Just the best experience every time I take my car or truck. Been going 12 years- Dan , Andrew and the team have always given fair and accurate feedback before any work done. Occasionally I’ve had to go elsewhere when traveling and it’s always been a huge drop off. Couldn’t recommend more highly.

Absolutely amazing people! I was stuck with a flat tire and the crew was able to help me out and fix my tire for me ! The customer service was amazing and they were so kind and helpful ! I would definitely come back here ! I’d like to see how generous the manager was ! He worked with me knowing I had very little money and called in a pinch . They took my car and had me out within the hour !

Best experience I have ever had at an auto repair shop! Go see Dan and Andrew! Called them on a Friday morning, had my Chevy Tahoe towed to the shop and they had me back on the road same day!! So incredibly grateful for their honest and fair service! Thank you Dan!!

Had my front pads replaced about about month or so ago. They refused to install the pads that I had already purchased personally. I opted for the cheaper of the two choices of pads they offered which were almost 100% more expensive than the ones I already had. Pads squeaked right off the bat. Waited to see if the squeak would go away, but it progressively got worse and now has began grinding at low speeds. It’s fairly loud and pretty embarrassing. Took it back to Midas and they told me nothing was wrong even though I already had grooves in the resurfaced rotors. They specifically said that the noises can be expected because I had chosen the cheaper pads and told me I should purchase the 200+ dollars pads and they’ll install them. It sounded like a joke. The fact that an employee would tell me that these loud noises are to be expected from a product they offer and then give me the choice of purchasing another set of pads after the ones I had already purchased brand new were defective is almost comical. Bottom line. I’m replacing the the pads that overall cost me 300 dollars myself and will never return or recommend this hack business to anyone.

The guys were very friendly and prompt, however they did not reset the computer and claimed that it was against the law to do so. We took it to a different shop and found out it was actually against the law to not do so. And they then set it back so that the car will then know when it's time for an oil change again. Without this disinformation I would have given them five stars
