The Glass Doctor of Ashland team was courteous and responsive to our issue regarding a large, multi-layer window needing replacement. They examined our situation and arranged for the proper window to be made and delivered. Their removal of the old window and placement of the new was efficient and professional. A great job at a very appropriate price. This is our second experience with this team, and we continue to be very pleased.

The team at Glass Guru did an excellent job for me with my needs they came out as soon as I called in a timely manner ordered the glass I needed for replacement. When the glass came in the two associates Josh I did not get the name of the other associate but they both were professional and very knowledgeable they removed and installed my new window very timely they did not waste any time I am impressed with there work ethic.

My window glass job was a challenge. The bottom of some of the wood frames were partially rotten. Wyatt and his crew were able to repair these areas and install nice new glass. Give them a try, they do very good work.

Experience was very positive. Technicians were very knowledgeable,  safety conscious, and represented company satisfactorily. Great anticipation to set-up next  phase of needed services. Future referrals & inquiries will be made with confidence !

The installer was nice and professional, but his helper left broken glass on the ground and a razor blade on the window seal where my children could easily get to and cut themselves. He also did a very poor job with the silicone.

I was very satisfied with the Glass Guru. They were able to come out and assess my broken window and provide an estimate. They ordered the necessary glass and came back out within two weeks to fix it. Took the guy about 10 minutes to replace the glass and it was good as new. Could not tell it had ever been broken. I can't confirm if the price was good or not but this was the only company I could find that would actually replace glass on a double pane window instead of wanting to completely replace the entire window and forcing me to buy a minimum of 3 windows. So for that it seemed like a good deal and they get high accolades from me. If you have a broken window and don't want to replace multiple windows, call the Glass Guru!

Excellent local choice and the team has high integrity. We needed a door installed that was not a normal measurement. We also needed it to stop the sound between rooms. Jason designed the custom door and frame while soundproofing the edges. We selected a solid core door which really helped. Great company and very glad that I went with Precision!

I couldn’t be happier with my backyard. Two years later it’s still in amazing shape. I chose Premier Paradise because of seeing other projects they have done as well as the vision of building a backyard that isn’t cookie cutter design like so many other builders do. I came in with a hand drawn design and Jeromey created a modern masterpiece. He was honest, great communication, respectful team, and done on time. I have recommended Premier Paradise to many people and will continue to do so!

3 years ago Premier Paradise finished my outdoor oasis which included, pool, oversized spa, outdoor kitchen, bocce ball court, fire feature and complete landscaping.  Not only was the design spot on, install went extremely efficiently, but their after installation service has been outstanding.  Whenever there has been any type of issue, Jeromey and his entire team have been extremely responsive.  In a world of mediocrity, Premier Paradise has shown to be an outstanding representation of how a business should operate.

We chose premier paradise because of their fantastic customer service and beautiful designs. Jeromey is exceptionally creative and built our dream backyard. They did an excellent job sticking to the planned timeline and were always available for communication. I would highly recommend this company!

In February of 2018, my wife and I decided to use Jeromey and his company based on video 3D model and his word which he shared would be exact to what we saw. We met multiple times before the project. After the project was completed, we’ve had nothing but problems every few months with the quality and rush job they did. We spend $30k+ on hardscapes and plants. On the blueprints, we were supposed to get a 10ft bbq area and we only have about 7ft. He offered to scrap the area and rebuild but it was already completed. Who wants to go through that after completion and weeks of construction. Everything he shared sounded like it would be of the utmost high quality, like metal trellis and a garden bed. He built our trellis and garden bed out of pallet wood which probably cost them nothing. The putting green was built with different (cheaper) turf than what we asked for at his showroom. Everything was just bait and a switch. If I had to guess, it cost me about 30k+ and his company maybe 10-12k. They put in a gas barbecue fire pit and said that everything would be done by the book including a permit. Well a few months later I find out there is no permit and it was not done by the book. This is crazy!! Unacceptable and unprofessional. I would never recommend them to anyone and will post this on all social media. Not once has he come in person besides the initial meetings. He leaves the dirty work to his managers Josh Ervin and Stephen Yoder. I’ve had to ask them to come out numerous times to fix or repair things that should’ve not had to been repaired if done correctly the first time. I’m once again trying to reach out to them for a dangerous hazard and now I don’t get a response at all.

I've now had three half-days and a wide variety of fix-it jobs with Aaron, and I will *never* use anyone else for my handyman jobs! He is as perfect as they come: highly experienced, professional, on time, clean, attentive, efficient, so very friendly, listens to what I need and want, highly skilled, has an amazing collection of tools to make the jobs go smoothly, gives great advice and recommendations. He has done electrical, trim work, door knobs, wall repair, more. The drywall repair looks better than it did before holes were knocked in the wall to install new wiring and a fan---and Aaron even noticed a crack in the ceiling and fixed that at the same time---it's impossible to tell that any wall repair had been done. I had several new fixtures that required touch-up at the ceiling, and the blending/matching that Aaron did on the textured ceilings is incredible. Aaron also does what he calls "extra credit" like noticing that one of my kitchen cabinet doors was loose and fixing that when he had a bit of extra time. I thought I might try installing some ceiling trim myself with my little miter box and hand saw, and Aaron walked me through the process using my own tools and sharing his years of tips and experience---fantastic teacher! I am thrilled beyond belief with his work---and the scheduling is a dream---you get to a real person immediately (not wading through torturous automated systems). Thank you Aaron (and Susan, the scheduler/office manager) for being so wonderful!!

I used this contractor for a bathroom remodel based on friends' recommendation, replacing everything. The best experience I've ever had with a contractor in decades of home ownership in several states. Accurate estimates, excellent communications, on time, well-organized and neat. Cleaned up job site daily. Showed up daily until the job was done. The time schedule was accurate - no delays. Very professional and easy to work with. Willing to discuss job options and had knowledgeable advice about those options. Shower tiling was outstanding. Framing, plumbing, painting, and cabinet install were 10 out of 10. Absolutely recommended.

We recently had workers out to replace fascia boards along the roofline and some other rotted-out wood around the house. Ed and Scott were fantastic. Super professional and friendly guys. They did great work and left the place looking just like new when they left. No messes, no issues. I would highly recommend!

Aaron arrived on time, and we went outside and I showed him the home-exterior and roof maintenance tasks that needed attention. His general demeanor and responses to my questions immediately instilled confidence for me in him, that he was a professional, knew the business, and would do an excellent job. In addition to what I knew needed tending to, Aaron spotted a couple other issues that badly needed attention, took photos of them to show me, and proceeded to fix them too. I love that he took the initiative to handle it like that. Aaron is a Pro and I really value and appreciate that, and won't hesitate to call again when other home maintenance or repair issues come up. Paul Davis Restoration of Northwest Georgia

Paul Davis is great everybody that comes out is so friendly so personable they know exactly what they’re doing and they have some amazing knowledge. I didn’t use them for my addition but that was only because of the timeframe that I needed it to be completed. I’ve had to work with Paul Davis on numerous occasions when it comes to insurance claims and things, and they all all have been amazing.

Had a water leak in our kitchen and Paul Davis has been nothing short of amazing in rectifying all issues surrounding the damage and scope of work. Not only do they have their own in-house team, but they also call in local contractors to work on the projects as well. All around great experience!

Last week, a group of ladies were heading to Helen, GA for a girls weekend. Just as we approached Dallas, GA, our truck ran hot and we could smell something burning. We pulled over in the Paul Davis Restoration parking lot. Two gentlemen came out and asked what the problem was. We popped the hood and they were looking things over. They offered for the rest of us to go inside in the cool. They brought everyone cold waters. Upon checking fluids, it was found that the reservoir was completely empty. In the meantime, a son showed up
With fluids needed. The two people made sure we were ok and were sure son didn’t need their assistance before they left. Again, they offered for us to go inside. They were so kind and thoughtful to our group. Even though we had to come back home, unload and reload other vehicles, we had a wonderful trip. They made what could have been the end of our trip , a good weekend after all. There are still good people doing good things without expecting anything in return. Thank you gentlemen for making sure we were ok and help was there before you left.

I had some flood damage at my house, and Paul Davis handled it very well. Professional, efficient, communicative are just some of the words I would describe them. From start to finish they met my needs. Even though it did take some time they explained the whole process to me which is very understandable( Rome wasn’t built in a day)! I highly recommend this company!

A1 is an incredible company! They were able to come to our home on Xmas Eve — last minute — to help us repair our garage door. Justin S. is very professional and skilled, and we had a working door in no time. We are definitely using A1 to upgrade our door in the future!

Dean was remarkable. Very friendly and professional. He trouble shot the problem quickly and the repair was done in no time. He also pointed out an issue with the door spring. I had him remove and replace the spring and now my garage door opens and closes 10X better and he raised the door a little higher to allow my 4Runner and kayak rack to pass through.
