I was trying to get a quote on having our windshield remounted/sealed as it is leaking. Called 3 times. After waiting on hold for over 6 minute's I was hung up on. 2nd attempt, waited 4 minutes then was hung up on. 3rd time when I was asked to please hold", I stated I would rather not as I've been hung up on twice already. Lady was very rude, stating"I am the only person here and answering phones for 3 businesses so WHAT do you want"? At this point, I hung up the phone. It's all good, I will happily take my business (and money) elsewhere.

I would recommend Glass Doctor for residential glass needs. I have never used them for automotive, so, that's why I cannot leave a review for that. However, Carla was good about communication, and Chris the Manager made sure my window replacement glass was ordered and the job was done on the scheduled date. They got the windows repaired within 4 weeks of contacting them. Given the recent inflation, I also think Glass Doctor is reasonably priced, and repairs can definitely save money over replacement. The tech Chris sent to me did a great job installing the window replacement glass, also.

My old windshield was trashed, there was rust around the windshield but they sanded it and got a perfect fit. I couldn't be more satisfied with the job they done. I need a windshield in the future? I'm going to the glass doctor.
