The Body Shop

These guys did a really good job fixing my less than 4k miles new car. It had a deep scratch on the door. The paint matches exactly. All for what I felt was a reasonable cost. Thank you for making me feel better.

Body Shop was able to get a hard to find window for my Tahoe.
I ended up with damage that I didn't know about, frame was bent, so they had a replacement door and installed that.
My truck was pretty dirty and they even washed my truck while they had it.
Would definitely use again.

Took my 2019 Honda civic in with a smashed trunk and bumper and they fixed it and paint matched it incredibly. Whoever worked on the car did an excellent job with paint matching to the rest of the 100,000 mile paint. When I got my car it was also very clean in the interior as if it was detailed. I 100% recommend this place for body repair

I had a great experience with The Body Shop.  Chris came out and checked the damage on my Acadia.  He got it quoted and we decided to use this business due to the professionalism shown and the many recommendations we received.  The vehicle looked like new after having both passenger doors and rear panel being replaced.  There were a couple spots on the back that was touched up as well.  Highly recommend!

The Body Shop is our go-to place for any automotive repairs/paint. No job is too big or too small.  They've even painted 15 pieces from one of my Harley's, abs they just painted a new front fender for me and repainted one of my saddlebags and lid that was damaged.  They take their time with you and turn your vehicle around as quickly as they can. This is why we are willing to drive 40 minutes to get to them! Do yourself a favor and go see Chris and Mike, and if you're lucky, you might catch Ryan there. These guys are local superheroes!

Amazing... beyond amazing customer service you just don't see anymore.. The manager Richard thats the guy! They really take care of you here at this store! I have been very particular to using autozone as the place I get my parts and stuff to get the job done. I had a very bad experience with same day shipping and I was not happy with the way the "customer service" 800 number had handled the situation. I had to cool off wait a day and I called the store and Richard made it right for me! The customer service line needs to take some notes from this  manager and the culture those guys have instilled in that store. Thank you guys again!

Just stopped by AutoZone later on a Saturday night hoping for help with an issue on my trailer brakes. Employee Dash went above and beyond. He was friendly and capable and assisted me to correct the issue and get me on my way. Will definitely  be going back to these guys for future auto part needs. Thank you Dash and autozone

Not many autoparts stores have competent employees that actually know what they are talking about, let alone actually caring about the customers.

Dash at autozone however does. He genuinely wants to help you get what you need for your vehicle. I can't say the same about the other employees, but if you go in and Dash is there, he is the man.

Autozone please give Dash a raise.

Allen's Paint & Body Shop

Allen's went above and beyond,  getting my husband's truck all fixed up. Jennifer kept us up-to-date along the way and handled all the dealings with towing, insurance, etc. The truck looks brand new! 10/10 HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!

My son got a brand new car about two to three weeks ago! Someone backed into the rear plastic bumper making a small dent but didn't tell him. He was so upset!
I went friday evening by so they could look at it. Was figuring it would cost 2-3 hundred or more.
The wonderful lady that works in the office said come back Monday. Probably want cost anything to heat it and pop it back out. They fixed it and didn't charge anything!
My son was so blessed to have these wonderful honest people to fix his car!
That's the difference between people only caring about money and people putting compassion, care and understanding first before money!

Bad vibes all around. Guy who looked at my car and gave nothing but excuses why they couldn't do a good job getting my car back on the road. From we can only use junk yard parts to not having the man power to get the job done withen TWO MONTHS!!!. Go anywhere else first. The very next place I took the car said the could get the car fixed up with OEM parts within 14 days.

Had a great experience here.

Got in an accident that wasn't our fault which made our car unsafe to drive. The team members we met here were helpful, courteous, and just all around great. We got some good advice on submitting our claim to ensure it would get processed quickly, they were able to get our car in within 3 days of receiving the estimate, and the fairly extensive damage was repaired within a week.

They communicated well with us and went the extra mile in a few areas. It's been a few weeks since the repairs were made and there haven't been any issues with our car. I'm highly satisfied with their work.

I feel comfortable in recommending Velocity Auto Body as a reliable place to get your car repaired.

After third attempt repairs were made correctly. Should have been done right the first time. Owner was extremely rude and condescending and called us knit picky because we wanted the repair done correctly. Original photos showed that accident damage was not repaired and he continued to argue. Didn’t want to correct the issue, wanted us to just accept it and leave. After third repair attempt called to find out if car was ready and female who answered phone was not helpful, but very rude and just wanted to argue that they had called us to report work done, but they hadn’t. She told us to come get the car and slammed the phone down. Passive aggressive owner and employees. Workmanship ended up being satisfactory, but the customer service is lacking in professionalism.

Great, Fast and Quality Work! Nicest People to work with! After an unfortunate incident with a deer we were left with one vehicle. Velocity took our vehicle right in. They made us feel like top priority. When I called every person I spoke with was genuinely kind and respectful. They made you feel like family. I was able to get my vehicle back quicker than I expected and it looks FANTASTIC. Their work is just as great as the atmosphere and their customer service. Excellent work and customer service.

I was side swiped by a drunk driver and needed some buffing done and a mirror replaced. They handled a difficult insurance company and go the work done quickly. While there, I had them repaint the hood which had complete paint failure on it. The paint had spider web cracks all over it and was coming off in chunks down to the sheet metal. The quality of work done was excellent. They went above and beyond finding a hard to find replacement mirror for my car. After 3 different mirrors, they got the right one and got it installed.

Big O Tires

My boyfriend took his truck to get a set of tires that he purchased online put on his truck last Saturday while visiting Lebanon. When he dropped the truck off, they told him that they would, "Get to it by noon." No closing hours were listed on the door and the website lists their business hours as 8 AM -2 AM on Saturdays. Not having heard anything by 3:30, he got a ride to the store and found it locked up tight. No calls or voicemails to say it was ready. I drove 1.5 hrs to pick him up. Thankfully, he had access to another vehicle to go to work on Monday, since the store was closed Sunday. On Monday, he had to take off work early to drive an hour and thirty-five minutes out of his way to go get his truck. When he arrived, at the store he found his truck in the parking lot, with the windows down, and the key still in it. He expressed dissatisfaction with the service and lack of communication with the employee he spoke with (I assume he was the manager) and was told, "If I was you, I would have figured out when the store closed before I even left." There was no discount applied to the service or even an attempt at an apology.

We had a screw puncture our tire and we found Big O Tire online.  They repaired our tire promptly.  We are very appreciative of the employees that helped us.

Owner rude. Spent almost $800. Car still has front problems. Thursday mechanic said caliper pins sticking. Friday different mechanic replaced outer tie rod. He test drove twice. Also put new tires and alignment. The whole way home the front shook. Still does. Will take somewhere else to get fixed. The owner needs to be retrained by the young lady that was there on Thursday. Very polite. Professional. I had to sort my paperwork out on the desk. Owner just walked off. Loyal since 1988. Never again. 3 hours I listened to Bill the owner being a jerk. Never again

Amazing customer service! I always have a great experience and my car is always taken care of. My number one place in Decatur to get my regular oil changes or regular maintenance. Also one of the best priced places in Decatur as well, i get the best deals compared to other places ive been to. Their turnaround time is also the best I've seen.

Update: I changed my 5 star experience to a one-star massive disappointment. After running diagnostics, we were told by management that my daughter's vehicle absolutely needed an alternator. Three alternators (2 refurbished, 1 new) that were not needed, hours of labor, and days of frustration, her vehicle still has the very same problem. Management is shady at best and doesn't like being questioned, especially by a woman. Do not waste your money or time.

I love my new tires! The staff was great and very accommodating. I was dealing with a tight budget and they found me a price that I could handle.  They were all so nice! I will definately go back.

I was in a bit of a bind, I really needed an oil change before an unplanned trip to be with family due to the passing of a dear uncle. I was stressed and emotional and this was just one more thing to deal with. When I called and asked if they had time to do an oil change for me, as my regular place has declined in their services and I needed someone reliable, they told me they were pretty busy but if I could leave my van with them for the day they would do their best to get the oil change done. It was a little more expensive then I was used to, but not so much so that I couldn't make it work. They weren't kidding about being packed! However it worked out for me so well to be able to drop off my van and spend the day preparing for the trip. I got a call just before closing that they had finished my van which was perfect timing for me as my husband was just leaving for work so I could catch a ride over to the store with him. When I went in to pay they were super nice and the tire rotation was a bonus I hadn't expected as the other business I used to frequent didn't do that. Life is rarely what we plan it to be, and this Big O Tires helped take a lot of weight off my shoulders during a very difficult time. I would definitely work with them again!

I’ve had Big O Tires help with my tire and wheel service and, to be honest, I’ve never had any issues. That being said, it wasn’t until today that I felt I needed to leave a review and share my feedback to let y’all know. Ethan at the front desk went above and beyond this afternoon. When I arrived to pick up my vehicle he not only took the time to give me a detailed analysis of what’s happening with my car’s wheels but he remembered my name and showed interest in my life. Shoutout to Ethan for being the best Big O Tires representative I’ve met. Needless to say, I’ll be taking my vehicles to Big O for years to come.

Very polite and professional!! I had a  tire blowout and needed to get in ASAP to get new tires, an alignment, and my oil changed.  I called the store early in the morning and they got me in that same day and were done by early afternoon!!! Amazing team at the Ammon Big O Tires!!!

These guys are always spot on with their services. The usual oil change and tire rotation went smoothly. This time around I also needed a new set of tires and they found a great deal for the tires I was looking for, ordered them in, and had my vehicle ready the next day. Highly recommend!
