Juan was prompt, and I like that the office will not only text you a photo, but they also call to confirm the time he will arrive. That is a very nice touch. He was friendly and professional, and he was informative as well. He took care of the immediate issue and let us know of another that would be coming in later months. I appreciate his thoughtfulness in helping us to plan for that coming expense. He even changed our intake filter; I was so glad I had one on hand. We are very pleased with the service we receive every time we use Silver State.

Silver State is the only plumber I will use. They always go above and beyond. My house is 63 years old, so having a plumber I can rely on is crucial. Mike and Matt did an excellent job installing my new water heater last week. I would recommend them to anyone.

After purchasing a new washer and dryer, we noticed a soggy wall where the connectors were located. Despite our attempts to troubleshoot the issue ourselves, we discovered that the water shutoff valve was stuck open, which required us to shut off the water supply to the entire house in order to disconnect the unit.

We decided to seek professional assistance and found Silver State Plumbing. Their online form made it convenient for us to schedule an appointment for the following day, with a fee of $59. Soon after submitting the form, we received a phone call to confirm the appointment. The woman also offered to send someone out the same day for an after-hours fee of $89. We agreed to this option.

Before the techs arrived, we received a text message containing photos of the individuals who would be assisting us, and also we received a phone call to inform us that they were on their way. I personally liked that they did both as it provided me with a clear idea of who to expect and ensured we were well-informed throughout the process.

When Walter and Joe arrived, they assessed the situation after we had already cut out the sheet rock. While they were unable to determine the exact source of the leak causing the wall to become soggy, they presented us with a plan to redo the lines and install new valves. They ended up needing to pick up some supplies, but were pretty quick to return.

We found both Walter and Joe to be personable and professional throughout the entire process. They were attentive to our concerns and explained their proposed solutions clearly. Despite the initial difficulty in identifying the source of the problem, their expertise and willingness to go the extra mile to find a solution were commendable.

Overall, my experience with Silver State Plumbing was positive. From their convenient online scheduling to the excellent communication regarding the technicians' arrival, they demonstrated a commitment to customer service. I would recommend their services to others in need of plumbing assistance.

Our A/C went out 2yrs ago, Aire & Air gave provided an estimate and great pricing on a new unit.  Ever since then I have scheduled my yearly service with them.  They are quick to respond and book.  The are very professional and amazingly no service.

Amazing experience!  From initial phone call requesting an estimate to the installation and follow up, everything exceeded my expectations.  More important than the reasonable prices were the reliable communications and estimated schedules.  They were never late and responded any time I had a question.

Our experience started with Todd in sales, he came to our house, extremely personable, and both my wife and I immediately trusted him. We needed two gates on the side of our house. One of the gates is attached to the fence going to the backyard block wall. Everything went well through our HOA process and with the crews that came out and installed the fence were outstanding. I took two steel storm/security door to AR Iron for sand blasting and powder coating.  The price they quoted me was very reasonable; actually, a little lower than I expected.  The finished product was excellent!  The HOA that I formerly lived in has used AR Iron for various things over the years and the products they produced were also excellent.  I will use them again when the need arises.

Barn Door Man | Las Vegas

Rick is a great guy, and this door is exceptionally well made!  Where else are you going to be able to get a custom barn door for these weird master suites in Vegas?  Much less one that is solid wood, and someone who will make custom stains for you?  I will say the timeline to get the door was long, there were some unforeseen challenges, but that happens when you are working with a small local business, and the quality is well worth the wait.  If you like good craftsmanship and want to support your local businesses I highly recommend getting your door from Rick and his team.

So pleased with the  custom built security door from All Custom Iron. I took advantage of their special buy which is an amazing price since I did get two other quotes for pre-made security doors  that were at the same price and the other much more expensive. Additionally, you get to choose from a wide variety of colors. Do know that it might take a few weeks for the custom build but worth the wait.

The staff here are wonderful!! Very nice and helpful and fun to talk to. The art here is immaculate they have any design you would ever ask for. Please head over and check out this store it’s amazing

I first became aware of All Custom Iron when I received a mailer. After calling them on the phone to ask a few questions, I requested that they send a representative to my house to discuss the many  colors and styles available for a security door that I wanted to have installed.
They sent someone out, we chose the best color and style, received a quote, and placed the order. It all went very smoothly. A few weeks later they returned with the finished door and frame, installed it, and collected the balance due.
The quality was excellent, the color matched my door perfectly, and I am one satisfied  customer…very happy to offer this review. You will love it.

All the people you work with at All Custom Iron are professional and easy to deal with.  We had an estimate very soon after calling the company and the man they sent did a great job helping us pick out an entryway and security door...he was knowledgeable and friendly.  The woman who answers the phone in their office gives you timely information and answered all our questions...she was great.  Six weeks after we ordered both doors, they came to install exactly when they said they would.  The owner of the company actually did the install for us...he explained everything and it looked terrific when they were done.  Thank you!  We are very happy with the work you guys did!
