Aire Serv of Greater Oklahoma City

Used Aire Serv for years, as did my folks. All techs and installers I've encountered are excellent. Experience always outstanding, be it seasonal maintenance, repair or installation. This trip no exception. Seasonal fall maintenance on a system they installed in 2020, plus an add-on I requested at the time of service. Tee is professional,  prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, skilled. Part was on her truck. She cheerfully accommodated my request. The company and all its personnel are highly recommended.

We have used Aire Serv for several years now and they continue to out do themselves.  Fantastic service, personable and professional techs, and fair prices.  They even came out same day!  Clint and Danielle were wonderful today and we will continue to only use and recommend Aire Serv to our friends and family.

We have an old AC unit and were worried we would need a whole new system as ours was not keeping the temperature down in this 90-100 degree heat. (Other companies seem to jump at the chance to sell a new system.) Isaac from AireServ was really great. He explained everything he was finding and he figured out that our problem was an air flow issue. He cleaned the evaporator coil, the condenser coil (?; not sure that’s what it’s called. The outside unit) and the blower fan, and he changed the filters. Our system is now working really well. We avoided the costs of a new system and also of adding more coolant. A very pleasant surprise and I feel like we saved a lot of money. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the level of professionalism that was shown by Clint and Danielle while at our residence! Not just the thorough cleaning provided but also the recommendations that were given that answered a few questions we had. Overall, great job!

Austin, Brycen and Tim were a great crew!  They were professional, attentive to detail and great about answering questions.  They went above and beyond when they found the flue wasn't up to code, not just for the furnace, but the hot water tank as well.  They replaced both and made the house much safer!  I would recommend Aire Serve to anyone needing heat/AC services!  They also have an amazing guarantee!  Highly recommend.

The Door & Fence Store

The 2020 derecho damaged my chain link fence and I decided it was time for an upgrade to a 6' wood privacy fence. Admittedly most of Ames needed fence repairs so it was awhile before they could get to me. I would say it was worth the wait though. The fence looks great and I was very pleased with the level of professionalism I received throughout the entire process from estimate, to tear-out, and through installation. Would highly recommend.

Product is excellent and the installers were knowledgeable and detail oriented.  My garage doors fit my house and I am very pleased!

I loved working with Jay and the guys at the Door and fence store. I told them what I wanted, they made the greatest fence for my dogs and I. Easy to work with and a terrific job on the fence.

We had both of our garage doors replaced yesterday.  The service team did a great job.  They needed little to no attention from us.  Got both doors updated nicely in one day.  It did take longer than expected to get the new door delivered but I chalk that up to it being 2020.

Ace Handyman Services Edmond & North Oklahoma City

Frank Seay did a fantastic job on our project. We had some fascia board rotting, and he had it replaced, painted, and looking brand new fast.

Cameron arrived on time. Did an excellent job completing the tasks we scheduled, and left everything very neat and clean. His work surpassed our expectations! Thank you, Cameron!

Frank at Ace Handyman fixed a pocket door in my house, and he was excellent! He was very transparent about what he was doing, how much it would cost, and how long it would take. He worked very quickly, and was super nice. The staff at Ace Handyman that I spoke to were very quick to get back to me, and the whole experience was completely painless. Thanks so much, y’all! I would highly recommend their services to any homeowner in the OKC/Edmond area.

Gave me an idea based on photos what I was looking at time and price wise before arrival.  Cameron arrived on time, and he was courteous, professional, and explained what he was doing. Definitely will use again, though between the minimum hourly & travel charge will make sure I need more than one item done.  Overall, very pleased and thought the work and technician top-notch.

Justin helped prepare our old house's windows for winter.  He thoroughly cleaned and caulked our windows and even helped adjust our screens to seal better.  He taught us how to keep everything clean and working well and gave us instructions on what we could do to help prepare for the next project - doors. I have been looking for years for someone to help with these winterization projects and am so glad we found him.

Paul Davis Restoration

Do not be fooled by their one 5 star review. Its from an employee!! NOT a "restoration" company!! They allowed my 100+ yr old, water damaged, antiques to sit in their warehouse for almost 18months before telling me they were not a restoration company and I would need to hire a third party company to "restore" my furniture. Its in your company name! Shame on me for thinking they accurately represented themselves. The staff is rude! And a lot of our personal belongings weren't returned to us... don't be scammed by this "restoration" company. Avoid them at all cost!!!

Paul Davis Restoration of Tulsa Ok

If lower than 1 star was an option, that's what my rating would be. I cannot begin to describe the noncommunication, carelessness, total lack of professionalism, and utter disregard for others that we've encountered while Paul Davis "works" to complete remediation for our home.

A little background:
Our 1,000 sqft condo (imagine a large, open floor studio-type space) flooded back in December 2022, ruining our kitchen, floors, and bedroom cabinets. We had some issues with insurance to delay the process and remediation initially, but those were settled in the spring. I understand remediation and construction are slow sometimes. I understand we are not the only project Paul Davis has. But imagine everything that could go wrong in this process... that's what happened. Paul Davis has only contributed to those issues if not acting as the cause for most of them.
1. Timeline has never been accurate. We were told a May completion date, then June completion date, then July completion date... all wrong. We're going on nearly a year for 1000 sqft!!!
2. We had to ask them to install a lockbox for our condo key after we found it lying out in the open on our front door step.
3. The contracted cabinet company had an OSHA violation and was shut down for a time. The cabinets then installed were completely wrong (wrong façade, too short for the space, etc.). The cabinets were redone after new measurements were taken and parts were still wrong. We were delayed because of cabinets by at least a month.
4. Raw wooden cabinets were placed on brand new flooring without Ram Board... some floorboards will have to be replaced for scratches.
5. One of their workers unplugged our fridge during demo. At least $200 worth of food spoiled, leaked out into the kitchen, and smelled the place up like rotting eggs. We were reimbursed, but it should not have happened in the first place.
6. Additionally, some of our personal belongings were placed outside in the elements for a time before they were moved to storage (books, wood furniture, etc.).
7. There were times when we were led to believe work would be done/was being done and our condo sat untouched for multiple weeks.
8. The best part: We had one project manager quit on us without notice. We had questions he told us he would answer and then he left the company. He told us by leaving our group text as a response to an update request.
9. We had a promising new project manager assigned who prided himself on "clear communication." We were told we'd receive a schedule and updates on delays as they happened. We were told we'd be kept in the loop... I had restored hope with this new PM. However, we never received a schedule even after asking for it more than once. Most updates given followed our own inquiries.
10. The other best part: We were told last week by the above project manager that the project would be nearly if not complete within 2 weeks... Today we got a call that he left the company as well. So much for "clear communication." We've been assigned our 3rd PM.

The remediation process is a stressful, frustrating, exhausting time for anyone that has to go through it. I expect a company to understand that, respect and listen to their customers' frustrations, and prove itself as a reliable partner. Paul Davis has done none of this. At this point, I feel deceived and entirely untrusting of anything they tell me. From what I've seen, I don't even have faith the work (once completed) will match anything close to the quality of what we had before. Paul Davis tells you what you want to hear but then doesn't match that with follow-through, respect, or communication. Save yourself the headache and extra exhaustion. Pick any other company besides Paul Davis.

Been very unhappy with the repair from some water damage. My insurance chose Paul Davis for me to do the assessment and estimate. This was my first home insurance claim. I've always done the repairs and renovations on my homes before, but this was the first that was probably going to exceed the deductible. A Paul Davis rep told me that my insurance would not cash out for home claims like they do with auto claims and would need to be done by a contractor. I later find out that is a huge lie. I would have liked to have done some of the work myself and contracted some of it to people of my choosing. But I went ahead and went with Paul Davis since their work would be warrantied for 5 years and they made it seem like I need to go with a contractor. Boy was that a big mistake. My contractor was constantly late for initial meetings claiming the "GPS took him to the wrong location". I was constantly having to have workers come back to redo work. They didn't prep properly for the next crew. They didn't replace pieces when they should have. They didn't properly clean up after themselves. They left urine on my floor and toilet in bathroom they used. The didn't remove hardware to paint. Didn't properly mask off surfaces so I have lacquer paint on my windows and screen, chandelier, window sill, faucet, fire extinguisher, garbage disposal, brand new counter-tops, and brand new sink. Then since the surface was still showing through the painter painted latex paint on top of lacquer to smooth the finish. It's already peeling off and after a few days. I cancelled the contract. I'll just finish it up myself or have someone else finish this job up. It also looks like I also have to have the floor removed they refinished because there is moisture underneath it. They would have discovered this if they would have replaced part of the oak floors like they were supposed to.

From the beginning to the end, the service was exceptional. But the star of the show was Michael Sullivan and his professionalism, communication, job expertise and commitment to seeing the job done right. He is an incredible asset for PDR! I would hire him again in a second. Thank you for a job well done!

We had a water leak and had to have wood floor replaced, cabinets and granite.  The communication between their employees wasn’t good.  They drug their feet and then said it couldn’t be repaired in the time frame that was needed. Before we parted ways with them there was almost 2 weeks when nothing was done. They only did the demo portion of the job.  That work was done good.  The biggest problem was their communication

Paul Davis Company has been very punctual, responsible and dependable through this past week. I had water seepage in my pantry and in my garage. They took care of it right away and made sure I had no mold etc… Don’t know how I would have managed without their help. They even negotiated with my insurance company on my behalf and worked out the details for me. Thank you Paul Davis for your dedicated team and your reputable work!!!

Paul Davis Restoration of Northern Oklahoma City

David from Paul Davis is the most professional contractor EVER to exist. He is a damn hard worker but he makes it seem effortless with his soft skills and customer service approach. David was very detailed in explaining to me what he was doing, why he was doing it and what the next steps would be (and answered all other 100+ questions I had for him). I will be using Paul Davis for my restoration process just from my experience with David (who does their mitigation). Kudos to that man.

The assigned person who helped me (David) was very professional, helpful and knowledgeable regarding all my questions and concerns.  They helped mitigate all water issues and I was very pleased with their work.

Jeremy Hall was an amazing project manager. He kept us up to date consistently on the plan and would answer all questions we had. He was transparent and kept us at ease throughout the entire experience, even if dates or tasks had changed. We enjoyed everyone we worked with and would definitely recommend someone else to use Paul Davis Restoration.

Whomever was driving the white pickup is rude. He will ride your backside. And cut you off unprovoked. He is dangerous. Reccomend more OSHA training 😆

If I could give Midland Vinyl Products a 20-star rating I would! What an absolutely outstanding company with impeccable customer service!

We decided to do a vinyl fence to replace our old chain-link fence. We had MVP come out and do measurements for a quote. We did do some shopping around and decided Midland was our best option all around. They we're competitive in pricing and super knowledgeable with a great selection of products and amazing ratings!

From start to finish Gwynn, Mike, Tony and Charles were really a pleasure to work with. Tony and Charles both worked so very hard installing the fence. They even custom made a gate for us that turned out to be really nice.

MVP has a great team, and I can't thank you all enough for my gorgeous new vinyl fence. I would recommend Midland Vinyl Products to anyone!

I am writing to share my recent experience with MVP regarding the repair and replacement of my vinyl fence. While I appreciate the efforts of the three MVP employees who worked at my house, I would like to address some concerns that have arisen during the process.

On May 18, 2023, I reached out to Gwynn, the President of MVP (nice person), regarding the fence repair and replacement. We initially discussed the project via phone, where she found my information in the system from a previous installation of a private fence and gate by MVP. We continue the discussion through email - Gwynn provided an invoice and stated that scheduling would occur within 6-8 weeks upon receipt of a partial payment. I promptly provided my credit card information to pay the first half of the invoice, as requested.

However, a month went by without any communication, prompting me to contact Gwynn to confirm my continued interest in the project. I assured her of my commitment and made the payment, but instead of using my credit card, I decided to send a check. Throughout our email correspondence, it was consistently clear that the work was intended to be done at my personal residence. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding occurred on MVP's end, and they mistakenly believed the work was for the HOA and involved the perimeter fence responsibilities.

The issue arises from the fact that MVP performed work at multiple houses, including the incorrect locations, despite the work order specifying my address for the gate repair at my house, which was accurate. I am troubled by the expectation that I should bear the cost for the work that was mistakenly conducted at the wrong houses. In an email, Gwynn mentioned that "**** will have to do this legwork since he signed the contract." However, I did not sign a contract for the work done at my house, raising questions about the responsibility for the error.

I have already paid the initial down payment and, based on the completed work, I acknowledge that I owe a remaining amount, which I am willing to promptly settle. However, it is disheartening to witness the error being directed towards me when MVP was the party responsible for the mistake.

I wanted to highlight the positive aspect of my experience with the three MVP employees who were present at my house. They were professional and provided excellent service, which I greatly appreciate.

Additionally, I was informed by an MVP representative that a previous installation in 2006 was incorrect due to the use of oversized pillars, resulting in the fence hitting the other side. I mention this in the hope that it will assist in rectifying any ongoing issues.

I am sharing this feedback in the spirit of constructive criticism, as I believe it is essential to address concerns openly and professionally. I trust that MVP will take this feedback into consideration, recognizing the need for clear communication, accurate project execution, and fair resolution of any mistakes.

Below is her respond to the miscommunication. She take 0 ownership and place the responsibility on the customer? I am glad I have all of the email communication.

My fence is part of the neighborhood perimeter which is the resident's responsibility. Instead of asking the owners of the home to continue the work, they decided to continue the work after they found the error.

Taking ownership when their is an error and try to find a resolution is good customer service. Placing full direct blame on the customer is bad customer service.

Once again, the three gentlemen that fixed/replaced my fence were great.

Her response: "Just before the installation, I made sure Mr. Tran was aware that we would be onsite to service the perimeter fence and to inform any neighbors along the fence line in case they had dogs - which he thanked me for."

MVP worked with us to customize our installation. We had a different idea in mind and they happily worked with us to make it reality! We love the results. Hard working crew, too!

Gwynn, Mike and the crew are awesome!!! They are professional, courteous and really care about their customers and the work they perform for them.  I have dealt with them numerous times and have never had any issues.  I've already referred them to several of my neighbors and tell anyone I know who's considering a fence to use them.  Don't waste your time with other vinyl fence companies.  Midland Vinyl Products really does care about the value and service they provide!

Glass Doctor Home + Business of Tulsa

I can not say enough great things about this company! I called for an estimate and the owner, Mark, came to bid the job himself.  He was professional, on time and just got the estimate back very quickly.  A few weeks later to install the glass and was great having to work around my schedule.  Mark along with a helper installed the new window pane, cleaned up and my window is as good as new.  I am very impressed with how fast the install process was.  I hope I never have a broken window again, but if I do I will be calling Mark at Glass Dr. to come and fix it!  Thank you

This company is amazing! I'm a real estate agent and my sellers had a broken window and we were closing in 2 weeks.  Glass Doctor came out the day after I called them to quote the replacement and then said they would order it and have it in 2 weeks and they did! They installed it the day after it arrived and we met our closing date! I called 3 other glass companies and they were weeks out on even sending someone out to quote. I appreciate Glass Doctor so much and will definitely be using them again in the future!

Glass doctor was there when I needed them and much more affordable than a more well-known company. They also did a good job.

I called Glass Doctor to quote a shower enclosure for my new shower.  The quote was reasonable (not the cheapest, not the highest either).  They came out to take measurements and when the glass arrived 2 weeks later, it fit perfect and no leaks!  They did a great job and the shower looks wonderful.

Russell and his team were absolutely excellent building and installing a custom frame less glass shower for us.   We were in a pickle to sale a house and needed to find a custom shower to complete the build.  Russell was able to survey and turn around the job within the time he quoted.  It was a big selling point for the master bathroom as frame less shower looked amazing and made the bathroom feel a lot bigger.  We will definitely be using Glass Doctor in the near future.  Thank you so much Russell for all of your help.

ABC Seamless Siding

ABC Seamless replaced the siding on our home and did a fantastic job. We met with a salesperson who walked and measured; he answered all of our questions and gave us an estimate on the spot. We ordered our siding and were put on the list. They called us about 7 weeks later and told us we were up the following week. The installers were on-time, friendly, and professional. They gave us a daily update and did everything they said they would. The job took three weeks to complete and we are 100% satisfied.

This company was absolutely horrible to work with! The customer service was the worst I have ever had to deal with. They didn't answer the phone or return messages and when they actually did the lady was dumber than a box of rocks. When they finally got to the job they charged crazy expensive prices. Never again. They don't deserve one star.

X employee they dont answer phones and shut off fax machine cause of bill collectors there months behind on jobs some a year out.they way over charge they have no heat in their trucks no 4 wheel drive make employees go to mandatory friday meetings while off the clock checks are short hours.... the list goes on and on

All steel siding goes up fast and is easy to replace. And there's no seems. Lots of colors to choose from.

I love my new roof, it's  the best roofing company  ever!

The windows are so clear it’s like they are not even there! The installers were so very careful and cleaned up as they went. Everything was done so professionally… we love our new windows! Eric was very helpful in the deciding and ordering process!

We were very happy with the entire process of replacing all of the windows in our mid-century house.  The windows are everything we would expect of Pella, an excellent product.  We were also very impressed with the measuring and installation.   Pella finished the entire house in one day and we were very pleased with the work and the finished product.

Pella Windows delivered everything promised from price, timing, professionalism and quality beautiful windows.  When installing, some of our brick was damaged.  They sent someone out within a timely fashion to repair and you'd never know there was an issue.  Our salesman 'Jeff Chill' was wonderful.  I would highly recommend Pella Windows. We just recently bought a home in OKC and all the windows needed replaced except for 3.  My son told us of Eric Pipkin with Pella and we contacted him. We used Pella because of its great reputation and quality. Let me say at first our experience was awesome, but a year plus later and our brand new home still doesn't feel like home because of the lack of importance they placed on us as customers. Now when I call for status updates I get the run around. All we wanted was a beautiful patio door with good craftsmanship, but we got this.
