I want to thank Kollette Quinn for her professional attitude and those involved with serving my vehicle. I was on vacation here in Indy with my family and Kollette worked me in fixed what the two other shops failed to do and my Lexus has never drove this smooth since I’ve owned it. My confidence is restored that there is still some good shops out there my hats off to you guys at Big O Tire.

Tom is my go-to guy. I trust he will always do two things. 1) Make as much money as possible from me; and 2) Make it right. He’s a businessman and that’s what businessmen do is try to make as much money as possible. I get it and it’s great to be able to negotiate with him. He knows his stuff but may or may not physically work on your car. Can things happen beyond his control? You bet and things have happened to my vehicles. Will he make it right? 100% of the time. He’s always been reasonable with me and I prefer to not deal with anyone else. The best example I can share was when some lug nuts were tightened way too tight. I had a flat tire. The lug nuts literally ripped in half while I tried to remove them to put my spare tire on. I called Tom. He had it towed to the shop and the lug nuts had to be torched off. This ruined the rim. Tom got a comparable factory rim, put it back together and didn’t charge me because they were the last ones that did anything to my truck. If that’s not showing a commitment to making things right, I don’t know what is.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. They immediately knew who I was, even though it was my first time at Big O Tires, and immediately took care of me. The gentleman even gave me an idea how long the service would take. There were enough seats for us to relax while we waited. At the end the woman who helped us was nice and made sure all of our information was captured, took our coupons for any deductions, and signed us up for the loyalty program. I am very thankful my good friend referred us to Big O Tires because they did a great job of servicing my car. I am very appreciative of the work they do.

Everyone at Big O Tires was very helpful and pleasant. They changed my oil in a short amount of time. Took a little longer to rotate my tires. But they were very busy at the time. The gentleman told me it would be a half of an hour to 1 hour. And they were right on it. Will always go back in the future. Thank you!!!!
