I made an online order with $350 worth of food and home products because i’m staying at a hotel and have no transportation. I also left a nice wealthy tip but for some reason i’m getting notifications that I need to substitute but then there would be things like the candle lighter I ordered was unavailable so the X it out as a whole. I proceed to text my shopper can you pick up any lighter and get no reply. It like the worker is being lazy not even trying and I spent a lot of money for nothing to be found or substituted. So I call the walmart online order department they don’t pick up so I called the store. A lady picks and I say Hi I made a online order and before I could say anything else about how they aren’t picking up she rushes me off and says she putting me to the other line for online orders it rang for well over 5 minutes repeatedly and I hang up and call the store again No pick up. Workers need to stop being lazy and do their job. I spent my hard earned money and was generous enough for a great tip and can’t even get a good experience. I would’ve doordashed groceries instead.
Even look at the bagging just careless. If I could’ve took my tip back I would’ve and I understand why people don’t tip.

I always go here for groceries, cosmetics, etc.

I found the order pickup location easily enough, parked, and let them know I was there. I then sat there for an hour, watching everyone else get their orders in a timely manner. I finally looked at the app and discovered that they claimed my order had been picked up over an hour earlier. I contacted customer service who told me there was nothing they could do. After arguing with the CSR, he finally initiated a refund, so I did get my $75 back, but still, this is unacceptable.

If you've never tried the Slip-ins, you are missing something spectacular.  Not only do you NOT have to bend over to put them on, or hike up your leg to get them to fit properly, all you have to do is slide your toes in,  and step down.  It's that easy.  As for comfort,  you will be walking on clouds.  We got a pair for my Dad who is 97 and he just loves them. Mom will be getting her pair for Christmas.  Some styles also come in  Wide.  They're having an awesome holiday special of buy one get one 50% off.

From my wearing experience, Sketcher shoes are light, comfortable and not expensive,
so I have choice them many times.

However, the price has changed a lot over the years.

This time  I visit  an outlet store, I didn't find more stuff
and  they didn't  have many goods in the clothes section either.

I love the shoe selection here. Prices are good and I happened to catch a sale when I was here. I usually end up buying two pair every time I shop!

Non existent customer service. None whatsoever. There were 2 clerks in there when I went in and no other customers in the whole store. Neither one of them looked up from whatever it was they were doing. And I had to ask one of them (who still wasn't doing anything) to ring me up.

I bought a couple pair of Skechers Arch Fit. Now that I know my correct size, I'll just order online if I want more of them. Never going back to that store.

Numotion

Service Technician (Chris) done an professional and excellent job installing new parts on my wheelchair. Very knowledgeable in his profession. Great job.

Quick to sell, but slow to get service after that. They keep changing policies, so if you need servicing now, of your scooter / mobility equipment you have to bring it to them. I am disabled, and they are an hour away. So it's a 2 hour ride back and forth. If they decide they need to keep your equipment tough noogies. So I will most likely be on the road for 4 hours this time around. I am not at all happy with their service. Last time I mentioned that the basket of my scooter keeps falling off. Instead of fixing the bracket, the guy literally affixed the basked permanently, which makes loading my scooter into my SUV very difficult. Add too that the new Philippines call center. I could hardly understand the accent of the agent, and it was VERY loud in the background. I even asked why it was so loud in the background, and she said that it was shift change. Not very professional to hear other employees loudly chattering and joking around in the background. So, I will give Numotion the boot when I get a new scooter next year. To ask a disabled person to deliver to you is just wrong. Why do you think they have their equipment? Because they are physically unable to walks / drive. So by all means, let the disabled person jump through hoops for your shoddy equipment.

Garret is amazing.  So patient and thorough.  With a complex patient, it takes time and minute changes to help position the patient to be able to use the chair independently.  Highly recommend him and Numotion!

We do like how they got our son into a chair to move around but the chair falls apart so fast.  We had to replace a control arm because it went bad, after just a year, cost us over $300, then the cord went bad cost about $35 not too bad.  Within 8 months the control arm broke again, the cord went bad again.  Talked to a manager at numotion they say the manufacturer parts are only good for 90 days, the manager was not even willing to make this right.  After that we have to pay to fix, no matter if the part is defective or not.  Wheelchair that costs $80k is good for a year warranty.  Don't buy from this company they are trying to make a lot of money off the disabled, not willing to protect them.  They only want to make money off you not help you.

They improperly documented my medical conditions,  resulting in a denial. It's difficult to follow up on initial processes, and the wait time is ridiculous. They required things I didn't need. Numotion submitted 6500 to my insurance for a chair that costs 2500 with the same features from Spinlife. I do not recommend.*contacted numotion per their request below.  Spoke to Lisa.  Not helpful AT ALL.  My daughter also needs a chair,  which is being delayed because numotion improperly submitted the insurance codes. I strongly recommend any other option.

The worst experience by far, I have ever witnessed with the customer service. The store associate was not helpful at all, he was giving another customer a lesson about the definition of “packing your own package” simply because he refused to let the customer use his tape (the customer did not tape his box coming into the store). What an eye opening customer experience, I had to write a review about this store. Goodness

I was at UPS on a Sunday and I was very proud of the lady who was working here alone and after a conversation with the UPS worker I discovered that she is the only one who works on Sunday. I feel that management needs to reconsider how many employees should be working on Sunday with this being the only UPS store available. There was an extremely long line and even with the kiosk I feel there needs to be an emphasis on staffing on Sunday at this store. Amazing customer service as always. Thank you.

Asta was extremely pleasant. She helps me get all my returns. Always kind and welcoming.

I don't usually do reviews on businesses, but this younger lady was so disrespectful towards me.

Unknowingly I arrived at this store 7 minutes before closing last Saturday . There were a few folks ahead of me and I had several Amazon returns. The young lady stayed late until we were all taken care of, handled each customer with professionalism and a smile. Thanks for your help, and for you kindness and expertise.

Hawaiian Bros Island Grill

Awesome little find while we were traveling. The food was amazing! Pineapple was freaks and soft. We tried a little of everything and the only thing that was not a hit was the Spam Musubi. I was surprised how big this place is. Staff was a little short and did t give any explanations on food.

Better than Outback Steakhouse. (For real). I’m not even lying bro. Great food, I’ve eaten here plenty of times and I always think “goddamn, this is better than Outback Steakhouse.” — and it is. Definitely better than Outback Steakhouse 👌🏻 If you’re in the KC Metro Area and need some grub, and you’re forced to chose between this establishment or Outback Steakhouse, I’d go with H. Bros on any day of the week that ends with “Y”. Solid work. I’ll come back. Thanks. (Say high to the Bros for me, thanks for serving food that in my opinion is better than Outback Steakhouse!) Nothing like a good Hawaiian food when you are on the road. It was simply amazing. Kid people, great and timely service. There is enough seating inside and outside.

This was a nice location! The food was great but I absolutely loved the customer service here! I was even greeted by a worker before walking inside the building! We got our food very quickly, and the staff insisted that they’d grab everything we needed instead of us grabbing it ourselves at the counter. I was blown away because many places like this don’t go above and beyond in that manner! I’d like to shoutout Kamela (Kam) for being an incredible staff! She was very friendly and worked with a sense of urgency! She’s personable with all customers and made sure that we had everything we needed! I appreciate her hard work & dedication. It’s clear that she loves what she does! All restaurants need more people like her!

Absolutely DELICIOUS!!! Especially the macaroni salad - I really didn’t know what to expect when I first saw it, but I could seriously just eat a whole plate of it. It even strangely goes well with the rice, it was just so hard for my boyfriend and I to stop eating. Cant wait to try again!

I was running behind for my appointment but Linzee was still kind enough to squeeze me in. She made sure I was well taken care of and I will make sure to keep coming back because she did wonders for my brows!!

Very impressed with Linzee's ability to make me feel so comfortable while getting my hairs pulled out! She does great work!!

Linzee was amazing! Today was my first experience with her and she was super quick, professional, and sweet. I hadn’t gotten a Brazilian in a few years and she immediately made me feel at ease and comfortable. I left feeling very pleased with my results and I fully intend on coming back monthly!

Linzee is amazing!!! She makes you feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable and gives great tips on skincare with waxing. Definitely would recommend going to see her, and is worth any drive!

ABC Seamless Siding & Roofing

I had this siding originally stalled about 10 years ago and loved it.  Recently I completed a whole home remodel that cause some sides of the house needing redone.  My builder reached out to ABC in April and didn't hear back until June.  When a time was scheduled to deliver the check, the ABC rep didn't show.  I had to get involved to let them know the project was nearing the end and this would need to be completed for final inspection.  The ABC rep threatened to pull the crew because they hadn't been paid, even though that was on them.

The crew and their work was fabulous, but the office staff is horrible to deal with.

I got new covered gutters. Some of the covers blew off. Took several calls to get the covers replaced. They randomly secured covers with screws. Some corners not fitting good. I've called multiple times to resolve this & no one has come to fix this problem. The excuse is they are short handed. 2 calls in April & 1 in May. Still not fixed.

ABC Seamless Siding is a wonderful company w/ an outstanding quality product. I love that they’re a family owned business. My home looks amazing. Thank you ABC Seamless!

The Cheesecake Factory

Food was fairly good although slightly on the costly side for what it was. It seemed like the amount of options and the complexity of each item was like they were trying too hard to be super fancy; find a moderate selection that you can perfect and stick with it. There is no point in an over the top menu of high dollar items that dont absolutely WOW on taste. Overall the food was good but lacking for the cost. (Meals for 2 adults and 2 children around $110: 2 different burgers, an order of chicken strips, an omelet, and an appetizer)
The server ignored us for the most part. However he may have just been having an off day. The other servers who assisted us throughout our experience were very polite and apologetic to the absence of our actual waiter. Overall not the best but also not the worst experience we've ever had.
Now of course the BIG question....how was the cheesecake?!?!
We got 3 different slices for about $35 and each was absolutely DELICIOUS! Would definitely like to try more of their cheesecakes!

Complete overview: the cheesecake saves the day and honestly I don't think anyone should really be that surprised by this. As things go it was an overall positive experience just slightly expensive.

First timer to the Cheesecake Factory and was not disappointed! Pleased with the extensive meal selections, not just cheesecake! Had the Bang Bang Shrimp, Flat Bread Pizza, and a house salad. Best Bang Bang I have ever had, just the right amount of heat, very flavorful and a good-sized portion. (I would like to say that there was enough for leftovers, but I ate slow and enjoyed every last bite!) Markus was our friendly and knowledgeable server, with a great memory and prompt attention. We ordered all our cheesecakes to go, and they were delicious. My favorites were the Turtle and the Lemon Rasberry. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. The prices were higher than I was expecting, but everything was  well worth it.

One word ... AMAZING. From the service to the food and cleanliness. I enjoyed every moment, the staff was very friendly and our wait was about 5-10 minutes. I'd definitely go back!

We went after Church on a busy Sunday and they handled a packed house very well. The food was decent and came quickly. Two minor issues:  1) $17 dumpling appetizer with only 4 tiny dumplings 2) A medium cook burger translated to rare for them

Delicious food. Friendly wait staff. Marquis was very attentive to our needs and quickly without words even being spoken, he was on it.
My husband, myself and teen daughter, none of us have been to a Cheesecake Factory before. Of course we have had the cheesecake but never dined in one. It was a nice change from our fast food we were eating on our trip to Kansas. Thank you Marquis! You made our 1st visit very enjoyable.

If the highest quality products are important to you, Walston Door Company is the way to go!  We love our new barn doors and the installers were great guys and did an amazing job!  Love the story behind this local, self made company!

We ordered a custom barn door and had a great experience with Walston. Unfortunately the first door was damaged in transit but they acted quickly to handle the claim, make a new door and ship via a new carrier and kept me continuously updated during the process. The new door arrived in great condition and my contractor was able to install it in just a few hours. Would highly recommend Walston!!

We had some glass panel French Doors that were somehow always in the way.  So, we decided to change them out for some barn doors.  I looked in stores and online… I saw lots of vintage looking barn doors.  I wanted something more modern.  My Mom actually found these doors from Walston Door Company, and it was love at first sight!  Caleb Walston helped me make sure my measurements were right - none of the other websites could have helped me with that, especially since we were dealing with Double Barn Doors.  Shipping was straightforward.  The person we had install them was impressed that the doors came pre-drilled for everything.  We love how these turned out - they really opened up the room and dressed it up.

Was happily surprised to receive this white oak door from Walston Door Company to install in our master bedroom. I wasn’t sure what to expect bc the entire purchase was done online without swatches or seeing any of their work in person, but the door is gigantic, the wood coloring is very neutral with no yellow/orange tones  that can sometimes happen with oak, and we’ve gotten lots of compliments on it.
