What an incredible experience we had with Arbisi’s.  If you are looking for honest, affordable, thorough, and trustworthy work for your vehicle this is it.  Arbisi’s got us in and out for a quote at the drop of a hat, got us on the schedule just as quick and our car came out of the shop looking exactly like it did rolling off the showroom floor inside and out!  Absolute professionals in every way.

Would highly recommend! My new car didn’t come with the factory spoiler I wanted. Bought spoiler from Honda (required drilling) and had City Body install it. Super fast and professional work at a reasonable price. A+++++

Contacted them for a tow to happen approximately tomorrow morning. Brian came out and picked up my vehicle and towed it to Belvidere. Brian was very efficient very friendly and you can tell this guy knows what he's doing. Even though my vehicle is an older vehicle he took great care and getting it ready to be towed. I recommend this towing company very highly, you will be very satisfied with their service and costs. Their price was very reasonable.

Late September I was hit by a young man that ran a stop sign. He admitted fault to me, his mom, the police and his insurance that approved the repairs within a week.  Arbisi's got the Jeep into the shop as soon as possible and after they took off the damaged parts, found a bit more damage which was also approved.  So glad to have her back; thanks to the young man for being honest, Arbisi's City Body Shop for doing fantastic work!

Now, no more bungees holding the Jeep together...and looks fabulous!

I've used City Body Shop for years. I was leery when it was sold to Tony and Michelle Arbisi, only because I don't know them. Recently had my car in for damage repair. The body prep and three-stage paint work are outstanding. Not only was the work very well done, it was a day early and at a lower price than quoted. I'm very pleased.

RNR Tire Express

RNR Express is DEFINITELY!! the place to go! I have been to other tire service places but RNR is hands down THE BEST ONE!! The service is top notch, customer service is 5 stars PLUS! Very Very reasonable prices and they DO work with you and help you in any way they can. It's also very nice and clean too. I got 4 new tires, needed an alignment and they found I needed 4 sensors replaced. They were not pushy at all, I decided to get the sensors replaced. They have quite a few payment options too which is very nice. I was very happy and surprised with the down payment and my payment plan, I definitely was expecting it to be way more but it was very reasonable. Thank you to EVERYONE at RNR Express you guys are THE BEST!! Great place for tires for sure! Everybody in the place including my salesman Alex was great! They work with you and they are all very kind! They’ve also got quite a few benefits to buying tires through them like alignments, roadside assistance, if the tire pops out gets a nail or screw in it they simply repair or order you a new tire on them as part of your warranty! First time here, and I got a set of rims put on my 2019 Wrangler, and the service is great. People are nice if you have any questions they always down to help out. Kalup made sure everything went great!

Needed two new tires. Professional and courteous staff. I had a lot of questions and certain attributes that I was looking for in my tires and the front desk was very friendly and helpful. She hooked me up with exactly what I was looking for! The guys in the shop definitely know their stuff and had me in and out within 15 minutes. Affordable, quick, and knowledgeable. Had a tire that wasn't holding air because it was old and dry rotted. It's on my work car (97 Toyota Avalon with 275k miles) so I figure a used tire will be just fine. Very polite, it was done super fast, and it was less than what I thought it was going to be.

Well here I am writing this review in their office back to get a set of almost new winter tires from a previous car mounted on a set of rims I bought for my new car. Same deal, polite as can be and cheaper than I thought it was going to be.

I'm sure I'll need more used tires for the work car and I will absolutely be bringing it back here.

Recently had a great experience here. Came in for a brake concern, the team were able to locate the issue, order the parts, and have the car finished within a few hours. I was walked through and asked permission before anything was done on my car, never felt pressured for any other fixes. In my opinion, the labor fee was extremely reasonable when compared with other places I've been to around carbondale. Will definitely return for any future car concerns!

Do Not Go Here! I know it's convenient but there is a reason why. Will explain further in a update. Right now getting the work done else where for half the price. Their diagnosis was waaayyy off.

Couldn't get anyone on the phone for 3 days, but a quick trip up there I was able to get quotes for repairs pretty quickly. And they seemed pretty reasonable.

Arlin performed an insurance claim and went above and beyond for me. They were a very fast, professional and courteous service. They rebuilt  my whole front end with mechanical and body work. Excellent  service

Installed a new window in my company truck in 1 hour.  Excellent.

Had an issue with my remote starter , not only did they get me in same day and fix my issue relatively fast but the staff were very friendly and welcoming !! If I could give more stars I would but 5 will do for now

If you're replacing a windshield, double check that they have the make AND model. I thought they understood what I was saying over the phone so they got the wrong one. Took them 8 hours to give me my car back.

If need a stereo installed, I would recommend going somewhere that has more than one person doing installs in case of any issues that may need looking at after the install....

Our windshield sealant was falling out; they fit it into their schedule right away and got us back on the road. Delightful service!

Just-In Glass

I can only give four stars for the following reason. I had a large rock damage my windshield which ejected some glass into the inside of the vehicle. I vacuumed up all of the glass and very thoroughly cleaned the inside of the vehicle prior to taking in to have the windshield replaced. When I picked the vehicle up, there were very noticeable glass shards on dash and floor. I worked a summer in a glass shop when I was a kid and the final step, regardless of the existing cleanliness of the customers vehicle upon service, was to thoroughly clean the interior to insure there were no glass shards left inside of the vehicle. This may have just been a minor oversight but if you patronize this shop, simply remind them to clean up any glass after work is done. Other than that, they are nice, helpful and pleasant to deal with and prices are competitive from quotes I have received from them.

I rarely post reviews on google.  However, I had to put in a 5 star review for the Just-In Glass team going above and beyond to get me in today and doing a great job to repair the front windshield on my Chevy Tahoe.  This was greatly appreciated as we are driving back to South Florida and did not want to take a chance of the windshield damage getting worse.

Just-In Glass did a GREAT job in replacing a small window on my horse trailer that had been broken. They measured the area, custom ordered the glass, called me when it arrived, and replaced it good-as-new! The side they replaced even matched the adjacent side with the same shade of darkness. I was very impressed!

Very happy with the work here and I look forward to bringing in my pickups soon for replacement windshields!!

Excellent customer service. The driver’s side window on my truck had a crack. We were traveling through the area and they were able to get me in the next day so we could get back on the road. They did a good job.

I needed to replace a driver's side rear door window a couple of weeks ago. Freak accident. I called them to setup an appointment. Not only did they have the right glass avaliable, they were able to get the truck in the same day AND install it. In addition, they went out of their way to vacuum the interior to clean up all of the shattered glass. Thank you all very much.
