I made an online order with $350 worth of food and home products because i’m staying at a hotel and have no transportation. I also left a nice wealthy tip but for some reason i’m getting notifications that I need to substitute but then there would be things like the candle lighter I ordered was unavailable so the X it out as a whole. I proceed to text my shopper can you pick up any lighter and get no reply. It like the worker is being lazy not even trying and I spent a lot of money for nothing to be found or substituted. So I call the walmart online order department they don’t pick up so I called the store. A lady picks and I say Hi I made a online order and before I could say anything else about how they aren’t picking up she rushes me off and says she putting me to the other line for online orders it rang for well over 5 minutes repeatedly and I hang up and call the store again No pick up. Workers need to stop being lazy and do their job. I spent my hard earned money and was generous enough for a great tip and can’t even get a good experience. I would’ve doordashed groceries instead.
Even look at the bagging just careless. If I could’ve took my tip back I would’ve and I understand why people don’t tip.

I always go here for groceries, cosmetics, etc.
They have fresh items. Friendly and helpful staff.
The store is busy all day.
Parking is little bit tough because of the crowd.

Walmart has stopped supplying carts for customers. Push your own cart from the lot, buy only what you can carry, or just go away. Seen 8pm Wed 8/16/3023.
I found the order pickup location easily enough, parked, and let them know I was there. I then sat there for an hour, watching everyone else get their orders in a timely manner. I finally looked at the app and discovered that they claimed my order had been picked up over an hour earlier. I contacted customer service who told me there was nothing they could do. After arguing with the CSR, he finally initiated a refund, so I did get my $75 back, but still, this is unacceptable.
