Big O Tires

We had two tires blow out about 30 miles outside of town. The only blessing it was early Saturday afternoon. We were able to make it here once we took the two rims off and even though they had many other things going on the person working the front went in replace the tires. Took around 20 minutes which is unbelievable. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the trailer and to get the other two replaced in time but we purchased the tires so that we would be able to have them with us. Really appreciate a gentleman working the best he could with us

Excellent customer service. No pressure. Found exactly what I wanted. Great price and super friendly experience. I highly recommend. They were really efficient. Beyond my expectation! I called 10 minutes before closing and they waited for me. I had a flat tire. If it hadn't been for Big O Tire Friendly and understanding management, I would have missed work the next day, for I start work at 4 AM and at that time there is nothing open. Once again thank you Big O Tire and staff. I feel that I am in your debt. Joseph

Had to stop at this location unexpectedly while traveling. Great front desk staff. Great technicians. Great service. Immaculate garage. Extremely impressed. Would highly recommend.
