Paul Davis Restoration

Paul Davis was the preferred contractor of our home insurance company; which was great for us because we didn't have to search for a contractor on our own! Our introduction of Paul Davis came after meeting the water mitigation team (the ones who dried out the humidity of the water and tore out bad walls, cabinets, flooring, etc.) because it was confirmed that we had water damage in our kitchen. The water damage affected the shared wall of cabinets in the kitchen and the shower wall in our hallway bathroom as well as the hardwood floors in our kitchen. Once the water mitigation was done (about 3 weeks of time), the restoration/reconstruction team came into play. Our project manager was so great to work with. Evan explained the process of restoration (no order of the process, but ordering supplies such as flooring, tile for the bathroom wall, cabinet choices, cabinet paint, countertop material & design, cleaning process, plumbing, electrical, drywalling, etc.) and was empathetic to our situation, and understood this was a traumatizing and stressful time for us as homeowners. Evan worked with us on our kitchen redesign and had consistent communication with us throughout the entire process. He was quick with taking action if something didn't go as planned (i.e. rescheduling vendors, backorder of supplies, replacing our damaged tub from mitigation, etc.) as well as following up on design choices. Evan took pride in our particular project and worked diligently to make our home "our home" again.

From the start to the finish, we were pleased with the way our case was handled. Chris Cunningham was the best project manager to us and his kindness to getting the work completed was top notch. Andrew, as I’d stated before, he was very helpful with his expertise and knowledge of what was needed to be done. The company that came into play with the drywall and painting were also very good and did a great job! Thank you Chris for taking excellent care of us! You’re the best!

Evan was amazing to work with! He had great communication about each step of the process and when contractors would be at my house. He made sure I was comfortable with the schedule and knew exactly what was happening. His expertise and attention to detail helped me make smart choices when it came time for the remodel. Erick maintained constant communication, updating me daily on the progress and ensuring he checked in whenever there were questions about my personal property. Highly satisfied with Paul Davis. Donny was our project manager and he was absolutely amazing! He was punctual, very responsive and helpful. We had a large part of our wall torn down that was completely exposed to our garage minus a thin piece of plastic covering it. This happened during the hottest part of summer when temps were consistently up to 117 degrees! Donny, knowing how concerned we were with the heat having small kids home said he would have a crew out ASAP. He worked with our stubborn, non responsive insurance company and he and his crew had our house back to normal less than a week after contacting him. Several other companies said 3-4 week’s minimum! Daniel was one of the repairmen and I feel he and his partner went above and beyond. We appreciated their promptness and communication. They were very polite each time they were in our home. I do hope we don’t have any further repairs for a long time. But if we do, Paul Davis will be out first choice with Donny and Daniel
