We worked with Kari. Such a good person to work with. We were finally able to find a home to make new memories with our family! I’m so happy. She explained everything throughly and made sure I understood everything. I was so nervous but as soon as we spoke I felt a huge relief. She makes you feel so comfortable asking questions that you may be scared to ask!

Before you buy please have a hone inspection done been in our home less than 2 week ans have dropped nearly 3500 in plumbing repairs also dont count a response from anyone from here once they get payment consider yourself chop liver.. update did get a response but nothing of significance

Very Rude staff. I tried to inquire about multiple properties but instead of asking questions or offering to help me narrow my choices the "not a realestate agent" Kari kept telling me to look at the website and that she couldn't help me with getting information about more than one property. Lazy and doesnt want to put in any work.

We were able to finally purchase our first home in April. I do not have good credit and was having trouble financing. They made the process so easy and were very friendly and informative. We bought our place March of 2017 so we’ve been in it for 10 months. As is no guarantees so you really have to know what you’re getting into with a property. $1500 down, $472.50 a month and only took a week from the time we put the application in until we signed the papers. They made it possible for us to be home owners! We were spending so much money on application fees for rentals just to be turned down because there was always a better applicant out there. As anyone who has ever had credit challenges knows it only takes one small mistake to result in years of trying to get your credit up to the standards that a traditional lender requires even if you have a really good income. The property was exactly what we were looking for: do it yourself and make it our own. Interest rate is a little high but they’re up front about all the costs of the contract. When you have no other opportunities for home ownership and potential landlords are focused on a credit score instead of the whole picture you don’t mind paying a little more to get your foot in the door. Payments are very reasonable too, less than rent would cost us. We would definitely buy another property from them if the opportunity arises.
