Big O Tires

Stopped here on a cross country trip when I had a piece of metal in my tire, they didn’t have the exact tire I would have needed but helped to remove the debris and patch the hole. After leak checking it they wouldn’t even charge me, I’ve had several great experiences with Big-O in Colorado that saved 2 cross country trips. 5 stars for sure, thanks guys

Highly recommend Big O! My truck wasn't driving right, and they got me in quickly to diagnose. They even walked me to the garage to show me the problems on my truck, and took the time to explain the possible contributing factors and how the damaged (and missing) parts function. The needed repair was completed ahead of anticipated schedule and now it drives like a completely different vehicle: much safer. When the dust shield acted up upon pickup, I returned and they fixed it within 20 minutes. The staff are professional, patient, and highly customer/service oriented. Big O Durango is now my preferred mechanic for tires and drivability repairs!

Took my 4 runner there to see if I needed breaks for some intermittent squealing. The guys were honest and informed me I didn’t need breaks but offered some solution for the problem- no charge! As a young woman with no vehicle knowledge I am constantly ripped off by companies doing things that aren’t needed. Appreciate the honesty and the guidance guys, you are all wonderful.

Wife and I were meeting our children in Durango. Our daughters were traveling together and had a blowout south of Durango and them 20 miles later, the doughnut gave up, leaving them stranded. We had to pick them up late at night and figure out our plan. Big O fixed the blown tire quickly Saturday morning, so we were able to fix the flat and drive the car back into town and get the other three replaced. Good prices and impeccable service. Windsor was phenomenal and I recommend Big O in Durango with confidence.

Friendly and professional.  I called before showing up and spoke with Windsor.  I didn’t know the tire size, but told him the make and model to check inventory.  When I arrived even before I got out of my car Windsor was there confirming the size and greeting me.

I was trying to get a quote on having our windshield remounted/sealed as it is leaking. Called 3 times. After waiting on hold for over 6 minute's I was hung up on. 2nd attempt, waited 4 minutes then was hung up on. 3rd time when I was asked to please hold", I stated I would rather not as I've been hung up on twice already. Lady was very rude, stating"I am the only person here and answering phones for 3 businesses so WHAT do you want"? At this point, I hung up the phone.
It's all good, I will happily take my business (and money) elsewhere.

I would recommend Glass Doctor for residential glass needs.  I have never used them for automotive, so, that's why I cannot leave a review for that.  However, Carla was good about communication, and Chris the Manager made sure my window replacement glass was ordered and the job was done on the scheduled date. They got the windows repaired within 4 weeks of contacting them. Given the recent inflation, I also think Glass Doctor is reasonably priced, and repairs can definitely save money over replacement. The tech Chris sent to me did a great job installing the window replacement glass, also.

My old windshield was trashed, there was rust around the windshield but they sanded it and got a perfect fit. I couldn't  be more satisfied with the job they done. I need a windshield in the future? I'm going to the glass doctor.

Glass Doctor of Grand Junction

The window in one of my rooms actually fell OUT. They were able to come out, measure and order the window that day. I was leaving the day after the window arrived and they were able to come out and install the window the next morning so I wouldn't have to worry about the window covering blowing out. Good communication and fair pricing.

Had a completely shattered mirror, and couldn’t take all the pieces off of the wood piece the mirror was on. These guys did a great job to replace and put a new mirror on for me. Super friendly and good customer service as well

I decided to shop around for a new windshield replacement company and found Glass Doctor in Grand Junction.  It was pretty easy to fill out the form online and I received an estimate within 30 minutes.  They are all very nice and very professional.  I will  recommend Glass Door to my family & friends because they have better prices and they offer a lifetime chip repair.  I didn't think to ask for a military discount, maybe next time.

Needed a quick turnaround on windshield replacement prior to trading in my truck. Glass Doctor had a cancellation and was able to fit me in the morning after I called them. They had the job done in under 2 hours. I used my insurance and had to just pay my deductible to Glass Doctor. They handled everything else with the insurance. Highly recommend!

Great experience with these guys. Clear communication and prompt service. Dominic took plenty of time to walk me through their process and ensure me that they use the best materials and products. And the final result looks great!

Midas

Wonderful service, decent price, definitely recommend this place!  Our car's engine light came on right in front of the store, luckily we were able to make it into the Midas parking lot.  It was evening, and the employees were in the process of closing the garage, but were nice enough to open back up for us, and run a diagnostic on our car.  It needed some work, we were told they'd give us a call in the morning, which they did, shortly after opening. The car was ready to go and fixed before noon!  They even came and picked us up, which was much appreciated :) Again, great fast service, reasonably priced - we will be back for any future car needs!

I went in to get a new set of brakes and everything went smoothly. Fortunately there was a promotion that discounted my rate and was able to save money. The car works again which I’m thrilled about.

I went in for an oil change and it was $72. I thought it was going to be less than that and only had $66 in my account at the moment and he offered my oil for $62. Super nice people, they also did a free car inspection and gave me the prices and things needed to be maintained.

Today was a rough day for me I had to look for an oil change and surprisingly everyone prices was extremely expensive for my car one person asked for $170 another $200 and the cheapest I had found was $129 until I stopped by Midas and the guy was a busy doing phone calls and taking care of customers he didn’t even have the time to scratch his head if it needs to be scratched yet he found the time to speak to me as soon as I walked in that I really appreciate them he told me that he will charge me for 5 courts of oil $62 and with the service it’s $72 I was like I have a coupon he said I already applied the $20 off I was like whaat you did it without me even asking you wow I really appreciate that kind of service so I just really wanna say thank you guys so much and I really highly recommend this place

Not from around here so called Midas have had good work with them in the past told them I had a bracket break on my muffler to see if they could get it in today to fix and they did. great service quick and looks good thank you guys

Dropped in for some chip repairs. Saylor was very helpful, even found other rock chips we didn't notice. Very reasonably priced, 6 repairs done in about 20 minutes and warrantied. Thanks for the superior service!

Had my 2017 Armada windshield replaced last week. As good as new now, wipers work perfect. Had a previous replacement by safelite which was a horror story. Very pleased with the experience. Highly recommend these guys.

We are on a road trip and got a crack in our windshield.  Novus was super helpful and was able to take care of us on short notice.  As it turned out, our car requires more of a lead time than what we could make work.  Top notch customer service!

We had two tires blow out about 30 miles outside of town. The only blessing it was early Saturday afternoon. We were able to make it here once we took the two rims off and even though they had many other things going on the person working the front went in replace the tires. Took around 20 minutes which is unbelievable. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the trailer and to get the other two replaced in time but we purchased the tires so that we would be able to have them with us. Really appreciate a gentleman working the best he could with us

Beyond my expectation! I called 10 minutes before closing and they waited for me. I had a flat tire. If it hadn't been for Big O Tire  Friendly and understanding management, I would have missed work the next day, for I start work at 4 AM and at that time there is nothing open. Once again thank you Big O Tire and staff. I feel that I am in your debt.

Had to stop at this location unexpectedly  while traveling. Great front desk staff. Great technicians. Great service. Immaculate garage. Extremely impressed. Would highly recommend.

Hunter was a great help. He managed to take care of my flat tire and fixed it right away. Service was quick!

I will never go back to big-o again! Went in for a oil change and tire rotation. Got home and notices my drain  plug was dripping, I tried tighten the plug it still leaked. I picked up a new washer and drained the oil to replace the washer and the oil was black as hell like it was never changed. My 7.3 rebuilt engine only has 20k miles and has never had black oil after 25 mile. I spent 14k on my engine and not willing to have it ruined on a 150 dollar oil change.

Usually do my business with Discount Tire for a reason and this last visit to Big O proved my point. Discount was closed on the Saturday I needed a flat repaired so I went to Big O. Apart from scratching the black wheel, they did not fix the flat properly. I started losing air faster than before and took it in to Discount tire. They showed me that only a patch had been applied on the tire but no plug which was causing the issue. They informed me that essentially there was nothing that could be done on the tire because it could compromise it if they tried to remove the patch since they didn’t know how Big O had applied it. I now have a damaged tire and since I have a Quattro system I will now have to replace all 4 tires since the guys at Big O couldn’t be bothered to do their job correctly.

The bathroom ( one) is completely disgusting and BigO should be doing something about this situation and the not nice waiting area.
But, if you want good tire service without fluff. These guys are great.

I work for an aerial firefighting company driving a fire support vehicle and trailer. Mike and Chase were able to get my trailer tire repaired very quickly When I explained my situation.  I was driving from Denver CO to Pamdale CA. I really appreciate the quick response. Very good place, hard working guys.

The employees are friendly which is the reason for a 3 star review. Here's the bad I took there today for a tire rotation I watched through there observation window as they rotated my tire after they rotated their tires they lowered their jacks so fast my truck bounced very bad when I drove my truck home my tire monitoring system went off they didn't adjust the tire pressure after the rotation I pull heavy trailers every week if I hadn't noticed I could have had a major problem on the road. If there employees are in such a hurry they are willing to risk damaging some ones car and putting some ones life they need to get a fast food job.

I had every problem you could have making it to my appointment this morning and not only did they still get me in and taken care of they never once made me feel bad. They were amazing even before that with helping me get the right tires ordered and working around my schedule for my install!!!

They were very attentive to my needs. They found exactly what I was looking for and gave me an amazing deal! Would recommend to anyone that can't afford to pay up front for their rims and tires. Also would recommend to someone paying in full as they have great deals for paying in full!

The salesman Caleb was knowledgeable and did all he could to meet my needs for rims and tires. He kept payments where they needed to and with the option of 90 days same as cash. First time for me dealing with R N R and I was not disappointed. For sure I will go back when I need tires and or rims. Thanks to everyone that works at the Marion store, job well done!

This is the best customer service place in the whole city.  I had a flat tire and stayed open later to help me out knowing I was an out of stater, they could have easily said come back in the morning.  But no the manager and staff took their time to assist me and make sure I as able to get back driving.  Thanks fellas!!!!!!

Definitely the place to go if you're in a tight spot. But if you work nights and forget from lack of sleep and get 2 days behind on the payment they will show up and take the tires off the wrong vehicle lol 😆 they don't care they just gotta pick up some tires so make sure you pay on time 😉
