Have been doing business with them for a long time Kurt and Tim have always been great. Jen in service department is awesome and all of them always take good care of everything.

On a road trip for 2 months I broke a peg on my Goldwing The man at the part department tried very hard to fix my problem.The part was not in stock so he sent me to the service department where "Chuck" took time to go to the yard to find on and old gw a peg but they were gone. He took one on an old bike a peg not the right model but he spent time to adjust it so that I can complete my trip. If they do this for a customer living at 2500 miles away "imagine what could they do for you". Thank you very much François Cousineau French guy from Quebec Canada

Disorganized, sale staff not well trained, never return calls. Save yourself the headache and go some where else.
