I had a wonderful experience! I went in on a Thursday late afternoon to drop my car off and spoke with Josh, he was excellent in his service. I heard from them the following day around noon to let me know the problem I initially went in for which was my brakes and a ball joint/ control arm. They let me know about that and then they also decided to go ahead and check everything else involving the suspension and brakes, etc. that was also a possible concern for future repairs. So they called me back and let me know about that and I was very pleased that they went above and beyond to let me know whatever issues I had with my vehicle. Which all in all they replaced my front brakes, washed my back brakes, replace the control arm ball joint, replaced my back shocks and my sway bar link kit. They had my car done within 7 hours. I was able to pick it up the following morning considering I was working. I would highly recommend coming here, they're reasonably priced. My car they worked on was a Chevy Sonic 2013. Thank you again for the staff for taking care of my car and it rides beautifully! Great job!

While visiting the Indianapolis area for a wedding, my car suddenly became loud after going through a puddle. I showed up when this location opened and the manager, Joshua Starker, got my car in the bay quickly, identified the issue, and made the repair. In and out within an hour and the car is now quiet. Thanks to Joshua and team for helping me resolve my muffler issue.

I will never return to this location. Blue Fin Inc dba Midas. I was emailed and they tried to convince me that I had indicated drop off in the online appointment system. Not the case. I didn’t mind waiting and shared that with them via email ahead of time. Arrived and it took 90 minutes for an oil change. Not all that absurd given they were swamped. But here’s why I’ll never return. I had a coupon. Shared it with the gentleman that I would like to “use the synthetic blend coupon.” He agreed that would be fine. 90 minutes later, a second man indicates my car was ready. I reminded him of the coupon and he shares that they used conventional oil, not synthetic. They didn’t ask me. It came to a $12 difference. Didn’t want to fight over a $12, so I paid and left. But I’ll never return because of this bait and switch. And now you all know as well.

Flat while driving through Indy on vacation. They got us taken care of fast and back on the road. Very nice and upfront on pricing which was VERY reasonable. 100% recommend.

Staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. They showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and fixed same day. Will definitely be going back and I highly recommend Midas.
