I called them at 10pm and they got to my house within an hour. They do free estimates which I thought was really cool and helped guide me through the whole process. I did laundry and didn’t realize my washer never stopped filling until it was wayyy too late. They cleaned up all the water that night and set equipment up. They managed to save my floors and my contents. Super professional and I have recommended them to any of my family and friends incase they run into something similar.

PuroClean of Roanoke was able to come out very quickly and assess a mold issue we were having. They promptly returned and removed the mold and provided mold remediation for us. The quality of work was top notch and the owner was extremely professional and helpful to us. They were also very reasonable and one of the best companies we have dealt with in the Roanoke area so far. I highly recommend this business.

They arrived, got to work, and did a very clean and hassle free installation. They were courteous, respectful of my home and completely professional. I could not be happier with our new custom door!! Our house was built in 1947, but we really wanted more sunlight in the living room. We were told it would be a tricky install because our door jam was crooked, but Elliott and Tom pulled it off seamlessly. They were so easy to work with and didn’t mind that I hid away while working from home. I was super nervous something would go wrong but it looks amazing and I have zero complaints!

Simon & Javi did a remarkable job installing our new door.  We knew the outside would be transformed but I had no idea how much difference it would make on the inside.  It’s like a whole new house! This is my first time using Ace Handyman and I was pleasantly surprised. Heath was fantastic. He repaired my cabinet and installed a bolt lock very quickly and professionally. Heath was friendly, courteous and certainly knew what he was doing. He exceeded my expectations.

We used Ace Handyman services in a pinch because they were available to book quickly for some small projects. Two amateur techs came out. Damaged our doorknobs putting them on and left one project a mess that they couldn't complete.

Craftsman Heath is a must-have on staff. His professionalism and initiative have certainly set him apart from most vendors that have serviced this yard. He was very knowledgeable and informative about the requested work repair. He was also very patient, and willing to discuss other options per the gate access. A Job Well Done.

I have nothing but praise for PuroClean Pineville. Working with Kevin and his team was a wonderful experience. They arrived within several hours of our house flood, even though we were out of town, and rapidly addressed all of our issues. They were on site daily, ensuring that we had the best possible outcome. The quality of work was excellent, and communication couldn't have been better. They made our personal disaster so much easier to manage, I don't know what we would have done without them!

Our office called PuroClean on a Monday morning after finding a water heater had burst and flooded our office.  The technicians and owner were there within an hour and set up dehumidifiers, air purifiers and other machines to get our office back to normal.  They also found a lot of mold on the subfloor and went to great lengths to remediate those areas as well.  I definitely recommend Bruce and his crew for any water damages and repairs needed!

Called Puroclean this morning and was able to schedule a same-day visit for a mold concern.  Trevor and Chandler arrived and did an inspection/assessment for mold found on drywall and flooring during a bathroom remodel we are currently doing.  Both were very professional and honest in their advice for treatment and remedying of the issue.  I will certainly be using PuroClean again and recommend them to anyone!

They are always prompt and courteous and get right to work in trying to minimize the damage to my client's home.  It's a family business and they treat my clients like family as well.  They are reasonable and professional and are willing to do whatever it takes to get the homeowner or business owner back where they want to be as soon as possible.  Their expertise and prompt service have often times limited the damage and the recovery time in getting the home repaired. Budget Blinds is a 5+ star company. From the first call I made to discuss blinds and shutters to the final installation,  communication was great. What a refreshing experience.  In our day and time, it's wonderful they follow through with everything they promise and kept me informed of when my window treatments would be installed. Ty was very professional and courteous about taking care with my home and cleaning up after installation.  I received a call after to ask if everything was OK and to ask me if I was satisfied.

We are so glad that we went with Budget Blinds to update all of the blinds in our home. The process was smooth, painless and everything was explained well. My husband and I moved into a new house in Winston-Salem the end of June. We contacted Budget Blinds to come give us an estimate.  Brian was right on time. He gave the best presentation I've ever had with all the details on 2-1/2" blinds. There are so many options but in his soft spoken manner, he explained them all, showing us samples of the various brands.
Brian measured every window (with the handiest measuring device I've ever seen). He's extremely thorough.  He gave us the estimate (we gave him the deposit) and he ordered the blinds. He said 4 weeks, it was slightly less and we scheduled the installers.
They (Tyler and Dan) showed up on time and had the blinds installed in no time. They were pleasant and professional.
What a wonderful experience. I would use them again and highly recommend Budget Blinds.

Very professional. I needed my walk-in shower remodeled. It was old and dated and the walls were soft with water damage. They came in and did their magic and now my shower is unrecognizable!!

Expect to pay an expert level premium for at best amateur craftsmanship. Be prepared to be 100% explicit about your expectations up front, because we were never provided with a mock-up or design to approve. We cancelled the other half of our project because we were unsatisfied with how the first railing turned out. We were initially told that we would still have to pay over 70% ($948) of the quoted price ($1292) for half the work, done poorly at that. When asked to remedy the situation, Ace responded over a week later that in order to redo the railing, we would have to pay for another full day’s worth of labor. We ended up paying $643 for one railing after several days worth of negotiation. Would not recommend, especially not for any aging in place services. I’m just thankful I was able to advocate on my grandmother’s behalf because I could easily see other seniors being taken advantage of.

Holden from Ace Handyman Services Charlotte/Concord did a great job at installing my new bathroom faucet, painting and replacing my light fixture. He was very kind and but most importantly was in and out in no time without leaving a mess behind. I would definitely recommend this company.

Service was amazing and reasonably priced. They came out to fix the leak under my kitchen cabinet, but noticed the water damage that I could not see. They took pictures for me and were very honest and fixed it right away! Will definitely call again when I need something repaired.

I needed some work done on the roof of my barn. I found this Ace Handyman service and was not disappointed! I called and they responded promptly. They completed the job quickly and were friendly when I was around. Definitely calling them again next time I have a problem.
