I got my baby back, repaired, Shining and smelling good. The left front corner and fender was damaged and as you can tell in this picture, the repairs were done wonderfully, and my metallic blue paint job was perfectly matched. Great job body shop.

Excellent communication, transparent pricing, and great staff! Kyle took care of my car and walked me through what repairs they would be doing as well as what the anticipated costs would be. The front desk staff were always helpful and even the on-site Enterprise assistant manager provided excellent customer service! This was my first (and hopefully last) collision as an adult so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the entire staff made this process a seamless one and provided quality repairs and service! Would highly recommend for any needs!

Five stars are honestly not even enough for this establishment. Bein in a car accident is never fun but these folks made the whole process a breeze. From the day I scheduled my appointment to the day I picked up my vehicle I was treated with kindness. They were very helpful and kind, answered any and all questions I had during the process. Devon kept me updated and I NEVER had to call to ask about the progress, Devon was on top of it. I dropped my vehicle up and had my rental car there waiting as they have an enterprise conveniently located inside the building. Once Devon called to let me know my vehicle was ready I picked it up same day and they swapped me out with ease. I might also add that they even detailed my car!! That was just the icing on an already phenomenally sweet cake!! Thanks again to EVERYONE at Blossom for taking care of a now lifelong customer. Stay Blessed!!

Borkowski Collision Repair Inc

I had a piece of a chrome insert on my bumpr get pulled loose from the carwash.  Took it into Borkowski's today and they were awesome!  They took at look at it, then asked if I had some time to wait, I did.  They got me in and out timley and were able to put the piece back together from underneath the bumper.  I highly recommend Borkowki's as they have always been great to work with!!

We have taken cars here for 30 years - through three teenaged drivers!  Borkowski always provides recommendations based on the best value. And the quality is top tier. I recommend Borkowski always!

These guys are awesome. They were so nice and welcomed me when I walked into the office. I had the paid the tow driver in cash and they broke a 20 for me. The vehicle is probably totaled but they quickly sent some photos to the local adjuster just to speed up the process. Now if I can figure out a way for people to stop wrecking into our vehicles😉

Extremely disappointed with the quality of work that was put in fixing my car. I had some very minor body damage I wanted fixed after someone rubbed up against my car in a parking lot. I Waited months to get the car in for scheduled repairs. Finally took it in and left it there for about a week. Once I got it back I drove to Colorado and it literally started falling apart. The front bumper was not attached properly and the panels on the underside started falling off because the decided not to put all the bolts back in. If that wasn’t bad enough I inspected their work a lot closer only to find paint drips and overspray on parts that were not properly masked. I had to take the car back in for another week let them redo the bad work. The owner was great and tried making it right but unfortunately he’s not working on the cars and apparently not checking the work. They still had paint overspray and you can still see the fender isn’t perfect. It’s hard to find good body shops that don’t cut corners and do what they actually bill insurance for. Unfortunately, I’d say keep looking. Not impressed.

Excellent customer service, and repair results. All of their staff and shop technicians are incredibly professional and responsive. My car looks and drives as if it's brand new.

Midas

I had my alternator go out on me so I called the Midas on Shadeland Ave. The bottom bolt had to be chiseled out which I knew they would. Because of that bolt I had to leave my car till the next day but that wasn't a problem for me as I understood. Shawn said he would have one made which he did. I asked how much to go ahead and fix my front end sense they were going to have it over night. I needed both axles replaced due to the boots being broke and I wanted to replace the tire rod ends and ball joints also just do to the mileage and age. The kid who did my car didn't tighten the lug nuts down on the driver side tire and proceeded to take it for a test drive which of course the tire fell off and he crashed my car. The kid who wrecked it came running back up to the building telling George the DM and Shawn the Manager what he did and then took off and left. After waiting for quite awhile George and Shawn came back from my car to tell me what happened. They said they would take care of it (as if I didn't know they sure were) but not once was I offered a rental car. I was trying to be nice and understanding about it. I let it be along as my car was in the same shape as it was when I brought it to them. After a week I asked if we could work out a deal. I wanted my valve cover gaskets changed as they were just starting to leak a little and I wouldn't ask for a rental car. The agreed so great. They got the corner fixed which isn't as nice as that corner was but it still looks good and blends in with the car well as it is a 2004. The valve covers I was told was changed but you could see they had not been. The bolts were still dirty and you could tell they had not been touched which George agreed they didn't look like it. He said he would make him do it and take pics which he did. I wish I hadn't asked for the deal cause its dumping oil all over my new alternator and manifold and right to the ground. When I took my car to them I had air conditioning and my belts were quiet. After they changed the alternator it started squealing real bad. I was told that the belt tensioner was bad. I knew that was a lie as it was quiet when I went in. I took it somewhere else after getting it back and they had broke the wires in the belt so I had to have it changed again and now its quiet. The worst thing though is my AC wasn't working when I took it for a drive to see how it drove after the accident. They said they would look at it. It was completely empty of freon so they filled it and George said call him if I had any more problems. It was gone again in 4 days. I told George I wanted to talk to the owner which George claims the owner said bring it back. Again they fill it back up and claimed there were no leaks so it must be leaking in the dash. Again I know Shawn is lying to me. It worked when I took it in and now it doesn't. I left from their shop to go get my belt fixed. Upon opening the hood I could see that my condenser was leaking freon in the corner. It cracked it when the kid wrecked my car and this shop doesn't care. I wish I never went there cause now I have to fix it somewhere else and then sue them for the repairs. They seem really nice and great but take my experience as a warning.

The staff were very polite and quick with everything! They were able to find me a way to save money, and the whole team worked like a machine to help people as soon as possible. I have been to many shops before and this is by far the superior shop experiences.

I had a great experience the day before Thanksgiving 2023 at Midas on Shadeland.  Thomas Lee the Assistant Manager was able to squeeze both my vehicles in for a oil change before I hit the road.  What a lifesaver.  He also assisted me in obtaining coupons for a discount.  He was super friendly and very professional.  Thanks so much Tom for great customer service.  You Rock!

Received a quick response when I called to request an onsite quote. The technician arrived witin the given time frame and was congenial and very professional. After getting several other quotes, we did go with Glass Doctor and were extremely pleased with the completed installation of a frosted double paned glass inset in a back entry door to our church.

We had a break-in and needed the window replaced asap.  Glass Doctor was professional and responsive. Fair priced.  Would definitely recommend!

Very fast.  They came to my house and got this taken care of in one day.  I'm very pleased with my new windshield.

RNR Tire Express

They only had one person there who actually change the tires. Everyone else was just there sitting in chairs. There were multiple men who are working on this day and they said that they were backed up. They had three cars and only one tire tech. I was so confused as if why would they have only ones hire tech when they have three men sitting around doing absolutely nothing.

Honestly, I would say that this place would be something that I would stay away from.
Maybe people go here because they cannot afford to purchase tires or something so they can finance them through a rent to own program. I’m not sure why this place has any clients at all.

The staff is quite rude, and they seem to cater towards a low end sort of crowd. I would expect to see this place close by the end of the year.
I think maybe since they’re located so close to discount tire that they get some people who don’t want to wait at discount tire or fire stone.

So maybe they get the leftovers from those tire shops ?
I don’t know, but I would avoid.

If I had any advice for this tire shop, it would be to teach multiple members of their staff how to change a tire. Because having four people working and only one person able to change a tire at a place that’s for changing tires seems absolutely absurd and ridiculous.

Came in on 11/25 and got my tires serviced before a road trip. I’ve gotten my tires at the beginning of the year from this shop and every visit has left me in a better mood than when I’ve arrived. Thank you so much to the RNR team for your work and great spirits. Highly recommend anyone needing some TLC for their car to make RNR their first choice

I usually don’t jump so soon to do a review, but the service I received was so amazing that I had to tell off such excellent customer service. Edith was such a pleasure to work with. She and Daniel picked out wheels for my truck, blew my mind. I had searched for about 1 month to find the correct offset, thread pitch, style, height, width, etc. They were stellar. I’m going to brag on Edith, because honestly, has she not shown such great attention to what I was saying in what I was looking for, I would have never purchased wheels in this fashion. My only disgruntle if anything, would be the overall price. I would advise anyone to make sure they have ahead budgeted for this type of expense.
Never purchase above your means. It will help both you , as a consumer and the business as a retailer. I honestly am very happy with my purchase and will be back with my BMW very very soon. Thanks Edith, Daniel, and team!!

Glass America-Indianapolis, IN

Glass America has fixed my windshield and the drivers side window and has done an excellent job both times!!! They are quick and their work is very good quality. They were also very accommodating to my schedule and fit me in quickly.

Nov 2, 630am..driving east on 79th in my small car, being relentlessly tailgated by a large vehicle with bright lights...when I turned onto allisinville I discovered a big van with the  'Glass America' logo...and I thought it was a place I will never use!

Glass America single handedly ruined our brand new car. 2018 Honda CRV with 3000 miles. They bent up the roof moldings, broke clips, left misc clips out (found some under the car), put dents in the roof and fender from prying clips and moldings off, and left the car completely filthy with dirt, windshield glue, and body sweat. I have never experience such unprofessionalism. After my call to complain they gave me and my insurance company the run around and it was like pulling teeth to get things fixed. Here we are a month later and the car is finally fixed. They said they would get back with us about compensation for our time and troubles but when I called "i cant find your information in our system". I DO NOT RECOMMEND them. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else!

My insurance company referred me to Glass America. First impressions were good. Quick, professional scheduling and good follow up. I waited about 90 minutes, and the car was ready. Perfect. Nope, there was a giant ripple in the glass on the driver's side, and the eyesight system in my Subaru was freaking out. I called to explain, a new windshield was ordered, and an appointment set for the next week. I show up, and nope, they hadn't received the glass. I reschedule again. The next windshield appeared solid, but the car was still throwing errors. I spoke to a manager who was very apologetic and helpful. He stated that they often use third-party glass, and that he would order the OEM Subaru glass. Two weeks later, it came in. The car is perfect now, but there was an awful lot of time wasted. The service wasn't terrible, and I'm sure that they were just following protocol, but next time I'll probably go elsewhere.

I absolutely recommend Glass America they were very friendly and their cost is very reasonable they were fast and efficient. Hopefully I don’t have to get another window replaced but if I do they will be my go to.

My experience with RNR tire express was a nightmare😵They are operating a scam❗Long story short I signed a contract for $900 for 6 months I agreed to double the price because of the credit four new 17inch tires on a Mazda six avg $425 brand new . I NEVER missed a payment!" After 9 months I went to store asked why they were still taking money off my card ?"  We were placing $10 into a " floating " account so you were $ 70 short on your 6month contract unbeknownst to me they started Anotha contract when it got up too $2, 200 I said I can't keep paying YOU infinitely at which point they repossessed the year old tires I had paid 💲2,400 for💸 plz 🛑STOP RNR tire from ripping people off the Mafia would not juice people like this they are Gangstas RNR pulling strong arm robberies it's literally criminal what they are doing to people

Went to RnR to have tires put on in. Took an hour to have them installed.
After installation left got on the highway vehicle was shaking bad at 60 miles per hour called RnR talked to Megan she said bring it back. Took it back,got out at RnR to inspect tires because on the way back I noticed a ticking noise real bad. Come to find they double stacked weights that balance the tire so high they were hitting my brake caliper making a ticking noise. I confronted Don about the stacked weights he fixed the problem. But only did the front told me if still shaking come back and he'll do the back. I left got on the highway and it's still shaking went back to do the back and a young black gentleman worked on it said they could not get it to balance to take it some where else and they pay for it. Save your time and money they are unprofessional and do very poor work the weights look horrible on the rim of my truck the job was never finished. Now I have to go somewhere else more time and money. Do not go here save you yourself time and a headache. Sincerely anHonest review.

Stopped by today to get some tires on and they was pretty busy. we didn’t have time to wait but the technician (possibly the owner) came out personally and tried his best to get us in and we really appreciate that kind of service! Not many business care about their customers but RNR they do!

Another fantastic experience at RNR today. I just needed air in my tires. The temp change was setting off warnings that my pressure was low. Scott took care of me at no charge (I refused this kindness and gave him some money and chocolates) and in less than five minutes. Plus he noticed I was missing a couple or valve stem caps and replaced those as well! I highly recommend RNR for all your tire needs. I'll definitely be back.

I woke up this Monday morning to a flat tire and a screw in my tire. I arrived at RNR right when they opened. Extremely courteous service and they were able to fit me in quickly so I could return to work. I will definitely return when I need any tire service. Thank you, RNR!

Jackson and the guys at RNR Tire Express were top notch.  Excellent customer service and very quick to get my job done.  I brought in a set of wheels and tires for mounting/balancing.  I had concerns about the face of the wheel being scratched during the balancing process.  They evaluated the wheel and determined they could do it without any issues.  Wheels and tires came out great.  I appreciate the immediate service and quality work.  Based on my experience, I would highly recommend RNR and wouldn't hesitate choosing them for my next project.

Great service!   We had a tire with a broken valve stem and a leak caused by an embedded screw.  They were able to get us in at the Franklin location the same day and quickly repair both issues.  The staff were very friendly and helpful.

I had a wonderful experience! I went in on a Thursday late afternoon to drop my car off and spoke with Josh, he was excellent in his service. I heard from them the following day around noon to let me know the problem I initially went in for which was my brakes and a ball joint/ control arm. They let me know about that and then they also decided to go ahead and check everything else involving the suspension and brakes, etc. that was also a possible concern for future repairs. So they called me back and let me know about that and I was very pleased that they went above and beyond to let me know whatever issues I had with my vehicle. Which all in all they replaced my front brakes, washed my back brakes, replace the control arm ball joint, replaced my back shocks and my sway bar link kit. They had my car done within 7 hours. I was able to pick it up the following morning considering I was working. I would highly recommend coming here, they're reasonably priced. My car they worked on was a Chevy Sonic 2013. Thank you again for the staff for taking care of my car and it rides beautifully! Great job!

While visiting the Indianapolis area for a wedding, my car suddenly became loud after going through a puddle. I showed up when this location opened and the manager, Joshua Starker, got my car in the bay quickly, identified the issue, and made the repair. In and out within an hour and the car is now quiet. Thanks to Joshua and team for helping me resolve my muffler issue.

I was emailed and they tried to convince me that I had indicated drop off in the online appointment system. Not the case.

I didn’t mind waiting and shared that with them via email ahead of time.

Arrived and it took 90 minutes for an oil change. Not all that absurd given they were swamped.

But here’s why I’ll never return. I had a coupon. Shared it with the gentleman that I would like to “use the synthetic blend coupon.” He agreed that would be fine.

90 minutes later, a second man indicates my car was ready. I reminded him of the coupon and he shares that they used conventional oil, not synthetic.

They didn’t ask me. It came to a $12 difference. Didn’t want to fight over a $12, so I paid and left. But I’ll never return because of this bait and switch. And now you all know as well.

Flat while driving through Indy on vacation. They got us taken care of fast and back on the road. Very nice and upfront on pricing which was VERY reasonable. 100% recommend.

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed same day.  Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Midas.

Windshield Doctor

Called several times. Each time I was told they would call back and no one ever called back. I guess they don't need any business, which stinks. It used to be one of the best shops in town but some bad apples.

Had a crack in the RV windshield and we’re staying in town just 5 blocks away. Called and scheduled for 5pm . Was willing to pay for service call. Big no show. Left several messages but never got a call back. Next day went to the shop in person. He forgot he said but would come out again today. Never showed. Would not recommend.

A great place if you need auto repairs, friendly, honest quote, fast and efficient, was done on time and at specified price, can't ask for more than that.

He gives an honest estimate & does an amazing job.Just put an order in for a right side head lamp left left aka driver side mirror & regulators for my windows to be operable.
