These people are snakes, they will lie to you and steal your money. After months on waiting to get my car in, they got me in but did not have all the parts needed. After a week they needed another week I was in a rental. They told me not to worry about they would contact my insurance. Came back to pick up my car still not ready bubbles in the paint. Some parts not even painted. Came back a 3rd time job still was not complete. After 4 weeks in a rental they never once communicated that insurance was up with rental now a 1400 bill later they refuse to help with there part. Nick is NOT TRUSTWORTHY!

Dishonest and incompetent.They tried to pass off lousy repairs on three occasions. We had unpainted parts, large bubbles in the paint, cracked replacement parts because they didn't know how to install a bumper correctly. Kept me in a rental vehicle an additional month and they promised communication was being made with State Farm. Not a single record of contact with State Farm and I am now responsible for an additional $1400 to cover the rental vehicle all because the promised communication never happened.Nick is arrogant, dishonest, ignorant and does incompetent work. This establishment should really not be in business. Reading reviews on here and it appears I am not the only one he has deceived.

Very friendly guys, (and the receptionist is a sweetheart!) I had work done on my car after I hit a deer (or should I say the deer hit me), and the follow-up AND follow through were amazing. I TRUST THIS PLACE. Not only did they do an excellent job on the car, pricing is fair and they are honest. Would not hesitate to bring my car back here and I have already referred several people to Eagle. More than five stars if I could!!

Majestic Auto Body

Incompetent and negligent. CAUTION.

We had our Tahoe worked on by them after an accident and not only was their final repair bill almost double their bid, but I had to take it back for multiple problems.

-the back window allowed lots of water in because they didn’t put the seal on right. Took it back.
-the front wheel was damaged by them and needed to be replaced (I caught this before picking up after repair).

-pieces to hold the tow hitch cover on were removed and not replaced resulting in the cover falling off. They had to order this piece. not a huge deal.

-there were vibrations on the highway still after the accident repair. They didn’t check a wheel I initially expressed concern being damaged. I had to come back and they said they needed to replace it because it was so bad.

Then after they replaced it, it was making a metallic sound at low speeds. They came up with some excuse about chrome covers being loose and wanted me to take it to their wheel place if I wanted it fixed. By this time I fed up with the hassle and time I’ve had to chase them to get things done right the first time so I didn’t bother.

BIG MISTAKE I learned tonight. When I went to put on our winter wheels tonight, I pulled off the lug nut covers, which cover over all 6 lugs so you don’t see them, and find TWO of my lug nuts were not attached at all.  They had come off. Multiple other nuts were hand tight. My 5 yo could have removed them. NEVER TRUSTING THEM AGAIN.
Sure they used someone else to do the wheels.

They weren’t looking out for their customer by double checking their work. A customer shouldn’t have to do their quality and safety checks. The guy they had helping me was very professional.

They where very proffesional and kind. They communicated well and gave me updates anytime I called. I had them replace my bumper and my hitch on my truck after I got rear ended and they also fixed some dents and chipped paint on the bed where my bumper hit it during the accident. The quality of work was excellent.

Everybody we spoke to was extremely helpful. I really appreciated how welcoming everyone was. It always felt like we had someone that wanted to help not just do their job. Phone calls were answered everytime. If someone wasn't aware of the situation they had someone reach out that knew exactly what was going on in a timely manner. I was impressed with Majestic the moment the tow truck driver took immediate initiative. Thank you Majestic auto body. You put us at ease in a horrible situation.

Majestic was so helpful and friendly. I would definitely use their services again.

Kahn and the crew at Majestic are top rate! After kitting a deer with our '22 Ford Explorer, Kahn brought the tow truck 2.5 hours up to us, and hauled the car back. Service and communication was top-rate, they took on all the hassle with my insurance, and the repairs were done professionally and comprehensively. Can't recommend enough! Thanks Majestic!

Batteries Plus

My youngest daughter was a real clutz, they've replaced at least 5 iPhone screens for me over the years. One was so damaged they had to install a software package to replace the home screen button. 🤣
Also had an excellent warranty on led lights which they exchanged for me several times. Always great customer service.

Took my Note 20 Ultra in to replace a cracked screen. Got there at 9 and he took my phone back right away. The site said my phone could be done in an hour. However, I was informed that he was the only one there until 11, so it may take a little time to get it done. Completely understandable! I went and took care of some things and returned around 3, and he was finishing up. The phone works great and looks great! Will definitely be back in the future!

Ran in this morning to get my watch battery replaced and had the best service!  De'Avontae was the technician who assisted me. He was fast, efficient and friendly. SUPER pleased!!!!!!

Went in today to clean junk out of my charging port. They charge me 20 dollars. Where other places does it for free . I will be going to other places next time . Just this time , time wasn’t on my side and this place was open . Some basic services are free at other places .

Update :  20 dollars repair 21 to be exact did nothing to fix the problem. Wasted 21 dollars with taxes .  Certainly won’t be back .

This is definitely a 5 star if you are greeted and treated by BRANDY In the last 5yrs I've visited this store with repeated episodes of bad service.  Today...my Sister insisted using this store and finally we hit gold.  Thanks Brandy!

The best!! I got quotes from shops all over Idaho Falls and they were all around $350 to replace my windshield. I emailed them and got set up with an appointment that was within a day or so of talking to them. They told me it would be 1hr 30min to replace, it was done in less than an hour and only $220! Great place! Great price! Super quick! Excellent job and definitely recommend!

I've gone here more than once for my auto body repairs. These guys are the best. Just got my vehicle back recently and it looks amazing. They always take such good care of eveything.

Correy was very helpful and friendly. He actually took the time to explain what needed done and the service was great.

Capital Body Shop is the best.  I highly recommend them. Their customer service is awesome.  They are patient, kind and the work they did on my Jeep is beautiful.   They are highly knowledgeable in all things paint and body and made the process easily understandable for me. I fully appreciate them and would not go anywhere else.

The team at Capital is great!  Really nice guys and they professionally handled everything with insurance, taking away all the hassles. The repairs are seamless, headlights polished like new, and bonus - I drove away in a freshly detailed car. Wasn’t expecting that and it made my week!

Strickland Brothers 10 Minute Oil Change

Really pleased with the overall experience. They didn’t bend my arm for Un-needed services like other places. Reasonably priced, and a great location. Shop was very clean, and the service manager was very pleasant. Would definitely recommend, especially if you’re someone with a busy schedule and kids.

My wife took our van in to get an oil change for convenience since we live right up the street from the new location on County Line Road in Madison, AL. My wife pulled in and they changed her oil but when they had her turn the car on after "changing" the oil the oil was not refilled and they put no oil in the car and pressure was skyrocketing but they had it run for 2 minutes. How you can forget to put oil in a car during an oil change is beyond me. This was the 1st issue. Next the O Ring was left in the Engine compartment and wasn't attached. I took it back and they put the O Ring on but that WOULD have caused a leak. And last the tech RIGHT next to my wife talked about upselling to another customer to get more money out of them even though it doesn't really matter. And last but not least they were over a quart short on the oil change.

I'm appalled right now at this service department. Stay very far away unless you're wanting to risk damaging your vehicle.

Follow-up: contacted manager and he contacted higher ups. I had to take the vehicle to dealership because it wasn't running right and they did extensive tests and had to do a new oil change. I requested a refund and they would not do it. So now only approach is to dispute with credit card company. Stay clear of this business. Too risky and their actions could have ruined our car.

Got a flyer mailed to my house and a week later I figured I’d stop by to get my commuter car oil changed. On 09/27/2023 @ 4:30pm I pulled in and inquired about the $29.99 synthetic blend oil change and was informed I would need the coupon since I forgot at home. Headed home and returned ten minutes later for another guy to tell me he’s on break and I needed to return in a hour. Fine, I’ll continue to go to Walmart.

I’m currently sitting outside a Strickland Brothers 10-minute oil change. I’ve been here for 30 minutes. When I arrived I was second in line but the person in front of me pulled away. I don’t know how long he had been waiting. Someone should at least come out and explain that it’s going to take much much longer than advertised.  I only had an hour to get my wife’s oil changed and it’s completely wasted. I would not recommend this business. I used to take my car to take 5 and they would greet every customer with a bottle of water and explain if there was going to be a wait.  When I pulled up I only had 10 minutes of my hour left so when the guy told me I could get a cheaper oil change at the valvoline express I told him thanks and went on my way.

The 10 minute oil change was closer to 45 minutes. The technicians appeared confused and unknowing about what they were doing. After receiving my receipt, they falsely indicated they checked my air filter, wiper blades, radiator fluid, power steering fluid and my tires. I will not go back.

Action Motor Sports Honda Parts

Have been doing business with them for a long time Kurt and Tim have always been great. Jen in service department is awesome and all of them always take good care of everything.

On a road trip for 2 months I broke a peg on my  Goldwing
The man at the part department tried very hard to fix my problem.The part was not in stock so he sent me to the service department where "Chuck" took time to go to the yard to find on and old  gw  a peg but they were gone. He took one on an old bike a peg not the right model but he spent time to adjust it so that I can complete my trip.
If they do this for a customer living at 2500 miles away "imagine what could they do for you".

State Trailer RV & Outdoor Supply

Let me start by saying Sid is a phenomenal human being. I had problems with a return and he went above and beyond to help me. He is an asset to State Trailer. Next, I want to say I'm impressed with how they handled my issue. If the company values weren't there, they woukdnt have helped me. I value integrity as a business owner and recommend them to anyone based on customer service and values.

Leon and the service personnel at State Trailer, are professional and experienced. I have an older custom trailer that has required repairs and upgrades over the last 2 years and they have tackled its challenges head-on and been thorough in keeping me apprised of all associated costs and expectations. I can’t recommend these guys enough!

We stopped in for a specific item, but they didn't have it.  They said we would have to order it.  There are a lot of empty spots on the shelves. What we did see were things that would be great, but we already had everything we needed except for the item that they didn't have. Just our luck. Staff was nice.

I scheduled last minute travel to help a friend deal with hurricane damage.
I needed to have my RV winterized before I left.

Leon takes good care of us and is serious about making sure our safety is paramount.  Very satisfied as always.

EXCELLENT  Customer  Service. Had a friend  recommend  them after my pup scratched my 69 mustang. They told me to bring it in so they could take a look  at it I figured they would  have me make an appointment,  but that didn't happen,  Dan took it back to the paint shop and buffed  the scratches out and sent me on my way. 5 stars all day.

Went by Sams auto body yesterday with a problem with my car thinking they’d have to schedule me to get me in at a later date, instead he came right out, fixed it and sent me on my way! Amazing customer service and was so nice about it! They have earned my business from now on.

Sam's auto body provided excellent same day service when I thought I would have to wait weeks! I had an incident where my daughter had the car door open while I was backing up and bent it. The door was unable to close! Sam's auto body fixed this in under fifteen minutes. Highly recommend going with Sam's Auto first thing!

Our car door wasn’t shutting properly and Sam’s was the only one who would see us that day to assess the problem. I dropped it off and less than 2hrs later they called and said it was ready. They had adjusted and oiled the door and now it’s working better than ever. When we are ready to fully have the hinges replaced (needed from natural wear and tear) we will definitely be going back to Sam’s. Very kind, professional, and quick!

We were on the road when a board smashed our windshield.
Robinson went the extra mile to get us back on the road that day.  Replacing our windshield, before they closed. My husband had worked at a glass shop and said they did the best job he had ever seen.  We highly recommend this business, you will be happy with the results as we were.  Thank you Robinson Auto Glass, you really are experts at what you do!!

Got a windshield replacement for my Kenworth semi for almost $600 out of pocket. Not even 3 days into my first trip out and the window forms a crack from the bottom corner.  No rock chip or other foreign object hit it, so I’m not really sure what happened.  Called them to see if I can bring it in to let them check it out to see if it was a windshield defect or something else, so I am still yet to see what becomes of it. Meanwhile the crack gets bigger everyday.

We have been to Robinson auto glass multiple times. They are very professional, and have great customer service. They did an amazing job replacing our windshield and filling in the rock chips. We highly recommend them!

I had a chip in my windshield. I stopped by Robinson Auto Glass Experts to have them take a look at it. As soon as I walked in, someone greeted me, looked at my chip, and assured me they could fix it. I sat in the waiting room for about 15 minutes. Then the owner came in and told me my car was all done. The service I received was truly speedy and kind. The price was very reasonable.  Thank you.
