First encounter with Best Air was Curt, the tech who came out and quoted us the 2 complete replacements of our a/c split systems, was very professional which helped in our decision (price too) on going with this company. They literally came out the next day and replaced the 2 outdoor and attic units within 6 hrs. Thanks to the installers Brendan, Lenny, Christian, Brian, and Ernie. They all work together, like a well oiled machine. I will definitely be using them again for any future plumbing or a/c work.

Mike was fantastic. 5 mins early. Well dressed. Tells us the obvious of our water heater eating the bed. Gives us all the facts, and options. We required his work, but Mike is short handed, yet still does a water heater install single handed.

I have the morning off, so I stick around to seek knowledge about water heaters while he works, and Mike has given me a basic knowledge understanding of everything to be aware of with entire home maintenance.

After 2 hours of straight work and non-stop questioning from my side, Mike came off as a very honest person, amiable and expressive, and happy family man, with funny stories if you are inquisitive like myself.

Then the wife remembered our backyard water hose was broken, and he was prepared to tackle the job immediately, all while answering more questions I came at him with.

Mike loves his job and praises his company, saying he wouldn't work for any other team. He wiped up every area, wore boot gloves indoors, and the pricing was fair, but he saw my cute kid, and went out of his way to call the supervisor for a small discount on the speaker phone for us. Big bonus!

Our family WILL call this company to request Mike for any more home maintenance when a professional is needed.

We are very happy with our experience with Best Air Conditioning. We had a new A/C unit installed. The team was polite, clean, and efficient. Days after the install we found that we still had an issue. We called and a technician was sent right out. It turned out the issue required more services that we didn't count on. A supervisor at Best Air Conditioning instructed his team on what to do and did not charge for the additional services needed to rectify the problem. We were beyond happy with the customer service we received. I would definitely recommend Best A/C to my friends and family.

Fetch-A-Tech

This company is interested in making money over the needs of their customers. We recently had a leak in our ceiling and since we had a similar leak a year prior which was fixed by Cal Air (sold to fetch-a-tech), I called them to inspect it. They told me that we had a bad coil and drain pan which was causing the leak. Rather than spend the money fixing it, they recommended that we replace our a/c unit with a mini-split for $11,200 then reduced to $10k. I called Carl's Air Conditioning for a second opinion. There was nothing wrong with our a/c unit. I called Precision Plumbing and discovered that the leak was caused from the upstairs bathtub overflow drain. Prior to this experience, we had a maintenance agreement with Cal Air when Fetch-a-Tech took over our contract, and as a courtesy they inspected all of our units and recommended that we replace them at a cost of $25-30k each. I absolutely do NOT recommend this company for anything they do.

I used this company 6/2016 and they were great if you have warranties with this company know that they are not there for you now this company has been sold and the say they did not get the paperwork and are not honoring anything now.  They are over priced and techs don't know what they are doing even to diagnose the units so I would not trust them in my home again.  (The Tech said he could not get to the unit to diagnose it. and it would be $1799 just to leak test the system  when you can purchase a complete unit for between $3000 - $6000 these companies are just ripping people off)
I want to say thank you so much to my team of experts that came to my home during record breaking weather.  We moved into a foreclosed home and I ordered an AC unit but needed to change the coil to match the unit and also the change from r22 to r410a.  Robert came in yesterday and said this is what would be best but we will do what you would like. He did not try to upsell me and he reassured me I had done my homework and knew what I was talking about.  We needed a 4 ton unit I ordered a 2.5 ton unit and he did not push me into something I did not need.  I had a rep in my home the very next afternoon and I  have AC tonight and it is wonderful.  Call this company if you want hard working and honest people to come to your home.  They will do the best for you.  Thank you you all are my angels

Due to my playing with my cutoff valve my water pressure dropped to a trickle. I called for a plumbing inspection and it was set up for the next day. David arrived promptly the next morning. I showed him what I had done. It was an easy fix for the "ruggedly handsome" plumber with a great haircut. (as much as can be seen around a mask;) David completed the plumbing inspection, explaining his actions.  I had planned to replace the innards of one toilet and asked about him doing it. He inspected the  toilet and informed me he could do it but, due to the age and condition of the toilet (original to house 1979, tank not secure) the probability existed of creating additional problems. An option of a complete replacement of the toilet and all fixtures associated with it was provided. I chose the replacement since it would eliminate a lot of work for me. David arrived this morning,  promptly and efficiently installed the new  toilet. He had no issues in allowing me to observe the process. David (ruggedly handsome plumber with a great haircut) did an excellent and very clean installation. Will definitely call when I replace the next one.

We recently purchased a condo - first time buyers! One of the things we wanted to do when we moved in was make sure that all of our plumbing was up-to-date so that we didn't incur huge costs down the road unexpectedly.

Mike, the service manager at Priority Services, helped us secure our home! He helped us replace our outdated water heater, and install brand new shut off valves on all of our sinks. He also helped us replace the drain majiggy in our bathtub - which was rusted and corroded.

What really impressed us was that he took the time to explain everything he was doing and why - and how it would save us in the long-run. He was super friendly and very professional. Definitely someone you would trust to come into your home!

The service was of great value! I highly recommend!

Artistic Iron Works is an incredible place to explore.
It is easy to find in Las Vegas and the parking is FREE.
It is definitely my favourite place to stop when I am in town.

There is so much to see inside and outside of the building.
An explosion of colour meets your eyes as you step into the display area.  A spectacular garden and a full compliment of animals was created by talented metal work artists.

Caleb was a great host and helped us find the perfect pieces for our garden. I only wish I had a bigger van to take more beautiful metal work back to Canada.  Prices are reasonable too.

I absolutely love Artistic Iron Works for one-of-a-kind art for inside and outdoors. The team in their showroom is great, as are the delivery/installers - welding, painting and cleaning up after themselves. Super nice and professional, especially Junior! Highly recommend - check out my 10’ cactus!

I had them first out to put in 2 new gates, and they did such a great job I had them come back and replace 2 exsiting gates. Junior and Wilson did a fantastic job on the installation.  I highly recommend them for your iron work needs. Thank you.

Glass Doctor of Bullhead City, AZ

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would waited a whole week for my window to get there only to show up and have the wrong window there. After calling to verify the part number that my window is there and ready to be installed, if I drove down there drove 25 miles for them to say they ordered the wrong window fast forward. 5 days when the right window was supposed to have been there I arrived they told me I'll be serviced first thing in the morning. They put somebody ahead of me. I think that's all it. Okay, no problem, I'll wait only for them to come. Tell me that my window went to the wrong location and then they.  Still ask me if I wanted to wait around. I would not recommend this place to anywhere. Save yourself the hassle, save yourself. The frustration save yourself the time. Pay a little bit more and go to safe light

I am writing this review to cancel out my previous one. I had first written a review of how I was dissatisfied and frustrated with my truck window replacement.
But, I since had a direct, personal call from the owner, Steve and he went above and beyond to assure that I was taken care of and in a timely manner with excellent customer service.
I would definitely recommend this company to Everyone.
I am very satisfied with my new window, but even more so, extremely impressed with the way Steve went out of his way to make things right.

Jason and Brad are awesome.  They arrived on time, did the job, not only quickly, but perfectly!  They were careful about my house, very friendly and went above and beyond to make me happy.  I had two sliding glass doors replaced and I couldn't be happier with the results.  The doors they installed are so much better than the old ones that I am now getting an estimate to have all my windows replaced as well.  I can recommend Glass Doctor, Jason and Brad without reservation!

Pablo and Ricky did a great job reassembling our coach window and installed it back into the coach.  Job well done!

Air Service HVAC

I know all people cannot have good experiences. We have been using Air Service for close to 19 years. They have always been excellent and very customer oriented. For example: I had major surgery in August. The a/c unit went out the day I was to return home @ 95 degrees. In two days they had a new unit in. The old heat pump was 30+ years  old.

Anyway, I never had to call them back for any reason after service calls twice a year. Duane, his son and others are very sincere.

"Dishonest and insulting" is a good summary of my overall impression of Air Service.

Three different people independently recommended them to me, so I figure they gotta be good, right? I was also told to specifically ask for Duane, the owner. So I call them and the office lady (Duane's wife) sets the appointment. She's bossy and pushy and I'm thinking "Huh?? No, I'm hiring YOU. I'm the one who gets to bark orders." She says nothing about Duane one way or the other. On the appointed day it's not Duane making the call but their kid Wayne, the ADHD case from hell. If he were not their kid, there is NO WAY he would have a job doing anything like this. I told the wife I wanted my two central air units and furnace thoroughly checked out because they haven't been used in 12 years. This is not what ADHD boy does. He just starts the units right up and charges them, doesn't inspect nuthin, doesn't set foot anywhere near the furnace, tells me "well it's summer. You don't want to run your furnace in the summer, do you?" He's actually borderline combative as he says this, which was typical of his behavior in general. Next he bills me for four pounds of R22 at SIXTY DOLLARS A POUND. First of all, there is NO WAY he really went through four pounds. Second, this is a FIVE HUNDRED PERCENT mark-up for that refrigerant (2014 price, when this work was done). I don't mind paying a fair labor rate, but this R22 charge makes the "materials" part of their bill outright robbery. I don't see why anybody should tolerate it.

Like I said, dishonest and insulting.

This hideous experience made me decide to do the furnace work myself. If they'd been good, they'd have gotten lots of work from me, but instead they sucked so they cheated themselves out of ever seeing my money again, AND they earned this negative review on Google. Smart move Duane, Theresa, Wayne.

They have done repair, service and recently replace my heat pump The price has always been competitive. Service has been quick. The issues have all been fixed. Will use them again when it comes time to replace my other unit.

We have been using Air Services since we moved into our home and have always had the best service. They are quick, thorough and easy to work with. They also have competitive pricing on everything. Can't be that!

Glass Doctor of Northwest Florida

I highly recommend the Glass Doctor.  They have done excellent work for me before so I didn’t hesitate to call again.  They installed new shower doors in my shower that was out of square by 2.5”. They did a wonderful job and I will call them again.

After having a lightning strike hit our house a few months ago we noticed most of the windows in our house were showing broken seals.  After going through several window replacement companies and exorbitant estimates, I discovered Glass Doctor of NW Florida.  Starting with a site visit by Ricky Bond, we decided to go with them to replace about 23 windows.  Within days they had the initial window order completed and were ready to install. We were so impressed by Donnie and Jesse and the entire process we ordered the rest of them to be replaced also.  Arrived on time as scheduled, polite, professional and knew what they were doing.  I can only say you won't be disappointed with these pros.  Saved a ton of money and no aggravation.

I had a broken window that needed repaired. I was grateful the phone was answered by a real person when I called, who was very nice and helpful. An estimate appointment was promptly set up and the work on the window was done efficiently and professionally a week later. I highly recommend.

Had them install a glass shower walls and door. Very pleased with the results and it looks great. Everyone we dealt with were very pleasant and professional and were genuinely that the product was exactly what we wanted.

I called and asked for a quote for window glass replacement and spoke with Dorys who set up the appointment for someone to come out so that a quote could be given.  There were 12 windows and a door that needed the glass replaced.  There were also 4 balances that had to be replaced.  Everything was ordered and the work was done in a timely manner.  Willie and Jessie were efficient and knowledgeable, and when they were finished replacing all the glass.  They were professional, cleaned the glass and left their work areas spotlessly clean.  Impressive.  I will not hesitate to have them do other work for me.  I found the entire staff that I encountered to be honest and trustworthy.  Great company to work with.

Air Pro Master Air Conditioning Repair & Installation

Everything was made easy. The receptionist was great. We made an appointment for Monday and hung up. Not 30 seconds later I get a call back stating they had a Saturday cancellation. I was fortunate to get a technician out early in my waiting window so I didn’t have to wait long at all. The technician was nice and knowledgeable. Got in and out within a half hour. No issues whatsoever with this company. Thanks everyone at Air Pro Master.

Air pro master is absolutely the most excellent air and heating company. I have ever worked with!! I have a home warranty on My house and have 2 units. The warranty company RAKED ME EVERY TIME stating things weren't covered to repair or replace btw they're called Choice home warranty. Stating it was a power surge.  I called several air companies and chose Air Pro Master. They were reasonably priced, and quick to install, very professional and absolutely showed pride in their work.  I highly recommend this company. A+ rating

I honestly can't say enough good things.. They were a warranty call and were able to get to my house ASAP... Mark was my tech and he was super nice and professional, diagnosed multiple issues and had EVERYTHING fixed in an hour.. It was pouring rain and he had to go to his truck multiple times... You could understand if he had a bad attitude but NOPE!! Extremely patient... Explained every step of the way what he was doing and answered all my questions... ABSOLUTE GREAT SERVICE START TO FINISH

How they could order the wrong part three times is a mystery. I have been without hot water for over a month. They are incompetent. Every time they order a part, it takes over 10 days, and they refuse to expidite shipping. This is what you get thru a home warranty company. Pathetic. I went to  the Noritz (the hot water heater manufacturers) website, and the part is listed right there. Yet they refuse to listen.  As well as they ship in 4 days, not ten, and that is ground shipping. Take my advise and choose a better company.

Daniel provided outstanding service today while performing my annual furnace check. He was thorough, even showing me photos of the work in the attic. I didn't know there were two furnaces there although I have had annual check ups with other companies! He explained it all.  He also changed the  hard to get to ceiling filters, not done during check ups in the past either. He was professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. Great customer service!

Las Vegas Glass Repair

Sorry to say that they didn't come through at the end. On day 1 I stated this:
Best Service in Vegas! I called and left a message. Craig called me back within the hour and scheduled an estimate to look at our window within 2 hours of the phone call. It reminded me of how service use to be in Vegas. Prices were extremely reasonable.
Highly recommend this business!
THEN AFTER PAYING AND WAITING FOR SERVICE-
Now I can say they didn't call and had a no-show on the day they told me it would be installed. Then they didn't come through on day 2. They stated we would be the first customer on day 3 for a 7 o'clock appointment.  They didn't come until 9. A lot of blame from worker & boss.

Set appointment for estimate , which perfectly coinsided with our budget , as well left room for some upgrades . Work began as sheduled and finished on time , end results were above expectations!

They were efficient. On time. Quick and clean. I highly recommend them. Nester and Pedro were the workers who arrived and did a great job removing several mirrors!!!!

Their service is amazing. They had a tech come out and inspect and measure the broken window the same day. The price was fair, and they had my window repaired the following day.
Everywhere else I received a quote did not even volunteer to have someone come look at the window for almost a week out.

I left a message and Craig returned my call. He was able to give me a quote based on my measurements of the window. He set an appointment for the next day then sent a confirmation text regarding the time and amount. The next day I received a text that they were on their way. Junior arrived punctually and was extremely professional. He finished the window replacement and it looks GREAT. He represented his company well and was a pleasure to deal with.

Western Door and Gate

This company installed a new gate system at our community in June 2023.   They did not bother to download any of the resident information into the new system prior to the install.  NO  ONE can get into the community.  This is company inept, apathetic and sell terrible products.  When you call them for help they have zero interest in helping you.  Amy Mosey at Western Gate was especially rude and not helpful.  DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. COMPLETE SCAM.  UPDATE  August 2023   Our communities gate system still does not work.   Staff at Western Gate does not return calls or care at all that their product does not work.   AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS

I lost my remote garage door opener. After buying the wrong new one I tried Western Door support.
Matthew Melton from support spent a good deal of time with me via multiple text messages and basically guided me step by step to resolve my problem (saving me a lot of money).
I've never had this kind of remote support before.

I was directed by my HOA to purchase a replacement Gate remote from them.  The website was very easy to navigate and there was a live chat button in case you have any questions.  Ross was great, patient and professional.  The turn around time was about 24 hours and you have a choice to either have it mailed to you or pick it up yourself.  Make sure to sign up for their email advertisement because they send you a coupon code within 15 minutes you use on your order.

I ordered two remotes from Matthew and He was great. He even got me hooked up with a much better remote. I went and picked up the remotes the next morning because I didn't have time to get them that day. When I went in the office everyone was so pleasant. The girl that got the remotes for me even programed them for me and made sure I knew how to change the batteries and program them. She was just great. Nice people skills. I will tell all of my friends what a great place this is.

Boo On this company. They originally installed my 2 driveway auto gates about 6 years ago. I was having issues and wanted them took at it. The gentleman comes out and was a very nice guy. We determined i really just needed a gate bolt. and he said it was $5 for the bolt and if i wanted him to put it on it was 119$. I said no thanks on the labor. $119 to put on a bolt that literally took less than 5 minutes was nuts. so he said i could just buy the bolt for $5. he called in to get an invoice from the office and they then tried to tell me i had to pay for a service call. I declined stating that no one ever said that there was a charge to come out. So they put me on hold to talk to the boss. They came back and said don't worry about the service charge and just pay for the materials. So they sent the invoice to the service guy waiting here and he scoffed and showed me the invoice. they were now trying to charge me $74 dollars for the $5 bolt. I told him never mind and to take his bolt back with them. I drove to the next nearest gate company and bough the bolt for $10. Will never talk to this place again, that was just plain ridiculous. Shame on them. i understand if they want to charge a service fee for coming out but you HAVE TO tell the customer prior to arriving not afterwards. There are plenty of places that offer free estimates to come out and look.
