I recently had Lee at Craftsman Garage door of Idaho install an Amarr garage door. Lee was on time, professional, and did a great job of explaining everything about the door and its features. The whole sales process was very professional, and Lee did not try to over sell me. We love our new door. I would definitely recommend Lee for your garage door needs. It was a very good experience, and I will definitely use him again when I have a garage door issue that needs fixed.

Lee is awesome! He has helped me two times,1st  time with opener problem he responded and fixed  issue quickly  at a very reasonable  price,then a few days later I backed into my garage  door! Called Lee he came over immediately got my ruined garage door down for me,ordered  a new garage door that looked better then the old one installed soon as it came in all at a reasonable price. I was having problems with my stair lift; it would only move down but not up. Kevin tried to help me over the phone but to no success. He came out to my house in a very timely manner and got things figured out. Professional, knowledgeable, courteous; that is how I would describe Kevin and Nevada Mobility.

Owner Kevin and assistant Gar were both very helpful and knowledgeable.  I was in search of a scooter to attend things like Ren Fairs, Highland games, etc. (so 3-4 times a year). They listened to my needs and didn't try sell me the top of the line as it wasn't necessary for my needs.  Much appreciated.  Love what I got and have already gone to an event I previously would have skipped.  Yippee!  Thank you both for enriching my life.

Absolutely excellent.  My wife chair lift suddenly stopped working and she had zero other options to get up/down the stairs.  Called Kevin at Nevada Mobility and he was out to the house and had the lift fixed within an hour.  This was hours before the week-end.  He was courteous prompt and very efficient.  Highly, highly recommended.

I was looking to order a power wheelchair. I called several of the other mobility scooter stores in town and all I got was "we don't carry this model".
Then I spoke to Kevin ( the owner) not only did he research the model I wanted more thouroughly for me, after consulting we me he ordered it for me for the same price I would have gotten through internet. This gentleman even delivered it to my house, again to no cost to me and told me, if any problems to contact him. Mind you, he doesn't carry that brand in his store.
Haven't had that kind of Customer Service for a long time.

Upper management only cares about themselves, not their employees, not their customers, no one. They have a joke of a general manager who hasn’t a clue as to what she’s doing and is not fit for the role. The owner is so self absorbed that he doesn’t realize his guys are absolutely miserable. The vice president, nothing but good things to say about him.He should be running the company bc he knows what he’s doing! If they treat their employees like nothing can you imagine how less they care about their customers? Unless you’re a hotel/big shot, get your fencing needs elsewhere because you will not be a priority.

The estimator was not helpful and had poor communication skills.  I would never do business with these jokers.

The owner is in constant communication with the leaders of the national industry and researches all His suppliers to make sure He's getting the best quality materials on the market at a competitive price. The owner also cultivates relationships with skilled craftsman to attract the most talented builders. If You let anyone else build Your FENCE, You got the second string team and time will reveal Your mistake. Choose wisely. Just step into the shop down the street from the PALMS. I normally do not write reviews, especially long ones, but this company really impressed me with their quality, workmanship, and customer care.
We had two 18-year-old HVAC York 4-ton units that were working but showing their age replaced in December due to concerns over the HVAC supply availability and the expected major costs increases for 2023 due to the new Federal regulations.   After checking the reviews and costs of various manufacturers and installers we decided to go with Residential Services Air conditioning and heating.  Spoke with Nikki who scheduled an on-site appointment.  Tim and Lawrence came out and did an inspection to determine what would be needed.  At this time, I asked if it would be possible to upgrade our system to two 5-ton units with a SEER rating of 16 or greater.  They told me that it would be possible but extra ducting and a return would have to be added.
When I received the quote, I found it to be very reasonable when comparing to other estimates that I had received with lower priced equipment.  We also discussed the NV energy rebate program (contractor only) and the various payment methods (cash, credit card, monthly installments).
Installation day was great, we previously cleared out the areas where they would be working.  The crews came in with slip on booties, laid down plastic sheeting wherever they were working and went at it.
The entire job took one long day, but when they were done, the crews did a great job cleaning up as much of their work as they could ( working in the attic creates a lot of dust that you can’t control, but we had already scheduled to have our carpets cleaned anyway).
During the installation, the Senior technician Chris was constantly checking all of the work while I was photographing whatever I could.
Chris then walked me through everything that they did, showed me how to set up and use the smart thermostats that were included, and tested everything to make sure that they were in working order.
Turns out that one of the A/C units had a slight vibration when compared to the other unit.  Found the problem, ordered the OEM factory parts, and installed them the following week.  Fixed.
A few days later, Emilio, their handyman came out to repair all of the attic access drywall damage.  This guy’s quality of work was more like that of a carpenter.  Texture coating and color matched perfectly.  Afterwards, Tim called to see if everything was working OK, that I was satisfied with the work, and to call them if I needed any follow up.  He was especially remindful that I call them for a spring service appointment to make sure that the A/C units were working at their top efficiency.
It's been over a month now and the heating side seems to be working fine.
Over the years I have had to I have seen a lot of contractors on both sides of the spectrum and these guys are definitely on top of the game.

I had a leak in a wall having nothing to do with the hvac work

There plumber came to
Repaired the problem and their drywaller came out and finished the job
Everything went well
No worries

Charlie did our consultation/diagnosis and he was informative & amazing! He answered all our questions and walked us through what needs to get done and what needs the most maintenance when it comes to taking care of our unit.

Was very pleased with my door repair from the beginning (scheduling) to end! Loved the notification when the repair man was on the way, the ease of him inspecting what supplies he needed to go get and the completion of the job! Will definitely use Ace Handyman Services again!

We had old carpet replaced with beautiful oak flooring.   Elijah did a great job on all aspects of job installation job.  Bill, who estimated our project,  was also here to bring and take away supplies.  He did a great job too!  The job was a 2 day job and out room is gorgeous!

Just what we needed! He did what we couldn’t, and now our project is almost complete. We are so satisfied with our Ace handyman’s hard work and attention to detail. We are building a home music studio. We got to the point where we could not install the door or window, and Ace came to our rescue. In just one day, he installed the door, window, and he did other things to further our project. He cut out and hung up the high, hard angle, wall boards, easily and quickly. So glad we found this service.

Bella Grande's work is stunning; we receive constant compliments on our front door (a part of the house that is often overlooked). This is a family owned business and it shows; we couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. They worked with us to make sure everything was perfect, including adding smart locks and two tone coloring (rustic bronze on the outside and pewter/silver on the inside). If you are looking for a secure and functional door with pizazz, look no further. The quality of Bella Grande Entrances is superb, you truly get what you pay for.

We spent a fair amount of time looking for quality steel and glass entrance doors for our new custom home.  We discovered that we could order doors of similar designs from manufacturers in China, Mexico, or Las Vegas.  Naturally, due to labor costs, the Chinese doors were the cheapest and the Las Vegas doors were the most expensive.  We were close to ordering doors made in China, but we discovered that the local sales representative for the Chinese doors was basically ignorant of the design, manufacturing and installation process, was slow to communicate with us, and seemed to have a hard time communicating effectively with the factory in China.  We also checked out the only quality steel/glass door manufacturer we could find in Las Vegas.  The Vegas product did seem to be of a high quality, but the price was also much higher and we didn't get the sense that their representatives were very interested in our business.  Once we contacted Bella Grande, we discovered a family-owned and operated business with people that were knowledgable, helpful, and attentive to our objectives.  It's true that the steel portion of the Bella Grande doors is manufactured in Mexico, but the quality of the doors is very good and the glass is cut and fit in Las Vegas.  Bella Grande's Chuck and Scott were quick to answer every question and assure that our concerns and objectives were addressed.  They really know their doors and have introduced some design innovations of their own to the doors.  In June of 2016, Bella Grande's senior representatives personally delivered the doors to our job site and stuck around to help coordinate the unloading and installation.  So, for a price about in the middle between China and Las Vegas manufacturers we got high quality doors and good service.  We highly recommend Bella Grande Entrances.

Why do these sites allow competitors to post false claims?  In 12 years I can say that we have never had a legitimate unresolved customer issue.
