Service Technician (Chris) done an professional and excellent job installing new parts on my wheelchair. Very knowledgeable in his profession. Great job.

Quick to sell, but slow to get service after that. They keep changing policies, so if you need servicing now, of your scooter / mobility equipment you have to bring it to them. I am disabled, and they are an hour away. So it's a 2 hour ride back and forth. If they decide they need to keep your equipment tough noogies. So I will most likely be on the road for 4 hours this time around. I am not at all happy with their service. Last time I mentioned that the basket of my scooter keeps falling off. Instead of fixing the bracket, the guy literally affixed the basked permanently, which makes loading my scooter into my SUV very difficult. Add too that the new Philippines call center. I could hardly understand the accent of the agent, and it was VERY loud in the background. I even asked why it was so loud in the background, and she said that it was shift change. Not very professional to hear other employees loudly chattering and joking around in the background. So, I will give Numotion the boot when I get a new scooter next year. To ask a disabled person to deliver to you is just wrong. Why do you think they have their equipment? Because they are physically unable to walks / drive. So by all means, let the disabled person jump through hoops for your shoddy equipment.

Garret is amazing. So patient and thorough. With a complex patient, it takes time and minute changes to help position the patient to be able to use the chair independently. Highly recommend him and Numotion!

We do like how they got our son into a chair to move around but the chair falls apart so fast. We had to replace a control arm because it went bad, after just a year, cost us over $300, then the cord went bad cost about $35 not too bad. Within 8 months the control arm broke again, the cord went bad again. Talked to a manager at numotion they say the manufacturer parts are only good for 90 days, the manager was not even willing to make this right. After that we have to pay to fix, no matter if the part is defective or not. Wheelchair that costs $80k is good for a year warranty. Don't buy from this company they are trying to make a lot of money off the disabled, not willing to protect them. They only want to make money off you not help you.

They improperly documented my medical conditions, resulting in a denial. It's difficult to follow up on initial processes, and the wait time is ridiculous. They required things I didn't need. Numotion submitted 6500 to my insurance for a chair that costs 2500 with the same features from Spinlife. I do not recommend.*contacted numotion per their request below. Spoke to Lisa. Not helpful AT ALL. My daughter also needs a chair, which is being delayed because numotion improperly submitted the insurance codes. I strongly recommend any other option.
