. He got to work, and I went to mine. No disruptions or inconvenience on my part, but I did hear him let out a yelp when he discovered the small wasp nest in the corner of our unit hood.
I rolled out to check on him and offer what assistance I could.
“Don’t worry, I’ve got something for them,” he smiled.
And that was that. The final inspection report he delivered showed no wasps, nor any other debris present anywhere else in/on the unit. Sparing further details of an otherwise normal maintenance procedure, all was satisfactory.
This isn’t the first time Zack has shown exemplary professionalism and performance when making a house call, and I feel sure it won’t be the last.
My wife and I appreciate the commitment Aire Serv has made and continues to honor.

Omg!! Awesome professionalism from Ben. He explained the entire process to me prior to completing his walkthrough. He saved us from getting a unit with too much compression for our home. He also did a follow-up with me when Josh and Emmett came to install our new unit.

Ace Handyman Services Southeast Georgia

Jack and Bennett was friendly, very hard workers, Jack was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done inspite of the total confusion of the office staff on what the customer had told them.  If I could have Jack come and see what needs to be done and then come and do the many other jobs I have, I would not hesitate in using this company again.

The technicians were very nice, but the install took over 10 hours and was not correct.  The door is not set properly in the space and is about 1 1/2" outside of the home.   This causes major leaks every time it rains pouring inside from the top of the door.   The installer's attempt to put trim boards all around the outside of the door not only look TERRIBLE ---- but causes water to trap and leak.   The only way to correct this is to remove all of the cover up terribly sloppy trim and unprofessional caulk ---- and re-install the $6000 sliding door inside about 1 1/2" so that it is flush with the outside leaving no trapping of water, and no ridiculous cover up trim.

I tried to just look beyond this terrible install --- but the leaking is terrible and needs to be corrected.
I NEED THIS CORRECTED.  I am requesting a rep to please look at this incorrect install and provide a solution.   It will be apparent it is not correct.  This installer and his partner (pretty new with ACE) were very nice and worked --- but struggled and provided an install that would not open and close.   I searched on the web and learned how to adjust the slider myself.   BUT the water is something I cannot accept. I don't want to be ugly, just need it corrected.

Jackson Daniel's is the first handyperson in a string of handy persons who showed up when scheduled, worked quickly, and the only person who actually did the project as I wanted it done. The end result was a perfectly installed inground pool cover, all trash removed and the site cleaned. Was a great experience. Ace Handyman Services and Jackson are highly recommended.

Glass Doctor of Moore & Montgomery Counties

My husband went here to get his front windshield fixed and around the time they were supposed to call us to pick up. They informed us that they had Accidentally cracked Both sides of the car doors frame from too much Pressure. Fortunately they are willingly and apologetically going to fixing it on another day because they need to get parts to fix it. Once they fix it I will then update my review.

It has been a few weeks and they proceeded with their promise and fix my husband’s car with no extra charge ! I am very thankful for this. They did not hesitate at all to keep us updated the whole process when getting the parts to getting ordered to setting up a day for us to drop it off. And they were even more kind to drop it off at a certain location at no expense. Thank you to the kind people there. We appreciate you and your honesty and work

They replaced my windshield and did a fabulous job. They were super quick and such a sweet staff. I love that they offer a warranty as well.  I have them coming our to do my garage door panel as well. I would highly recommend them.

We had Glass Doctor measure our display cabinets, end tables, and chests for installation of mirrored bottoms and glass tops. We also needed a broken glass front on a Lawyer's Bookcase replaced. The very personable GD team performed the measurements quickly and accurately, and when the order was ready they installed the items, leaving the new materials clean and perfectly fitting the corresponding pieces of furniture.  The result exceeded our expectations, adding to the beauty and functionality to each piece.  We have since added new furniture and added to the original order. We are looking forward the delivery of the new glass top.

I did not get what I expected.

I relied on Glass Doctor employee Zachary H. (General Manager) to correctly write up our order after having a couple in person meetings with him about our custom shower door requirements.  He understood our needs for two glass panels for a single opening and especially wanting clear glass without the lead due to my wife’s past cancer history.  Unfortunately, we only got the clear glass but still had the lead.  Another words the edge is not clear but has a green tint which mean lead.  Zachary expected us to understand his estimate when he knew exactly what we wanted as he or staff wrote up our estimate incorrectly.  If other wrote up our estimate, he should have reviewed it before providing to us as he knew what we wanted.  He told us what we wanted would be about $3,000 installed and that’s about what we paid.  He also used the excuse that when the Glass Doctor guys came out to measure we should have told them what we expected lead free glass.  We just let them into the new construction site and they requested no meeting about expectations as they just came to measure opening.  I feel Zachary should take full ownership of his mistake and not expect us to pay another $400 for changing out the glass. Zachary feels we should have caught his mistake on his estimate that it did not state “Lead-Free” but only clear glass.  He is supposed to be the expert and professional about glass and own up to his mistake instead of saying we did not pay for it.  He tells us changing out the glass would only costs us $400 costs as he is eating the labor and trashing the already installed glass.   I do not feel we should have to pay for his mistake as we already paid almost $3,000 that he said we would get lead free glass for that costs.

Now this very expensive clear glass shower door they install is nice but it is not what we ordered.
