I had a deplorable roof with missing shingles and many other damages to name a few.  But here comes Ideal Roofing to the rescue. The team explained to me what the process was going to be, lifetime expectations, and the total cost.  When they showed up at my house on time, the work started immediately. What a fantastic job they did. The cleanup was amazing and it was like they never was there working on the roof.  They picked up all the nails and garbage, and left the place sparkling clean.  I would definitely recommend them for your next roofing project or other projects that you may have. I’ll give them a 10 out of 10.  Paige  was fantastic and communicated with me the entire length of the project. Thank you Paige.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Jordan Brister and Michael Munk trying to figure out what to do about my old roof. We went over all of the options as well as the technology behind each option. I had two other roofing contractors give me quotes on it and the price from Ideal was better and included a much larger package. Im sure it isnt always as fast but when i signed the document that was going through with it they were out in two days putting my roof up. I would reccomend these guys to anyone looking for a smooth transfer from an old roof to a new one. Thanks guys

If I could give this company 0 stars I would.  They replaced my roof 10 years ago and nothing but problems since then.  First rainstorm we had new roof leaked worse than old one.  I currently have Matts roofing fixing another one of the problems that ideal exteriors left behind to the tune of over $700.00 and I would be more than happy to share pictures with anyone that is interested in not wasting their money on these guys.  In addition to not knowing how to put on new roofs, these guys were so bad that they damaged or destroyed most of my window screens when they pulled off the old roof. It is now 2020 and still have problems/leaks from roof they intstalled. Here are pictures of repairs that have been made to our roof as a result of their shoddy work

Jordan red ideal roofing was a pleasure to deal with and kept all his promises . We are very happy weather new roof they also had to replace some plywood and vent stacks. Very impressed with the cleanup all around my house. Everyone involved with this company is top-notch and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jordan and his team did an amazing job, especially with the condition our new home came in.  We purchased our first fixer upper home.  We knew our roof was in horrible shape when we bought it.  We contacted 20 roofing companies and Jordan was the fastest and most accommodating to our needs and timeframe.  Jordan provided diagrams of our roof before providing quotes.  He explained the process clearly and was quick to respond by text.  Then, he and his team were able to get the needed materials and complete the job in ONE day.  Jordan was up at 7:00AM and waited for many hours to make sure all was properly set up for the project.  We had a completely rotten roof with many hornet nests dug in there.  After Jordan and his team finished the work, we inspected the roof and we are thrilled with it!!  I highly recommend Jordan and his team again.  Thank you so very much!!

Very professional and courteous bunch of people. I had an urgent situation, and Nathan came to rescue late in the day and stayed pretty late to get the job done. And he did an amazing job. Darrel, who is in charge there, came by a few hour before to assess the situation to come up with the best plan of action. Heather, who works in the office, was able to set things in motion really quickly. Very thankful for having hired them. Will definitely do business with them again.

Mike with Ace Handyman was wonderful today. He arrived on time, with a plan, and completed the job to my satisfaction under the time estimated. He was pleasant to chat with and explained everything very thoroughly. He adjusted 2 door frames, installed 2 toilet seats, and repaired the stability bar in one of the restrooms. This is my 3rd time using Ace Handyman, and I will continue to do so.

Steven did a fantastic job with all the items I had. Great experience. He called the night before to review what needed to be done. Today he arrived promptly and got everything done with no issues. Thank you Steven for your hard work!

Nathan finished out a closet inclusive of installing flooring, removing, reworking, and painting shelving, painting walls, installing baseboard and toe molding, and caulking.   He was wonderful to work with and provided great service and results.  (MW, Forsyth)

Nathan was able to come the day we called and install a bedroom ceiling fan and hang a bathroom towel rack within the minimum one hour. He was efficient and did high quality work. Definitely recommend!

Excellent communication and customer service - we had a laundry room leak into our basement and PuroClean was one of the only water mitigation companies to answer when I called around. Bill was so responsive and had one of his technicians come out to us within the hour. Colin was very professional, very knowledgeable, explained the quote in detail, and answered all our questions. The team at PuroClean was extremely professional and detailed and had great communication with me and my adjuster throughout the entire mitigation. They dried my living room and kitchen within a few days. We had a flood due to a leak in our upstairs bathroom. They did an excellent job drying and reparing our water damage. The process of dealing with the insurance company was a lot, but they made sure they stayed on top of the adjusters as well.

I recently had a flood due to a pipe bursting in my bathroom. Wilde came the same day I called to see my damages and went right to work. I'm highly satisfied with how quickly his team was able to dry all of the water and prevent further damage. I definitely recommend them to anyone with water damage.

Jill and the American Fence team are the best!

I initially called and left messages for 4 different fence companies in Georgia, where only 2 responded. One was severely overpriced and the other, I had to chase and call them just to get updates. Imagine, you're trying to pay someone for a service and you have to call and chase them down? Not with American Fence!

We had America Fence Company install a very large privacy fence for us late last year.  Jill was very helpful - she came out, measured our lot & gave us great suggestions for some different options.  We obtained 3 estimates for having our fence built & the quote we received AFC was a bit above our lowest quote & way below the highest.  We felt very confident with Jill so we went with AFC.  The gentlemen that came out to install our fence were courteous & professional & they completed the job within the expected timeframe.  They arrived on time, answered any questions that we had & cleaned everything up before they left each day.  We have received lots of compliments on our fence & we haven't hesitated to let our neighbors know who built it!  :-)

They were awesome from beginning to end.  Jill was great, she is on top of everything and responsive to my constant  phone calls. We have used America Fence on several occasions.  Most recently, we did a backyard overhaul project which included expanding an area they had previously fenced for us.  As has been our experience, they were wonderful to work with.  They carefully dismantled the existing fence so that as much as possible could be reused at the end of the project (which saved us money!!).  They responded promptly and worked well with coordinating with the other contractors on the project.  The finished fence went back up in a timely manner, and they even came out quickly for a couple of adjustments that needed to be done.  Jill and all the folks at America Fence are outstanding when it comes to contractors.  I feel like I can always count on them to do a wonderful, quality job and the customer service is top notch.  I would happily recommend them to anyone looking for a great fence company.  Thanks again for all your work, guys, in helping make our "backyard paradise" a reality!

SERVPRO of North Kanawha and Teays Valley

Was very disappointed with the service I received.  A technician came to give me an estimate and I had asked on average what the cost might be. I had water that needed to be cleaned up due to a backed up toilet.
Received a call about 5pm and was told the estimate was $2100 because the drywall would need to be removed.  There was no water damage to the walls.
I said all I wanted was the water clean up what would the cost be.   They would have to rework it and call me back in a little bit.
I called them the next day around 10am to find out what the issue was.
They were busy
technician was busy his boss was busy
Since I didn’t like the estimate it was placed at the bottom of the pile.
Such terrible customer service.  I advised the technician that telling me they were busy and had placed my request at the bottom of the pile my needs were of no concern to them.
Will never call or recommend this company to anyone.

ServPro did an excellent job restoring our home. They sent the best team with Jasmine, Vicky, Nicole, Timothy and Brittany. Their work was superb and they were very friendly, professional and courteous. They made a stressful time less stressful and I’m grateful to them!

Timmy smart and Nicole Austin did a great job drying out our home We feel like we could not have had a better crew to come and do the job. They were very Thorough and knowledgeable. We were extremely satisfied with their work.

Servpro came out the same day we had a major leak. While it was a stressful time, John y, Timmy, John A and Brandon were extremely empathic and professional. They help assess our damage and ensured we were on the path to fix ASAP. John Y stayed in contact daily, treated our home like it was his own. I would highly recommend.

Marcus and Micheal were absolutely professionals. They were on time, answered all my questions and took care of drying out the water and removing the mold caused by it. This water leak was at a home we had just closed on 2 weeks prior and we were a bit heartbroken. These two made me feel like they cared about us and our home. They even went the extra mile to help look for my cat that was distraught  by all the commotion and hadn't been seen for 24 hours. I cannot say enough about these two gentlemen, they helped make a tough situation bearable.  Nice and more nice, polite and respectful 100%. They are indeed a great credit to the guy that employs them. They made me believe from the get go that we were in the best of hands. I would recommend this company and most specifically Marcus and Michael to anyone needing water and mold abatement.

Great job Everything as promised.My technician arrived on time and was professional an courteous. I advise having all materials available including screws so Tech can spend entire time working on site not assembling things. If you are doing a remodeling.project,  schedule at minimum of four hour blocks no matter if you think project is small..Allow your Tech to work without rushing through build, leave them alone to work. They can't get it done if you are  acting as forman, just tell them what you want done, they will get it done. I highly recommend them.

I needed a repair done to my garage. Joe was prompt and very professional he did  a great job! I am very pleased with his work. Scheduling  the appointment with Rudy was easy. I will be using their services again.

Joe was great. Very personable and kind. Unfortunately ice makers are complicated. He was very patient and tried to diagnose it but it was Misbehaving because of the electrical board. He made me feel better about the product and said we could try getting a circuit board and then can come back for installation. Ace Handyman had a policy that protected me financially despite the time and attention  they gave me, so it didn’t cost me a lot. I really appreciate both Joe and Rudy who called me twice to talk me through this process. I will absolutely support and promote this business as they are genuine and authentic when dealing with customers.

Vin B did my drywall installation and he was a pleasure to work with. Very skilled, neat, polite and hardworking. He did an excellent job. Glad I went with Ace!

Aire Central Heating and Cooling, Inc.

I made an appointment to have my furnace serviced on Monday December 11, 2023 between the hours of 9:00AM and Noon. The technician called to let me know he was about 20 minutes away and would be arriving by 10:05, he was right on time. The technician was Chuck and he was very professional. Chuck explained everything he was doing as he went through the steps of servicing my furnace.
I am extremally pleased with the service provided by Aire Central and highly recommend them if you have HVAC needs.

Our HVAC unit stopped cooling. Chuck came out, quickly pinpointed the problem and did the necessary repair on the spot. He was very pleasant and professional. We've used Aire Central H & C before and recommend them to anyone needing excellent service at a reasonable price. We plan to call again for future HVAC issues.

I have no knoedge at all with AC units. Andy explained what was wrong as well as how it and why my AC quit working. Andy even showed me the damaged parts and how to prevent this from happening again. Andy did an amazing job. Thank you.

Glass doctor replaced my 2020 jeep windshield with gorilla glass did a great job at a. Great price the safelight company said it was not possible due to some policy which makes no sense cause it is a jeep option but glass doctor did the job thanks for your good work

Top-notch excellent customer service from the office staff to the people that work in the garage. I highly recommend glass Doctor of Kingman Arizona. They did a wonderful job on my windshield repairing the chip that I got a few days ago.

They were good with communication, since at first there was an issue with offsite replacement vs needing it done at their facility. They were able to find a time and got my windshield installed in less than half the time estimated. So far no issues with my the new windshield and all the tech in the windshield seems to be working properly as well. It was just done a week ago.

I had the windshield replaced in my ‘97 F150.  I found the staff very professional, the technician showed me a few issues with my truck once the old one was out, rust forming around the pinch weld, they would not be able to guarantee against a leak as a result, which was understandable. The second was my deteriorating headliner was made a little worse, again, totally understandable, no issue here. I had an excellent experience!

First time setting up visit was friendly and helpful. The quote they gave me out the door was accurate. Even though they were busy my wait was fast. They were right on time with scheduling. Very happy, I will never go anywhere else. I highly recommend.

Not only functional, but beautiful too. Drove 20 miles to our place, measured with a cheerful friendly attitude and the next day gave a very fair estimate. Custom built and installed in 10 days for four entrances and egresses. Fixed the woman’s gate and used two jack’s to level her concrete walkway to eliminate tripping opportunities. A father-son business, Lex and Gavin, that I learned has been around for three generations and 48 years. Oldest fencing and welding business in the Bitterroot Valley. Family owned and operated.
