Budget Blinds is a 5+ star company. From the first call I made to discuss blinds and shutters to the final installation, communication was great. What a refreshing experience. In our day and time, it's wonderful they follow through with everything they promise and kept me informed of when my window treatments would be installed. Ty was very professional and courteous about taking care with my home and cleaning up after installation. I received a call after to ask if everything was OK and to ask me if I was satisfied. My husband and I moved into a new house in Winston-Salem the end of June. We contacted Budget Blinds to come give us an estimate. Brian was right on time. He gave the best presentation I've ever had with all the details on 2-1/2" blinds. There are so many options but in his soft spoken manner, he explained them all, showing us samples of the various brands. Brian measured every window (with the handiest measuring device I've ever seen). He's extremely thorough. He gave us the estimate (we gave him the deposit) and he ordered the blinds. He said 4 weeks, it was slightly less and we scheduled the installers. They (Tyler and Dan) showed up on time and had the blinds installed in no time. They were pleasant and professional. What a wonderful experience. I would use them again and highly recommend Budget Blinds.
