Jack and Bennett was friendly, very hard workers, Jack was very knowledgeable of what needed to be done inspite of the total confusion of the office staff on what the customer had told them. If I could have Jack come and see what needs to be done and then come and do the many other jobs I have, I would not hesitate in using this company again.

The technicians were very nice, but the install took over 10 hours and was not correct. The door is not set properly in the space and is about 1 1/2" outside of the home. This causes major leaks every time it rains pouring inside from the top of the door. The installer's attempt to put trim boards all around the outside of the door not only look TERRIBLE ---- but causes water to trap and leak. The only way to correct this is to remove all of the cover up terribly sloppy trim and unprofessional caulk ---- and re-install the $6000 sliding door inside about 1 1/2" so that it is flush with the outside leaving no trapping of water, and no ridiculous cover up trim. I tried to just look beyond this terrible install --- but the leaking is terrible and needs to be corrected. I NEED THIS CORRECTED. I am requesting a rep to please look at this incorrect install and provide a solution. It will be apparent it is not correct. This installer and his partner (pretty new with ACE) were very nice and worked --- but struggled and provided an install that would not open and close. I searched on the web and learned how to adjust the slider myself. BUT the water is something I cannot accept. I don't want to be ugly, just need it corrected.

Jackson Daniel's is the first handyperson in a string of handy persons who showed up when scheduled, worked quickly, and the only person who actually did the project as I wanted it done. The end result was a perfectly installed inground pool cover, all trash removed and the site cleaned. Was a great experience. Ace Handyman Services and Jackson are highly recommended.
