Fast and good communication throughout the process. I had a broken windshield and a window at my house that needed replacement. They had to schedule two different technicians because their auto glass is separate from their residential glass department. The auto glass was available within 24 hours but I had to wait a couple weeks for the dual pane glass to be ordered. I guess the residential windows are custom made here in Phoenix. The windshield was replaced at my home in the driveway and the technician did a great job. A week or so later my home window glass was replaced and I'm very happy with the way it looks. Great job!

So happy with Superior Glass! They were quick to respond and I was surprised at how much better their price was than the other company I called. The guys did an excellent job and had my 2 home windows back to normal that day. My wife even commented about how professional and respectful they were while in our home. Wouldn't hesitate in calling them again.

My 12 year old son plays soccer on our patio and he accidentally slammed his ball into our back window. I was in desperate need to find a company to repair it quickly.  After searching a few different glass companies I was happy to find Superior Replacement Windows.  A technician came out to our house within the hour. They where fast and reasonably priced. I would definitely recommend them and we will be using them in the future.

I am in the process of renovating my master bedroom. Part of the renovation included installing a large three panel window on my north wall. I had a small window already there. I had the contractor frame out the space in the wall for the window, but it was a weird fit because of the size and spacing of the wall. (This was an older home). I needed a custom fit window. I googled for it and Superior Glass was the first one that popped up. I gave them a call and they came over that afternoon. They provided me with a free onsite estimate that was way cheaper than I expected and ordered me a custom window that same afternoon. The following week, the installer brought the window and needed materials and installed the window in no time at all. He even cleaned up his materials and the area from the installation process and mess. It was so easy and complete. I am elated with my new windows and how painless it was to get them installed. They were a great value too! I recommend Superior Glass for all your window repair/ installation needs. They truly care about the customer and take care of you. Involved in an apartment complex fire where I met Jerry on the scene in which he stated he could help me get my items cleaned. Poor communication skills. My items were gone for a total of 2wks and when they returned they were still engulfed with soot that could literally be wiped off with my fingertip on many items. Delivery guy was rude and unprofessional. Very disappointed in this company bc I trusted them to assist me with a very unfortunate event in the worse time of my life.

Mr. Jerry Hamilton and his team are great and always making efforts to become/remain involved in surrounding communities. They also show steady communication and dedication to their clients in times of need.

I had a great response from Jerry Hamilton with PuroClean on a Sunday in response to the flooding of my house and by Sunday afternoon he already had a crew working on the cleanup and had my house cleared up damage and dried in a very short time. Special thanks to Jerry and also his cleanup crew.

This is what they consider a brand new door and frame. They took zero responsibility for how horrible this looks. They damaged my brand new wall in my new build house and all they could say is “it’s in the contract”. This was not how I was told it was going to look and they have the nerve to charge me $4,000 for this!

We met with "Brandon" at our home to get information on a new door for our bathroom.  Brandon was very professional as well as personable and went over all the materials as well as our options.

Personally, I love to do home improvement projects, but I don’t have time (or physical ability) to learn new skills right now and I really need to make sure I’m preparing my home properly for my upcoming surgery! I had the pleasure of speaking with Hannah, the scheduling assistant at Ace Handyman Services of Acworth, and she was so helpful in explaining how the process works and what my expectations should be!

I would highly recommend considering using Ace Handyman Services if you have a few odds and ends that have been on the “to do” list and now the time has come to “get it done” but you don’t have enough hours in the day. Do yourself a favor…make a list, call Hannah, book your handyman! Make it happen!

This team is incredibly good at what they do.  The office manager was able to get me scheduled quickly and was kind when I called back with questions.  My handyman came out and we did a quickly run through of the couple tasks I needed completed and an order of importance if we ran out of time. Dr Clean

Our tile floor and grout looked dingy and just plain dirty even though it was only 16 months old. We reached out to Dr. Clean. He first cleaned the tile floor and showed us how to properly clean the floor to maintain that clean look through the life of the floor. The grout was in terrible shape. He came back and applied Color Sealer to the grout. For the next two days he worked on his hands and knees applying the sealer. Sometimes as many has five coats was required to get the proper clean look to match the tile. Dr. Clean is friendly and most importantly is a professional that knows his craft. We highly recommend him to anyone that wants their tile floor and grout to look like it was brand new.

Bruce “Dr Clean” Meyers is the surgeon of professional floor cleaning. He’s who you call when you want the best. For my 2 day project he showed up on time and deployed on site like a one-man special forces team. Watching him work made me tired. He under promised and over delivered. Now I’m begging him to clean my windows. My home looks like a museum inside and out. I’m certain you can find someone cheaper but I challenge you to find someone better at their trade. He even looks like his ads and does his own work. Stop looking and get him on your calendar.

I was referred to Bruce from the manufacture-Belgard.  I had an unfortunate mishap and called Belgard to see what could be done.

I had used a cleaner for my teak furniture and applied the cleaner on the patio,  what I did not know was the cleaner had acid in it.  The acid etched a 10 x 10 section of my pavers.

To say they looked bad, is an understatement.  Every time I went outside I was upset to look at the damage I had caused.

I called Bruce and let me tell you, he is a true professional and the pavers turned out stunning....better than new!  I would give Bruce 10********** and I highly recommend him.  Could not be more pleased with the result.

Bruce was extremely knowledgeable about the various floor coverings in our home and explained clearly each available option and warranty, and then made his recommendation at to what specific floor care product was most appropriate for our individual issues.  We have a matte tile with texture in a light color that is very difficult to maintain.  Bruce thoroughly cleaned the floor, paying special attention to all of the edges and corners, then treated it with a penetrating sealer. He also provided detailed instructions as to how to maintain the floor and what equipment and products would be most useful.  I rarely write reviews, but Bruce was so far and away better than other people we had used in the past.  He was efficient, helpful, on time, knowledgeable and passionate about doing a great job, not just a satisfactory job.

I would definitely recommend Dr Clean.  We had a large amount of natural stone installed at our home and wanted to have a combination enhancer and sealer applied.  We were referred to Dr Clean and are very pleased with his work.  He did an excellent job, took his time to make sure it was done properly, was professional, responsive and prompt.  We felt that he took pride in his work and it shows!

It’s never easy when having to deal with water and mold damage. These guys right here are hands down the best. When they came out I was greeted by Sean and John. They were very through going through everything that needed to be done, and they were both extremely polite and helpful helping me deal with my insurance company. I’m so thankful I found this place during my time of need. I would highly recommend this company. I am so please with the level of work and customer service they have provided.

I was very impressed with John and Shawn from the first phone call to even when the work was completed. They both have been very informative with pictures, phone calls and text messages. They have been very respectful, on time and very pleasant. They explained what they were doing and what needed to be done. They did any amazing job from cutting the sheet rock, removing the flooring that was damaged, and cleaning up. Great job guys. Definitely recommend John and Shawn. I was very impressed of the way Puro Clean came in and did the cutting of the sheet rock and the removing of the floor so neatly. They did not leave my house a mess when I came home.  Everything dried out perfectly. Conner and Nelson did an amazing job.

Mitigation crew was really efficient. T and his team on the repair side were great. Excellent communication throughout the process and quality work to get our basement back to new.
