No issues with quality, windows look good. We did have an issue with customer service, if you are using a builder highly suggest only having your builder make changes. We came in for a short 5 min visit where we confirmed white windows, removed slates and dropped on set of sliding doors. OneSource had an old version of the drawings, we left saying we could send them the updated drawings to add new windows. They updated the quote sent it to our builder. We assumed everything was fine. Later when we were invoiced by our builder there was an additional $2000+ charge. Our builder called the door size had increased, from the size he initially requested. They told him the home owners asked for it. We never asked for it in person or in email. We called and talked with them directly and we’re told there was a note that said to change it. I said I think that was updated based off of the drawings because it was right after the note about changing windows they denied and they did not offer any assistance. Our builder tried to contact them again and now the story changed saying they were never able to open the drawings. I don’t understand, because all the windows were changed correctly, and our builder did not send new drawings. I was willing to split the cost, didn’t expect them to pay all of it because we do have taller glass doors now. But it was not something we asked for and would have chosen if we had the option but instead we were made to feel like we were in the wrong and trying to cheat them. Please be cautious and work through your builder and make sure everything is documented.

Check the business license  number before you do business. It might surprise you. Do not trust this company or the owner. I feel the good reviews here are from friends and family.  Workmanship was very poor. No care for the home they came into.  They destroyed wood and floors. No experience what so ever with the tile layers.  I am not sure where the owner found the workers.  Trash left in garage.  They were very careless. We are so sorry that they were hired on to restore.  Our mistake for sure.  Lots of RED FLAGS!  Old work trucks that are damaged and I can't seem to find a license or insured number on this franchise in Broken Arrow.  When the other restoration companies say they are 2 to 3 weeks out to help, I say wait to 2 to 3 weeks.  Owner of homes beware!  Lies, crooks!

We would like to thank PUROCLEAN for supporting us through our water damage restoration process. James and his crew Terry, CJ, and the ladies who pack us..handled our home like it was their own. We are so grateful for all the phone calls, text of communication, support with insurance, and extra details to make the job right. I would highly recommend James from PUROCLEAN to anyone.

Not real impressed with a company that schedules a time or times to arrived at your home and ends up being 1 to 24+ hours late without a call to update on a late arrival or reschedule the time, even after bring this issue to their attention.  They worked in our home 14 days removing damage dry wall and drying after a water leak, of those 14 days and every 2 to 3 days checks only once did they arrived within the hour of the scheduled time.  Then on the last day, didn't schedule a time, just stated sometime in the afternoon, arrived without a call, picked up the equipment and stated "It's dry" to our daughter, never calling or speaking to the actual homeowner.  I'm sure at some point this company may be better with other customers but every customer deserves respect of their time.

I have decided to take down my review of this company as there has been some miscommunications on both parts on how they handle things with the insurance company.

I was grateful they came out on a Sunday and were able to put a tarp and sandbags down to prevent further damage.

The initial team sent to dehumidify was extremely nice and professional, we were told they would follow up the next day to get humidity readings but did not contact us until another day after, not a big deal..

We then went through the re-flooring selection and PuroClean gave us a referral to find a company who had options.

Pro-Source was the flooring supplier, we had extensive delays even though Pro-Source said they had it in stock, but the biggest issue was we were calling PuroClean about when / if they got our flooring and when the installation date would be rather than them calling saying it is still not in / has been delayed.

We are then told they will rip up our floor (contractors, who were extremely good) the very next day, again, last minute with little communication. The contractors were amazing and polite, 100% will use them again separate from PuroClean. We then had no floors (walking on a concrete slab) for a month and half (because of the delay of supply). Then are told, after I call asking for an update, that they are dropping the flooring off the very next day. They drop the supplies and began installation.

I get a call from PuroClean promptly in the morning of the first day of installation asking for 50% of the job, very normal, of which we send a check the next day via text. The job was completed over the next few days, once completed I get a call asking if his crew finished, I said yes, he asked for the remainder of the cost of the job, I said we’d send it the next day and we did.

Never asked how his crew was, if we were satisfied with the service, no I hope you enjoy this big change to your house, thanks for being patient, just verification that he is asking for the remainder of the payment. Is anything wrong with that? No. They are due the money, but We would not use them again, getting repairs and work done to one’s house is a fairly big deal and this felt too much like a cold-get-paid job rather than someone who will take a jacked up floor to a new living space in your home.

TLDR: poor communication, lack of care to customer, but the work was done well

Glass Doctor of Oklahoma City

I hired this company because they were 150 cheaper than the competitor and well rated. I would not recommend them at any cost. I contacted them 5/27 for service. Lorie (the receptionist) got back to me on 6/2 for the guys to come measure. I received a quote on 6/9 and paid for 50% of the total quote. Install was scheduled for 7/19 to the tune of 2401.25. It took some time to have the piece manufactured.

I took off work for the install. After a couple hours, the guys requested I view the final product prior to them sealing it. As you can see in the first few pictures on their FINISHED product, the door is nearly 1/2" shorter than the adjacent piece. The requested black hardware has not only mismatched (grey) screws, but have also had the heads stripped and are not flush with the plate beneath them. I unfortunately told them I could not approve that. I felt really bad for them however I was perplexed at why they would call that good. When I inquired about the door being shorter, his response was to toss his hands up and say, "Yeah, the manufacturer cut it short". My thinking, why install it then? I started to feel extremely uneasy about the integrity of the entire job. I had to replace the shower because we found a leak that resulted in a rotted subfloor. I am concerned about that reoccurring. Regardless, they sealed it for temporary use until they could get a new piece in. That was the beginning of an extremely painful situation.

I lost count of how many times they came out with glass that was not cut correctly. I'm thinking it was 4-5 trips. That's 4-5 vacation days on my end. At least twice I had to make contact with Lorie to inquire as to what the status was, having gone weeks without any contact from them. I eventually requested the owner contact me. I had to request again when I didn't hear from him after a week. He called and was apologetic however blamed everything on the manufacturer. That may be the actual case however, no customer wants/needs to hear blame placed elsewhere. The final glass was installed 9/29. It was still not precise but I called it good, having given up hope. You can see in the final pictures, the sealant from the bottom of the glass to the top ranges from approximately 1/8" to about 1/3, hence the thick bead of sealant. The sealant around the hardware looks awful. Again, I did approve it but I could not afford any more stress or vacation leave to accompany their inabilities after 4-5 trips. Once the guys left, Lorie promptly called to collect full payment. I was hoping they would put their money where their mouth was and offer a discount of any kind. No such luck. Hard to find good contractors these days that stand by their work and proclamation of quality and customer service.

Locally owned business  that still takes  care  of  its customers. Very responsive,   professional  yet personal.  Far as price  they could not  be  beat in my circumstances.  They  Glass Doctor Tech John came and  replaced  the windshield  on my semi truck. He did a great job I couldn't  ask for more. Great price  great service 👍

Very happy with the service I received! I had originally set up to have my window replaced at another business and they delayed me several weeks and said they didn’t have my type of glass. I called Glass Doctor on a Friday and they had me scheduled for the following Monday! John the technician was very friendly and efficient!

Origin contact was sketchy. Delayed response and continuation contacts were also very slow. I'd suggest the office staff be encouraged to respond in a timely manner. The actual work was outstanding and the fabrication was first rate.

This is our second experience with Glass Doctor auto glass replacement. Both times they had a competitive price and prompt appointments. Highly recommend! Office staff is amazing and repair was perfect. They confirmed the appointment arrived on time. They are now my first choice!

I regret ever signing up for this business. The man that showed up to my house to inspect my AC system made me feel extremely uncomfortable. It was a traumatizing experience and I WILL not recommend to anyone I care about.

We contracted with Ed & Leanna to cover every inch of our home in steel. The results are absolutely remarkable! We have a beautiful new roof, siding, gutters and gutter guards. All of the fascia, soffit, eaves, porch ceilings, posts and window frames (all 30+) were expertly wrapped in steel.
Their craftsmanship, honesty and integrity made the entire process a joy to be a part of. I would recommend them to anyone looking to improve their home.

A seamless experience.  Sorry couldn't help it.    Everything went smooth.   We were replacing the windows in a rock house built in the 70s. Several years ago they did gutters and soffit encasement.  Based on that experience they were on our short list of folks we wanted to do the windows.     Leanna and my wife discussed what we were wanted and she & Ed did the measurements.   They reviewed the estimates and they delivered.    Ed and the crew do a great job. After they leave you don't know they were there except you now have gorgeous windows.      This being a rock house nothing is standard so they has to custom make every piece of trim.   They also handled the bees swarming the house real well and worked on the other side until the bee guy got there to remove the bees.  We will use them again and have no hesitation recommending them to friends and family

We had a new roof  placed on our Lake house in 2019.The pitch was increased and a A frame roof was added over the  front porch and a new roof over the back porch. Now we have a beautiful seamless metal roof over it and guttering. We were very happy with the results. All the work was done by ABC Seamless of NE Oklahoma. R. Converse order from Jim for the house turned out beautifully. I was hoping mom had ordered the same segmentation look as the previous windows. They are wonderful.
I would like to share their installation crew Jacob and Jenny were very professional.  Our home is not an average Oklahoma home. It is made of metal, and foam board. They handed removal and replacement of the new windows very well.  They had done a great job in clean up and ensured we were happy with the end result.  Which we are, thank you to those that made the new windows possible.

Several weeks ago, Stinson (Window World Rep) visited out home and gave my wife & I a full demonstration of their windows and answered all of our questions and concerns.  He was very friendly and easy to talk to.  Today, we had 7 aluminum windows replaced by Window World. My wife & I love the new new look, especially since we had the interior grid removed.  Nice clear, efficient windows that look great from the inside and outside.   The installers, Jason & Christian, were friendly as well, helpful and didn't hesitate to answer my questions. They were on time, cleaned up all the debris and the work areas.  We would recommend Window World to everyone; especially Stinson, Jason and Christian.

Window World just completed a project at our home. We had them replace the original windows and install new vinyl siding. The project was completed in a timely manner with no unexpected extensions. The quality of product and installation were top-notch. We look forward to many years of maintenance-free enjoyment of our newly updated home. Iron Tough Vinyl Fence

We love our new fence! After a long search for a fence company, we are so glad we decided to choose Iron Tough to install our fence. They were professional, educated on vinyl fencing and did a phenomenal installation for us. Everything was cleaned up and tidy when they finished and our new fence is exactly as we had pictured. We couldn’t be happier!

Iron Tough Vinyl was fast to response to our problem, tornado damage, and had us fixed fast.  They installed our original fence many years ago and just this spring added to it.  Great quality, great service and great people.

These guys (and girls) did a fantastic job on our black vinyl fence. Around 88 panels and three gates. All looks perfect. They kept the site clean, did not harm any of my neighbors property, and got job done in exactly the amount of time they said they would. We have had numerous compliments on the fence, and could not be happier.

We had a great experience with Brady and his team. He responded quickly to any questions we had beforehand and the work was completed as promised. Scheduling was quick and easy too.
