Aire Serv of Sumter

First time using Aire Serv and I was pleasantly surprised at their level of service. TJ was the technician and he did a fabulous job of going over the AC and furnace to make sure everything was up to speed. I greatly appreciated his knowledge and thoroughness on going over my system. I already signed up for the next checkup.

Zack was so helpful and knowledgeable. His personality is amazing. He took time to explain everything. He took time to go over exactly what he found in the inspection, and was able to answer all of our questions. We would definitely like to request Zack to do our next follow-up. Thanks for the excellent customer service!

We’ve lived in our home for five years and our furnace would not go above 68. We had three reputable companies come out and could not fix the problem. Thank God TJ and his helper They fixed the issue. We have warm air flowing through our home. TJ was very professional and knowledgeable. Thanks again. We signed a service agreement and would highly recommend Aire Serv of Sumter.

Zack Swiger called in advance of scheduled maintenance time to request if he could arrive an hour earlier. As I had already arranged to work from home today, this was no issue, but appreciated the heads-up, nonetheless. Upon arrival, he was cordial and engaged when explaining the tasks he was to perform. He got to work, and I went to mine. No disruptions or inconvenience on my part, but I did hear him let out a yelp when he discovered the small wasp nest in the corner of our unit hood. I rolled out to check on him and offer what assistance I could. “Don’t worry, I’ve got something for them,” he smiled. And that was that. The final inspection report he delivered showed no wasps, nor any other debris present anywhere else in/on the unit. Sparing further details of an otherwise normal maintenance procedure, all was satisfactory. This isn’t the first time Zack has shown exemplary professionalism and performance when making a house call, and I feel sure it won’t be the last. My wife and I appreciate the commitment Aire Serv has made and continues to honor.

Omg!! Awesome professionalism from Ben. He explained the entire process to me prior to completing his walkthrough. He saved us from getting a unit with too much compression for our home. He also did a follow-up with me when Josh and Emmett came to install our new unit. I highly, recommend Air Serv. Emmett and Josh were awesome, provided great quality when completing the installation, and made me feel very comfortable while they were in our home.
