PuroClean is an outstanding company to work with. Melissa kept in contact with us almost daily. She was very compassionate and empathetic. She was very patient with us as well, as the insurance process dragged out to a rather lengthy time. The PuroClean response crew was on time for every visit made. They were very professional and very tidy. The work they completed was top-notch. I would highly recommend PuroClean for any of their services you may require.

Amber and her team were wonderful to work with. We received a phone call from Melissa the night before to schedule the initial consult and Amber arrived promptly the very next morning. She went above and beyond to make sure that each service (fabric restoration contractors and electrical cleaning) provided was executed 110%. The girls just left my home today and I couldn't be happier with the outcome. Everyone was so knowledgeable and I am beyond thankful to have had them rescue my home from soot! As an added bonus, they feel like friends whom I have known for years and I only just met them a week ago!

I recently had sewer back up into my basement during the flood. I called Puro Clean and they were there immediately. They had everything that needed to be ripped out and thrown away gone in 2 days. I was kept in the loop every step of the project and they  even had someone come out on a Sunday to check the moisture levels.

They were very clean and never left a mess at my house. The quality of their work was excellent, but it does not  compare to their customer service which is second to none in my opinion. I would definitely use them again and would recommend them to anyone in need of their services.

They was quick to come in and tear out but after that is where the problems started. Forgot to turn in estimate for repairs and when tearing out they neglected to plug in the refrigerator and we lost most of the stuff in it. They subcontracted the asbestos removal out and they done such a bad job that the repair contractor I had to hire to replace them couldn’t repair the floor without finishing their work. I would recommend staying clear.

The two guys that came to clean our dryer vent were super friendly and professional. They were very efficient and made sure they did the job right. I appreciate them doing all the could to make sure it was cleaned properly and done to expectations. The price was reasonable and not as expensive as other quotes I had gotten. I would definitely recommend this company.

Very easy to deal with the crew was nice, Did exactly what they said they were going to do. Actually cleaned up another contractor's mess and fixed the Line set. My units back to working like it should.

Nothing like professiinals that arrive on time prepared to served their customers. Kevin, Amy, Hunter and Shelby are first class humans who understand serving and explaining what they are doing for you. They serviced our three, four ton units and left us feeling like we were their top priority for the day! Thank you Aire Serv of Wetumpka for taking care of us.

Hunter was amazing! He got here within 15 mins of the call and went above and beyond. He found the issue and got everything turned on and then looked for an underlying issue and fixed it too so we wouldn’t have future problems! If the owner sees this you should know Hunter is representing your company well and I plan on referring everyone to you!

Shelby and Ryan came out to check our AC unit because it was not cooling properly. They were on time, polite and very knowledgeable! Thank you!

Pella replaced our vintage (1984) windows with modern fiberglass-framed units. We were impressed by everyone we encountered at Pella Windows and Doors of Tucson. The new windows are great! Special thanks to Sales Representative Jimmy, Project Coordinator Cookie and expert installers Omar and Javier.

Absolutely the worst experience we have ever had with a company.  We are one year in since contracting and are still living with windows that were damaged by the very installers paid to install them.  They utilize subcontractors who outwardly appear to have zero experience in the industry.  Beyond all the issues we had with subs, the work, the professionalism, etc the windows look TERRIBLE.  All of the damaged caused by the stucco subs, then attempted coverup with a paint pen - makes our windows look like they were painted by a pre-schooler.  They offered a solution which they were unable to stick to.  We just want to end our now forced relationship with Pella but can't seem to get this nightmare to end.  RUN - don't walk - RUN away from this company and save yourself months of not a year of headaches.

Purchased 8 windows and had them installed. Pella subcontracted the installation. The Pella windows appear to be of high quality. Installers were very sloppy and unprofessional. No oversight by either Pella personnel nor subcontractor's management. During the installation of the windows, caulking was unevenly applied and in some cases missing; staple marks in the wood frame were not covered or stained. Several of the windows were "out of plumb" vertically. Subcontractor did return to re-do the caulking and stain the staple marks. Experience with the sales rep was very good. The project coordinator, when finally assigned, was  helpful. For items this expensive, I would have expected Pella representatives to personally provide some oversight during the installations process. Because of the poor quality of the installation and lack of any supervision over their subcontractors, I do not plan to use Pella in the future.

Thank you for the opportunity to express my pleasure of having the two windows installed in my home...the two installers were on time,   commenced the process of installing the two windows  by covering objects near by, and worked inside and outside, quickly. The finished project was done in record time.  Cleanup was perfect!!  If needed, I offer my satisfaction of a job well done.   Addy Murtaugh

The Tacheny crew arrived promptly and got to work tearing off our old roof, repaired a couple areas of water damaged OSB and then proceed to install our new roof.  They got it done it one day!!! Yes, one day.  Now there were alot of guys working and they all worked very cohesively.  Our new roof is beautiful and protects us from the elements. The warranty is fantastic too. I would recommend them to anyone needing a total roof replacement and/or repair.

My husband and I looked for weeks for a reputable company for vinyl siding repair and gutter issues. After some outrageous quotes and no call backs, Jim called from Tacheny. I gave him the address and Jason came to the house fixed EVERYTHING the same day! Then they barely charged us for the work work they did. Such amazing work for an honest price. I'm using them from now on. They went above and beyond the scope of work we asked them to. Awesome company!!! Thank you Jim

We don't get much rain in Az, but when it rains it pours!
Jimmy and the great team at Tacheny Exteriors responded super fast to roof leak and did a great job.  They even gave some solid tips and advice towards a possible skylight installation-we're going to have them bid it out for us.  Great Company, and Jimmy's amazing!

DCS Industries, LLC

I got a lot of quotes, most didn't show up or even follow through. I found DCS on Google and saw they had a lot of good reviews so I called them. Todd the owner came out to quote my project. He was on time, knowledgeable, friendly and the price was fair. His communication up to the install was great. The guys that did the work were friendly and did a quality job. The gates look great photos attached! I recommend Todd and DCS.

I got two gates installed last week, and I am very impressed with the quality.  It has been a wonderful experience working with DCS.  Maradith was always responsive and pleasant to talk to every time I called the office, and the installers arrived right on time on the scheduled date and did excellent work.  The gates themselves were beautiful, good quality, and worth the price.  I highly recommend this company if you want to get good quality gates.

We had a great experience with DCS for our custom gate. From the estimate, to the quick fabrication and installation, we were very pleased.  Meredith offered great communication along the way, and the three men that installed the gate were consummate professionals. We were very pleased.

Todd was professional during his visit and his knowledge is awesome. I was glad I took his advice and opinions on my RV privacy gate because they ended up better than the ones I showed him for examples. He has also implemented standards on his gates that surpass any other companies that I looked at. Installation was as scheduled and was very quick and professional. 1 board had a minor scratch on it that I did not even see but THE CREW NOTICED and they scheduled to come back to replace it and did just that. I'm very impressed with the sales and service, but even more so with the gate. So impressed that I had him do another matching gate on an "inside the yard" dividing wall that I was not planning on doing. It is nice having the nicest gate in the neighborhood! If I ever move I will definitely be calling DCS if I don't love the new home gates!

Arizona Glass & Door Connection

We contacted the company to address a malfunctioning sliding door at our restaurant. Unfortunately, they were unable to resolve the issue on the same day. Although this was not ideal, we understood. However, shortly after the door was fixed, it broke again with the exact same problem. Disappointingly, the company refused to provide any warranty for their service. When the technicians arrived, they identified a problem that should have been fixed during their initial visit, which ultimately caused the door to become stuck again. Despite their mistake, they still charged me to correct it. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience.

Beware of these people.  They offer a "free evaluation" on their website. HOWEVER, the evaluation is only by photos to be sent. In my case, having to check the smoothness of the windows, it is absolutely impossible to understand from the photos what work to do. After a photo evaluation (via email) they ask you to accept a barcode. At this point they come in person to see the work, BUT they are asking $240 just to come in person and reevaluate the job! So there is no real free evaluation like they say on their website. I could call it a scam. I find all this very unprofessional and I repeat that on their website they say "free estimate". No thank you!

Most horrible company I have ever work with. We have been awaiting for our bedroom window for 3 months, They cancelled the installation twice because they got the wrong measurement and now they don't know where my new window is.

You talk to a customer service in the philippines and cannot talk to any manager in the United States. I am reporting them to the BBB. Stay away from this company

After a home invasion that left a giant hole in my front door, I called AZ Glass and Door for emergency service. For $250 they came and secured the door with plywood, I had no further services provided due to the company being a nightmare to communicate with, and lack of follow through on the company's behalf.

I was told the night of the break in (day 1) that someone would be out to secure the door, and then would be able to get the quote to me the following morning, and would be able to replace the door the following day.

The following day (day 2) I had to call 4 times yesterday in order to even get the quote sent out, which was not even sent until day 3 at 10a (after I called, AGAIN, to request it), and even then, it was not the accurate quote I asked for. After receiving the quote, I spoke with a rep (around 10:30a, day 3) in order to request a revised quote for the accurate services that I wanted, and requested to know an estimate for when the scheduling could be done so that I would be able to have my plywood covered door replaced. I was told that they are not able to give me an estimated date for scheduling.

Following this conversation, I never received an updated quote.

I spoke with another [big name, competing] company around 12:00pm today (day 3) in order to request a quote, and asked when they would be able to come out to replace the door. I had someone out to my house by 3pm, explained my options, and provided me a quote on the spot, and reported they would have someone here no later than 12:30pm tomorrow (day 4) to replace the door. While the competing company is more expensive, they were a breeze to communicate with, listened to what I had to say, provided me the quotes I asked for, and were quick to provide the service I was paying for.

I would say they earned the one star, bc the answer the phone when its ringing, and provide emergency door repair. However, they either need to hire more people, or regulate their work a little better, as their follow up is horrific.

Our door was almost ripped off the hinges and was no longer able to be closed or locked. Arizona Glass and Door connection came out within a couple hours and fixed it that night even though it was getting pretty late. The tech was very friendly and efficient. I would 100% recommend them especially if it is a time sensitive issue!

Valleywide Glass LLC

My large glass door shattered because of the heatwave, and John and Joel were able to get it fixed quickly and painlessly. Great communication and awesome service!

At about 7am my dog decided to break through our large front living room window. I had no idea how to patch it or where to call for help but I found Valleywide who took care of everything and came out asap. They offered to seal up the window if they had to order the window size so that we didn’t die of heat here in the valley of the sun but thank goodness they had the window size in stock and where able to take care of it same day and also deal with all my back and forth on what the heck I wanted. lol they were great and I’d recommend them to anyone needing windows and great service for a great price. Thanks!!

Paul Davis Restoration

Paul Davis was the preferred contractor of our home insurance company; which was great for us because we didn't have to search for a contractor on our own!

Our introduction of Paul Davis came after meeting the water mitigation team (the ones who dried out the humidity of the water and tore out bad walls, cabinets, flooring, etc.) because it was confirmed that we had water damage in our kitchen. The water damage affected the shared wall of cabinets in the kitchen and the shower wall in our hallway bathroom as well as the hardwood floors in our kitchen.

Once the water mitigation was done (about 3 weeks of time), the restoration/reconstruction team came into play. Our project manager was so great to work with. Evan explained the process of restoration (no order of the process, but ordering supplies such as flooring, tile for the bathroom wall, cabinet choices, cabinet paint, countertop material & design, cleaning process, plumbing, electrical, drywalling, etc.) and was empathetic to our situation, and understood this was a traumatizing and stressful time for us as homeowners.

Evan worked with us on our kitchen redesign and had consistent communication with us throughout the entire process. He was quick with taking action if something didn't go as planned (i.e. rescheduling vendors, backorder of supplies, replacing our damaged tub from mitigation, etc.) as well as following up on design choices. Evan took pride in our particular project and worked diligently to make our home "our home" again.

From the start to the finish, we were pleased with the way our case was handled. Chris Cunningham was the best project manager to us and his kindness to getting the work completed was top notch. Andrew, as I’d stated before, he was very helpful with his expertise and knowledge of what was needed to be done. The company that came into play with the drywall and painting were also very good and did a great job!

Evan was amazing to work with! He had great communication about each step of the process and when contractors would be at my house. Highly satisfied with Paul Davis. Donny was our project manager and he was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, very responsive and helpful. We had a large part of our wall torn down that was completely exposed to our garage minus a thin piece of plastic covering it. This happened during the hottest part of summer when temps were consistently up to 117 degrees! Donny, knowing how concerned we were with the heat having small kids home said he would have a crew out ASAP. He worked with our stubborn, non responsive insurance company and he and his crew had our house back to normal less than a week after contacting him. Several other companies said 3-4 week’s minimum! Daniel was one of the repairmen and I feel he and his partner went above and beyond. We appreciated their promptness and communication. They were very polite each time they were in our home.
I do hope we don’t have any further repairs for a long time. But if we do, Paul Davis will be out first choice with Donny and Daniel
