We had used them for the past few years and been super satisfied with both their service expertise and prices.
Called them this felt like an answering service only, which it was, two calls while my AC was only able to maintain 88 degrees and absolutely no call back a week later.
Turns out franchise owners retired, but answering service made no mention of that and outright lied that I would get a callback.
No matter where I go Aireserv will never ever get a call from me.

So my old water heater died on a Saturday, called one company couldn't come to even look at it till the following Tuesday called 702 PlumbAIR on Sunday and Tony came the same day gave me a price for tankless water heater conversion. he explained everything that needed to be done for the job and gave a reasonable price. on Tuesday Gordo and Jamie came to install the new tank and did a great job they were done in around three hours and did a great job. Had a couple small issues after install no big deal the response from this company is unbelievable how quick and proficient they are. Tony came back a couple times and all is great. Tony not only is very knowledgeable he is also one of the nicest men to deal with. I saw a couple reviews online about their pricing and as the old saying goes you get what you pay for. This a very good company that stands behind their work and very customer oriented. HIGHLY Recommend

It’s been a month since I had water softener and R/O system on kitchen sink installed  and I’m very happy with appliance quality, service and employees.

We’ve noticed a huge difference from the previous system, the water feels cleaner.

I should’ve kept track of their names but the woman who answers the phone is courteous and answered my questions.
The guy that came to do the estimate, he inspected EVERYTHING!  He included replacing kitchen sink part instead of entire sink (which another said I should do) and the shower stopper.  He also informed me of company’s other services.  Amazing.
The two guys that installed everything were respectful of our home, courteous and fast.

My only con is when units were installed, they forgot to leave the installation books and warranty information.  Fortunately, the information was quickly sent to me.

I’m so glad I listened to recommendations on FB as well as researching 702 before hiring them.
Will definitely use them again and I highly recommend them.

We worked with Kari. Such a good person to work with. We were finally able to find a home to make new memories with our family! I’m so happy. She explained everything throughly and made sure I understood everything. I was so nervous but as soon as we spoke I felt a huge relief. Before you buy please have a hone inspection done been in our home less than 2 week ans have dropped nearly 3500 in plumbing repairs also dont count a response from anyone from here once they get payment consider yourself chop liver.. update did get a response but nothing of significance

I tried to inquire about multiple properties but instead of asking questions or offering to help me narrow my choices the "not a realestate agent" Kari  kept telling me to look at the website and that she couldn't help me with getting information about more than one property. Lazy and doesnt want to put in any work.

We bought our place March of 2017 so we’ve been in it for 10 months. As is no guarantees so you really have to know what you’re getting into with a property. $1500 down, $472.50 a month and only took a week from the time we put the application in until we signed the papers. They made it possible for us to be home owners! We were spending so much money on application fees for rentals just to be turned down because there was always a better applicant out there. As anyone who has ever had credit challenges knows it only takes one small mistake to result in years of trying to get your credit up to the standards that a traditional lender requires even if you have a really good income. The property was exactly what we were looking for: do it yourself and make it our own. Interest rate is a little high but they’re up front about all the costs of the contract. When you have no other opportunities for home ownership and potential landlords are focused on a credit score instead of the whole picture you don’t mind paying a little more to get your foot in the door. Payments are very reasonable too, less than rent would cost us. We would definitely buy another property from them if the opportunity arises.

My window was blown out due to high wind, and my friends recommended them.  We called around and most of the other window repair companies needed a 2 to 4 day period to complete the job.  They gave us a reasonable quote and told us they can do it on the same day once they came and assessed the damage.  It took them about an hr and it was done.  Can't say how much we appreciate it.  I would definitely call them again for our window needs.

Carpet Cleaning Premier Chem-Dry of NW Florida

Contacted Chem Dry in November and scheduled an 11/30 appointment.  We moved all of our furniture and provided them our gate code and door code.  11/30 they called said all went well, carpets came out very clean and requested a CC for payment.   We returned home in December to discover we had been scammed! Carpets had NOT been cleaned AT ALL.
First I contacted AMEX and reported the fraud.  Next I called Chem Dry to complain.  William did not seem surprised, was not very apologetic and said he could only reschedule.  We rescheduled for 12/26 and moved all of the furniture a second time.  This time they no showed!  I called again and William made more excuses.  Beware of this scam clearly trying to take advantage of out of town owners.

First time they came out, the technician left dirty marks which what appeared to be from their shoes or equipment, sent photos and they came back again a 2nd time - 2nd time...technician wore gloves that bled yellow coloring all onto the couch - $6,500 couch..... technician acknowledged his gloves leaked onto the couch and tried cleaning it again..- didn't work- used another Chem Dry franchise that spent 4+ hours trying to reverse the damage and they couldn't even do it(I believe we paid $800 for this visit). They suggested I file a claim with these guys since they have insurance for such purposes.  When I reached out to them and sent them photos, they said they'd get back to me and that was over a month ago.

We just purchased this condo, and the previous owners had a cat. With the humidity in Florida I didn’t want the carpets very wet. Chem Dry was great, the carpets were dry in about 1-1/2 hours. The technician, Brandon was friendly and very professional. The stains came out and the condo smells great. Thank you, if need be I will gladly call you again.

I would highly recommend Premier Chem-Dry of NW FL!!! The gentleman that did the work for us was so professional. He arrived right on time and he went straight to work. He cleaned the carpet upstairs, an oriental rug downstairs, and all the downstairs which is Travertine tile. It doesn’t even look like the same stone tile! I am more than pleased and I will use them again for sure!

The Nevada staircase has been a wonderful experience. The construction industry can be challenging due to dealing with complex customers and trying to make them happy. This job could not have happened without the Nevada staircase. Ever since the initial installation, the customer has not been pleased. In order to meet customer satisfaction, they completely disassemble this staircase job and install a new one at no additional cost. The job exceeded all expectations in every way. The entire team, ranging from the owner Alex to the impressive tech and staff, is incredible. I endorse them, and I will incorporate them into my future projects.

We are very happy with our new staircase.  And more importantly...Alex, Rich and Zeke were great to work with and provided excellent customer service. The owners, Tina and Allen, have obviously set a great example for their crew and we would highly recommend their services.

The installation went fine.  When it came to the finisher to do touch ups it took 3 times for it to be completed right. The 3rd time a different worker and his supervisor were able to get the job done. It was very frustrating. I am not sure I would recommend Nevada Stairs to anyone.

Nevada Stairs did a very professional job replacing old wood balusters with more modern black iron balusters. They were timely and professional and would recommend them for a stairway remodel.

Showed up on time. Did the job exactly as described. Answered all questions and gave recommendations on air filters. Showed before and after picture so we could see what our money actually went toward. And charged exactly as quoted, which isn’t always the case with a lot of companies. At the risk of sounding like a boomer, it’s very hard to find quality service these days. I will use them in as long as we live in the area and recommend to all my friends.

Gabby and Jamal discovered that the outdoor capacitor of my A/C system was just out of spec range and needed replacement. They offered to replace it for a reasonable price. I was thankful that they found and took care of it before it led to bigger problems. I want everyone on my block to know what a great job Bob’s Repair did for us for such a good price too. The office is excellent at communicating with you.

Bob's Repair is an amazing company and they support me with 2 rental propoerties plus my own home. My tenants had an issue with their heat and they sent someone over the same day. The person showed up on time, provided an estimate and then fixed the issue. Their prices are reasonable and they are extremely thorough when diagnosing the problem, they also send detailed photos of all parts and warranty info. They also do solar and I have been extremely happy with their service for this as well. Their technicians are knowledgeable, courteous and efficient. Definitely call them!

My heater just stopped working 😳 A few days before Christmas 😑 so I read a bunch of reviews and Bob’s comes very highly recommended. I gave them a call at 7 PM and they were out here the next day. Due to a shortage of technicians, they were later than my promised window, but they kept in touch with me and kept me updated and honestly, were only a few hours later than promised. It took Jason less than an hour to diagnose and fix the problem and I have heat again!! 🙌 thank you!!

I had a very large custom shower installed in my master bath. Mike and his assistant were my installers. I first want to mention how professional they were.  Mike was friendly and informative and kept me included on every step of the process and any changes that needed to be made.  He walked me through the care and warranty of my product and left my shower cleaner than when they entered it.  Could not be more pleased with my shower glass and the entire process. Will definitely use them for my other two bathroom installations. 5+ stars

Fast Glass will be my first choice on windshield replacement.
I called to get my windshield replaced and they got it ordered and had me in for an appointment in less than 24 hours. They also honor their warrenty.

Came and installed a new windshield the following morning after calling. They came to my place of employment and communicated throughout the morning with ETA. Total install was less than 45 minutes and was the lowest price of all of my estimates. I’ve always used Safelite, but their estimate was $50 more before their $50 coupon which came only after a few day of the original phone call. Also, they wanted a $40 charge for coming to me to install. I would highly recommend Fast Glass.

This company was recommended by a friend and honestly was not a pleasant experience. They bragged about being in business for many years and professional technicians. However, this company lacks of customer service skills and customer concerns when situation arise. They replaced the windshield on my auto and the technician tear up apart the rubber that protects and seals the windshield and they couldn’t do anything about it because was not part of the windshield’s job “according to them” when I call them and confront them about the lousy job they did they made up excuses of not been part of the job and the management or person in charge didn’t even took my call and address my  concerns instead they let the receptionist handle the situation.
The windshield that was replaced there’s a wind noise, tear up rubber corners and screws that I found around and this company didn’t even bother to offered to check the work that was done by one of the their technician they did a half fast done job and also they don’t care about causing damages to your auto. SHAME ON YOU FAST GLASS INC horrible company.

Olson gates did an amazing job fabricating and installing my new gates. What a great experience from beginning to end. From the consultation and quote. To the finished project. The price was a fair price and the quality and workmanship of the fabrication and installation was great! I will use them again for my future projects and I highly recommend them if you are considering projects of your own. So glad those old gates are gone forever! Five stars for sure!
